Hoo Boy: House Dem's Unwise Response on
Whether He'll Do FBI Interview Over 'Illegal
Orders' Video

Original Article

Posted By: ladydawgfan, 11/28/2025 12:23:29 AM

The six lawmakers who put out the "illegal orders" video are now being contacted to schedule interviews with the FBI. They tried to claim they were only telling members of the military that they had the right to refuse "illegal orders." But the video itself belies that. (Snip) One of the other Democrat lawmakers, Rep. Chris Deluzio (PA-17), spoke with CNN's John Berman and revealed whether he will sit for an interview with the Bureau. His response takes some kind of gall. He didn't help himself, claiming that the FBI was conducting an effort to intimidate the lawmakers from "criticizing the president."

Comments:

He forgets that Dementia Joe's patsies are no longer in charge of the FBI!!

I'm with you, poster #1, but I'm skeptical. What's been done about the crimes of the clintons, Swalwells, bidens, obamas, Comey, Brennan, ole nasty, etc.? FTA - "An order is not illegal just because you don't like it, or because you don't like the president." In the leftists' world it is. Of course they will all try to duck the interviews, and the FBI will drag its feet, hoping we won't notice. Besides, they're congress critters, above the law and all that stuff. Heck, even our side is hesitant to court marshal the astronut and the other former military members. Where are those orders, Hegseth? To demonstrate how serious this is and you're not playing politics, orders for Kelly and the others should have been issued immediately. The left has this kind of audacity because we don't do anything about their crimes. Oh, except show outrage.

It is commonplace nowadays for politicians and foreign invaders to use the very freedoms The Constitution guarantees against us, with no fear of consequences. If it keeps up it will doom us. We are already ruled by a kleptocracy that steals and kills at will. Since Trump is unable to find an AG who is willing to prosecute anyone, and prior to Trump they only prosecuted political enemies, maybe its time for something a little more harsh. Military tribunals maybe. Too many people committing treason and walking away.

It's embarrassing enough to be a Pennsylvanian, given the dopes who we continue to send to Washington and to the governor's mansion but now we have to listen to fools like Deluzio remind the world what they are. How dare you call yourself a representative of good people when you are merely a shill for the Left. I sincerely hope that Pete Hegseth drags those eligible back in for a military court-martial because he will not be as easy on them as our DOJ will be.

A member of Congress has the power to initiate oversight or impeachment if s/he believes a President is issuing illegal orders to the military and the power to propose legislative changes is s/he believes a currently legal order should be illegal. The only reason for a member of Congress to do none of these things in the face of orders s/he deems unacceptable is political cowardice. It is disgusting that members of Congress too cowardly to use their own very real power are instead urging young service members to risk their current liberty and long term life prospects.

What is truly deplorable about what these Democrats are doing is if they succeed deceiving any of the military that Trump is issuing illegal orders and do not follow orders, the one who believes them will get in trouble, not them.

The left has totally succumbed to Trump Derangement Syndrome, so much so that it’s difficult to look at them as serious players in the political arena as they ramble on with one inane analogy after another. (Snip) One such example of this strategy is Trump’s efforts to build a sorely needed White House ballroom. But few have gone down the rabbit hole as deep as CNN contributor Tiffany Cross, who dared to say, “This sounds to me like someone is building a structure that he does not plan on leaving, and that’s something we need to start taking very seriously.”

A George Soros-linked organization is allegedly responsible for funding housing for the Afghan refugee responsible for this Wednesday’s terror attack in D.C. against National Guardsmen. The shooter in Wednesday’s attack has been identified as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan refuge who entered the U.S. after the Biden administration’s catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan. According to The New York Times, Lakanwal lives in Bellingham, Washington, where at one point he and his family had been renting a property from a woman named Kristina Widman. “Widman said in an interview that the rental had been set up through World Relief, an organization that helps resettle refugees, and that she had had limited contact with the family,”

No wonder a record number of Americans say they plan to shop this weekend and sales are expected to grow at a healthy rate. Economists are forecasting that registers will be ringing up sales at a fast pace this year. There’s a particular kind of innocence in believing that generosity will be recognized for what it is. A nation opens its doors, offers a warm meal, provides a safe bed, and assumes the visitor understands the privilege. For decades, America set out the banquet, refilled the bowls, and quietly told itself that this time, surely, the guests would take only what they needed. But people who are constantly fed start to forget who stocked the pantry. They come back with friends. Then relatives. Then demands. And the hosts, too polite to object, keep ladling stew while pretending not to notice the rising strain in their own households.
