A panel of appeals court judges on Nov. 18 upheld a ruling against President Donald Trump in a case he brought against CNN.
Trump did not adequately show that CNN defamed him when it reported that he promoted what it described as the “Big Lie” when challenging results from the 2020 presidential election, judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit concluded.
Trump said that the phrase was intended to link him to Adolf Hitler and propaganda used by the Nazis in Germany, but the term is ambiguous enough to cast doubt on that allegation, according to the new ruling.

President Trump has often remarked that the originating charter for the United Nations could well have served a mission for global peace and stability, were it not for the influence of bastardized small-minded politics and corruption that comes with itYesterday, the U.N Security Council voted to support President Trump’s peace plan for Gaza, despite the significant hurdles that remain. The U.N. vote was needed by several nations who have expressed a willingness to send military as part of the international stabilization force.VIA President Trump – “Congratulations to the World on the incredible Vote of the United Nations Security Council, just moments ago, acknowledging and endorsing the BOARD OF PEACE,

President Trump has continually said he’s sick and tired of this Epstein nonsense, from his perspective “a hoax’, taking attention away from priorities to make the U.S. economy thrive, energy independence and structural changes to the global economy putting America-First.(snip)Keep in mind Epstein said multiple times there just wasn’t anything he could provide anyone who was trying to target Donald Trump; Epstein had nothing.
And once again, President Trump is dragged back into this nonsense narrative by foolish sheeple on the MAGA side who have the insufferable pre-programmed disposition to fall for the professionally republican psyops every time.

Fake news was working overtime on Monday by declaring, without authority, that the “full, complete” presidential pardons related to the 2020 presidential election cannot protect against bogus state charges arising from that election. Corporate media wrongly insisted that the pardon clause in the U.S. Constitution applies only to charges brought by federal prosecutors.
Not so. The pardon clause states that the president “shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” Every attempt in court to narrow the scope of the pardon clause has failed.

Republicans are at odds over an effort to unwind a controversial provision tucked into the bill to reopen the government that would allow senators to sue for substantial sums if they aren’t notified when federal law enforcement seeks their phone records.
The provision has fueled classic tensions between the House and the Senate, prompted an effort to repeal the new law, divided Republicans, and started to become fodder for primary opponents.
Signed into law by President Trump last week, the unusual addition to the spending bill fundamentally changes how investigators must treat the 100 members of the Senate.

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch has long championed the importance of civic education in America. So, it wasn’t totally surprising when he issued a stark warning about what happens when a people abandon their shared history and responsibilities.
The moment came on Thursday morning when Gorsuch appeared on Fox News’ Fox & Friends to debut his new children’s book, The Heroes of 1776. The literary work seeks to take kids on a journey through the harrowing stories of the Founding Fathers and lesser-known patriots during the Revolutionary War era.

Indiana’s attorney general took two major enforcement actions this week targeting potential migrant trafficking. This week, Todd Rokita’s office sent subpoenas to several Indiana entities, including Fort Wayne, the state’s second-largest city; Amazon; and Catholic Charities.
“I believe these entities have vital information to root out labor trafficking right here,” Rokita said in a press conference at the Allen County courthouse Nov. 13. His office declined to disclose the subpoena contents beyond mentioning business, financial, and client records and relationships, saying confidentiality is legally required because subpoenas do not accuse recipients of wrongdoing but solely seek information.

After removing the statue of a famed Revolutionary War hero in 2021, the University of Virginia (UVA) plans to replace it with a park that will serve as a de facto land acknowledgement to an Indian tribe, The Federalist has learned.
The Federalist obtained the school’s plans for the site that once held the statue of Brigadier General George Rogers Clark, which indicate that the new park will celebrate “the Virginia landscape and Indigenous stewardship practices.”
“The politicization of the university has reached a level of absurdity as it has gleefully destroyed statues of Virginians,” Ann H. McLean, a lifelong Virginia resident who received her doctorate in art and architectural histor

In an effort to further create friction and division amid the base of support for President Trump, emails previously released to congress are resurfacing – including emails between Kathryn Ruemmler, Obama’s former White House Counsel, and Jeffrey Epstein. The UniParty players are pushing this narrative hard.
However, in fact, this is an old story going back to 2023 when the connections between then CIA Director William Burns, Kathryn Ruemmler and Jeffrey Epstein were previously released to the public {SEE HERE}. However, amid the new effort to stir up friction, the Ruemmler-Epstein emails are being talked about again. Example Below:

Self-proclaimed socialist Katie Wilson — who is still financially supported by her New York parents at 43 years old — will be the next mayor of Seattle, overseeing a budget close to $9 billion.

Unlike the New York City race, however, the Seattle election went down to the wire, with Wilson squeezing just enough votes to win and avoid an automatic recount. (snip)The 43-year-old, who moved to Seattle in her 20s with her now-husband, admitted last month that she relies on her parents, both New York professors, to help with childcare expenses.

The Justice Department on Thursday sued to block new congressional district boundaries approved by California voters last week, joining a court battle that could help determine which party wins control of the U.S. House in 2026.
The complaint filed in California federal court targets the new congressional map pushed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom in response to a similar Republican-led effort in Texas backed by President Donald Trump. It sets the stage for a high-stakes legal and political fight between the Republican administration and the Democratic governor, who’s seen as a likely 2028 presidential contender.
“California’s redistricting scheme is a brazen power grab that tramples on civil rights and

A new email released by the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday revealed that the late sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein was advised that he could “finish” President Donald Trump on the eve of the 2016 presidential election.
In a message addressed to Epstein on October 29, 2016 reported on by The Miami Herald‘s Julie Brown, author Michael Wolff wrote:
There’s an opportunity to come forward this week and talk about Trump in such a way that could garner you great sympathy and help finish him. Interested?
