An illegal alien has been accused of killing 18-year-old Hallie Helgeson in a drunk driving crash in Dane County, Wisconsin, as well as seriously injuring Helgeson’s longtime boyfriend, 19-year-old Brady Heiling. Noelia A. Martinez, a 30-year-old illegal alien with a history of drunk driving, has been arrested and charged with second-degree homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, second-degree homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle with prohibited alcohol concentration, drunk driving, and knowingly operating a vehicle on a revoked license, among other charges. On July 20, Martinez was allegedly drunk driving when she crashed into Hallie and Brady, who were in Brady’s Volkswagen Tiguan.

Comments:

All illegal aliens who commit crimes on US soil, whether against US citizens or other crimes, should be charged FEDERALLY, prosecuted FEDERALLY and spend time in FEDERAL prisons!! This crapola went far enough DECADES ago!!!

So tell me, how did they get a drivers license? Didn't they have to show ID to get one?

From the article: "Noelia A. Martinez, a 30-year-old illegal alien with a history of drunk driving" "Martinez had a blood-alcohol level of 0.208% — more than double the legal limit of 0.08%." "While living illegally in the United States, Martinez has racked up several traffic violations and a conviction in November 2020 for drunk driving." "At the time of the crash, Martinez was supposed to have a device in her vehicle that prevented her from starting her car if she had been drinking. Additionally, her license had been revoked before the crash." Another ILLEGAL INVADER, with the last name ending in "ez", causing death

Rhetorical questions: How does an illegal alien obtain a US driver's license? How does said illegal alien obtain a HISTORY of drunk driving stops? Had this alien been shipped out years ago, these two victims may have married and had a family but this criminal cut all that short. The "logic" of this situation is stupefying.

I live in a rural agriculture area and you will never catch me driving at night. There are too many accidents involving alcohol. The most egregious one I remember involved an illegal who was drunk and crashed into a fence. He left the scene on foot. However, when the sheriff deputies responded to the crash they found a three-year old strapped in a child car seat.

I would like to see the families of the victims sue every person who facilitated the “get out of jail cards” for the murdering, drunken illegal. Maybe if the judges and legislators who allowed her to stay in the country were forced to pay massive lawsuits they would enforce the laws instead of letting these third world refugees loose to wreak havoc on innocents.

The answers to most of my fellow posters question is this: Dane County, Wisconsin. That's Madison. I would expect that this liberal cesspool has all sorts of "sanctuary city" laws to reward illegal aliens and overlook their continued crimes. After all, they can't let Trump have another "win." So what if we lose a couple people here and there.

If Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) were doing the yeoman's work of the sort they did in the 1970s and 1980s, this woman would have been behind bars (assuming she was still in this country), and those kids would still be alive today. But alas, MADD never condemns illegal alien Latino drunk drivers who kill American kids; seems they go out of their way to pay no attention to such situations.

At Wednesday’s White House press briefing, CNN’s Kaitlan Collins tried—and failed—to push a tired narrative about Trump and Russia. This time, she set her sights on Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, insinuating that Gabbard only declassified damning evidence about the Russia collusion hoax to get back in President Trump’s good graces. Bad move. Collins opened by pointing to the 2017 Senate Intelligence Committee report, claiming it proved Russian meddling and insisting Gabbard’s new disclosures were somehow politically motivated and meant to curry favor with President Trump.

Dealing with the Russia hoaxers is not just a matter of trying to bring Obama, Hillary Clinton, Brennan, Clapper, and Comey to justice. That will be hard enough in itself, given the certainty that the media will turn the facts around and insist that it is Trump and Tulsi Gabbard who are threatening “our democracy” by trying to show that truly no one is above the law, (Snip) April Falcon Doss, who is currently the general counsel for Trump’s National Security Agency, “previously worked for Senate Democrats on their discredited probe attempting to tie Trump to Russia and has a history of partisan anti-Trump activism.”

Former President Joe Biden has reportedly sold his presidential memoirs. According to the Wall Street Journal, Biden sold the book to Hachette Book Group, with Little, Brown and Company set to publish it. Biden is reportedly getting $10 million for the book. While a $10 million advance might sound impressive at first glance, it’s actually a paltry payday compared to what other presidents have commanded for their memoirs. In 2017, Penguin Random House shelled out a jaw-dropping $60 million for the combined book rights of Barack and Michelle Obama. Bill Clinton landed $15 million for his 2004 memoir “My Life,”

WASHINGTON — Russian intelligence obtained damaging information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s health amid her 2016 presidential campaign — including evidence that she had “psycho-emotional problems” that were being treated with severe sedatives — but Vladimir Putin chose not to release it before that year’s election because he thought the Democrat would win. The astounding revelations were contained in a Sept. 18, 2020, House Intelligence Committee report that reviewed Russia’s influence on the 2016 contest and was declassified and made public Wednesday by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. Russia’s foreign intelligence service, the SVR, “possessed DNC communications that Clinton was suffering from ‘intensified psycho-emotional problems,

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released further evidence Wednesday morning, which she claims shows the Obama administration's direct involvement in the 2016 post-presidential election Russia hoax. Gabbard, describing the plot as the "most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history," posted a series of lies which have, in her view, been debunked by declassifying a 2020 House Intelligence Committee report. The report was an assessment of how the Obama administration manufactured a January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, which portrayed Russia as having influenced the 2016 election in favor of Donald Trump. That assessment was "false," Gabbard writes,
