Federal Audits Demand California Repay
Over $1 Billion In Misused Medicaid Funds
For Illegal Aliens

In a major escalation of federal oversight, audits by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) under the Trump administration have determined that California must repay more than $1 billion in improperly claimed federal Medicaid funds tied to healthcare for illegal aliens. The findings highlight California's role as the "biggest culprit" among several blue states (snip) that collectively face demands to return $1.35 billion in questioned reimbursement. (snip) The audit found these funds were used to subsidize non-emergency healthcare for non-citizens violating federal restrictions that limit Medicaid reimbursements to emergency services only for non-citizens without saisfactory immigration status.

Comments:

By comparison, other problematic blue states (Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, plus the District of Columbia) owed a total of $35 billion for improper Medicaid reimbursements for illegal alien healthcare in FY2024.

You have to figure from what has been going on that the California leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats will finagle this matter so it is assigned to some Biden or Obama activist Democrat Federal Judge in California who will issue some sort of court order getting them off the hook as far as reimbursing the Federal Government.

Start with the census. Stop counting these ALIEN INVADERS. That’s the start to fixing the problem. Fewer seats in Congress for the Commies fewer Electoral votes fewer dollars to their corrupt regimes. Less waste of the taxpayer money.

Supreme Court justices were stunned Tuesday when lawyers defending Hawaii's so-called "Vampire Rule" -- which restricts carrying guns on privately owned spaces without consent -- pointed to racist laws in their defense of gun control. During their arguments, the lawyers had cited the Black Codes, post-Civil War segregationist laws that limited the rights of African Americans, as evidence of similarly restrictive gun control in U.S. history. "I want to understand how you think Black Codes should inform this court's decision-making. It's quite astonishing," conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch pressed attorney Neal Kaytal.
