The family of one of the black suspects caught on viral video beating up white people in downtown Cincinnati made the incendiary claim that the only reason the assault made national news is that one victim was a white woman.
Police have made multiple arrests after the video of the woman in a black flowery dress who tried to intervene was sucker punched with a vicious blow to the blindside that knocked her to the street, resulting in serious injuries.
Among those identified in the incident is 34-year-old Montianez Merriweather, who was initially charged with aggravated riot and assault,

Migrant crossings at Panama’s Darien Gap plunged to nearly nothing in May and June, an important indicator of illegal immigration to the United States.
The Darien Gap, situated between Colombia and Panama, serves as one of the world’s primary gateways for would-be illegal aliens hoping to cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
This week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that migrant crossings at the Darien Gap dropped 99.98 percent for May and June of this year compared to crossings in August 2023 — when U.S.-bound illegal immigration through that treacherous jungle had peaked.
For example, in a single month under former President Joe Biden, migrant crossings at the Darien Gap exceeded 82,000.

Two million dollars in taxpayer money used to pay off two disgraced FBI participants in the Trump Russian collusion narrative was approved by a former Department of Justice (DOJ) official who has gone on to help lead the current “legal resistance” against President Donald Trump.
That’s the conclusion of a report in the Federalist based on new records reviewed exclusively by the publication and obtained by the Center to Advance Security in America under a Freedom of Information Request.
The $2 million settlement in 2024 to FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page followed their lawsuits against the DOJ over the release of text messages

The Florida Department of Education on Friday sent a scathing letter to Alachua County School Board Chair Sarah Rockwell in response to her now-deleted social media post celebrating the death of Hulk Hogan as “one less MAGA,” and the board’s attempt to silence a parent at Thursday’s school board meeting.
“Your recent unprofessional conduct has been brought to my attention. You made disparaging comments about the death of a conservative public figure, leading the public to lose confidence in your ability to treat all students and families fairly,” Commissioner of Education Anastasios Kamoutsas wrote in a letter exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard confirmed that the 2020 election was compromised, and the federal government knew about it.
Earlier this year, during a high-level Cabinet meeting with President Trump, she disclosed that the Intelligence Community has been investigating election interference and tampering with electronic voting systems, including signs of foreign and domestic actors manipulating vote totals.
“I’ve got a long list of things that we’re investigating. We have the best going after this, election integrity being one of them,” Gabbard said.
She continued, “We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers

A radical judge used the race card on Thursday in the latest judicial ruling against the Trump Administration.
As Politico reported, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal.
Approximately 63,000 people from these countries were supposed to be deported by September 8 because DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had imposed a deadline. 53,000 of the migrants are from Honduras, while about 3,000 are from Nicaragua and roughly 7,500 from Nepal.
Now, TPS status for Hondurans, Nepalis, and Nicaraguans has been extended until Nov. 18.

The Department of Homeland Security has taken a female-led crime ring off the streets in Massachusetts.
Six women, illegally in the United States from Romania with Maryland addresses, worked to burglarize a number of homes in multiple states. They've been evading police after stealing private property and violating U.S. immigration law.
"Mihaela Ion, a criminal illegal alien from Romania, whose criminal history includes conspiracy to commit breaking and entering," DHS details about one of the women. "Jajela Chiciu, a criminal illegal alien from Romania, whose criminal history includes multiple thefts and charged with conspiracy, with four known offenses involving stolen property under $1,500."

The 2026 Senate race has gotten even better for the GOP. Michael Whatley, chairman of the Republican National Committee, has thrown his hat in the ring to replace hapless RINO Sen. Thom Tillis. [Tweet]
Whatley’s announcement came just days after President Donald Trump made a post on Truth Social calling on North Carolinians to encourage the RNC co-chair to run:
Mike would make an unbelievable Senator from North Carolina. He is fantastic at everything he does, and he was certainly great at the RNC where, in the Presidential Election, we won every Swing State, the Popular Vote, and the Electoral College by a landslide!

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dramatically ramped up prosecutions stemming from anti-deportation riots in central California that erupted in June, a local federal prosecutor said Wednesday.
Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, a President Donald Trump appointee, said in a X post that his office has charged 53 people with “assaults on [federal] agents or interference with immigration enforcement” since rioters began setting fires and assaulting law enforcement in Los Angeles in response to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids. The number represents a large jump from June 17, when Essayli said his team had charged “more than 20” defendants.

A dozen congressional Democrats are suing the Trump administration to gain unfettered access to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the District of Columbia’s federal court, accuses ICE and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of improperly blocking congressional oversight into immigration detention centers and ICE field offices, according to court documents. The Trump administration, in turn, is accusing Democrats of not following protocol and grandstanding for fundraising purposes.
“Nevertheless, since June 2025, each Plaintiff, in his or her official capacity as an individual member of Congress, has attempted to obtain information about conditions at a DHS facility used to detain or otherwise house noncitizens,”

A not-so-bright criminal learned what it means to “poke the bear.”
A Florida man (you already know this story is going to be good) was arrested after selling the signs he allegedly stole from Smokey the Bear on Facebook Marketplace.
The best part… Smokey helped nab the suspect, according to Florida Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson. [Tweet]
Simpson called the suspect, whose identity has not been released but could face jail time, an “idiot.”
“Smokey is always around our forest and just got lucky today that he saw the bad guy and got him handcuffed,” Simpson told Fox 13, “What an idiot, what an idiot.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of NPR’s “Morning Edition,” Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) argued that redistricting by Democrats that was favorable to them in states like Illinois, Oregon, and New Mexico is different from what Republicans are doing with redistricting in Texas because “there [are] criteria that goes into how the lines are to be drawn. You can’t do it in a discriminatory fashion.” And stated “folks are watching for” if Republicans will follow voting rights protections.
Co-host A Martínez asked, [relevant exchange begins around 2:10] “But Democrats had redistricting efforts in the past, Illinois, Oregon, New Mexico, in recent years, to their advantage. Why is this any different?”
