How did the Democrat union bag man know that FBI and DHS officers were enforcing a criminal search warrant at an L.A. clothing manufacturer on Friday? It seems that the union, CHIRLA, and the Los Angeles Rapid Response Network’s [LARRN] snitch line reporting "men in military garb" paid off. At least that's what it looks like from the charging documents against SEIU executive and Democrat money man David Huerta. The SEIU boss was arrested on Friday and spent the weekend in jail awaiting his arraignment Monday afternoon at the federal courthouse. On Monday, Huerta was charged with criminal conspiracy for impeding a federal officer—multiple times—

RICO charges for the entire operation. This is a perfect fit for those laws. Racketteering and Influrence Corruption Operation, or something similar to that, is the statute. Specifically intended for large organized crime outfits using phones, etc to carry out illegal conspiracies. Wide ranging capabilities to investigate and charge, under federal law. Not a lawyer, so perhaps there is some reasons that the RICO laws couldn't be used, if some lawyer here knows about that, I'd be interested in being educated about it. To a layman, it seems like it may work, but maybe not.

Somebody in Karen Bass's office could have let him jowl And the word spreads fast in those "communities". What helped art to "fizzle" last night was the taking down and arresting the activists among them. On the ground and bodily carried away. Loading tip buses with them. They also got the guy who'd been throwing rocks at cars on Friday. Amazing what TV publication of his photo and a $50K reward can achieve.

Anyone who believes the mayhem had to do with immigration is delusional. The protests started out that way but ere quickly coopted by the thugs who come out of the woodwork to raise hell under the guise of a protest. We knew this; Trump knew this.

The Knockout Game. Polar Bear Hunting. White Girl Bleed a Lot. Flash Mobbing. There is an entire urban lexicon that describes a nationwide subculture that celebrates anti-white violence, even if progressives dismiss it all as a phony moral panic. The principal architects of The Great Hate (blue media, academia, Hollywood, government-aligned NGOs) are armchair assassins using the joystick of propaganda to incite the suggestible and the psychotic to anarchy. Both the advocates and practitioners of violence all vote the same way, for the political party (D) that shares their values. Let’s talk about a day that California Governor Gavin Newsom would probably like to erase from memory. Tuesday was an absolute trainwreck for the Golden State’s fearless leader, marked by technical blunders, shameless begging, and a string of outright lies that would make even the most seasoned politician blush. If you thought Newsom’s leadership couldn’t sink any lower, buckle up, because this was a masterclass in humiliation. Riots are tearing through the city over federal immigration enforcement, yet Newsom can’t even bring himself to condemn the violence. Instead, he’s pointing fingers at President Trump while dodging

In the Louvre, there’s a famous painting by the French Artist Jacques-Louis David depicting the Intervention of the Sabine Women. In it, the Sabine men, whose daughters were stolen by and then married to Romans in the mid-8th century BC, returned to avenge Roman treachery and retrieve their offspring. The scene depicts a woman standing between the belligerents, imploring them to cease fighting: If you are weary of these ties of kindred, these marriage-bonds, then turn your anger upon us; it is we who are the cause of the war, it is we who have wounded and slain our husbands and fathers.

ABC News said Tuesday it is cutting ties with star national correspondent Terry Moran over a social media post in which he called President Donald Trump and senior White House advisor Stephen Miller “world-class” haters. Moran, 65, had already been suspended over the quickly deleted post on X over the weekend after drawing fire from Trump administration officials. He had spent 28 years at the network and had conducted a one-on-one interview with Trump in late April. “We are at the end of our agreement with Terry Moran and based on his recent post — which was a clear violation of ABC News policies

I once stood on the haunted soil of Hitler’s first concentration camp: Dachau. Picture a dozen or so rowdy 15-year-old high school boys on a four-week tour of Germany and Austria. With only our German teacher, Albert "Doc" Kalmar, to supervise, we did everything you’d expect from teenagers. We gawked at the Glockenspiel, ordered beers at lunch, and tried out our awkward language skills on the local girls. Then picture us stunned into silence by a place where the evil still lingered like a physical presence, almost 40 years after the war. I don't have any more words to describe it —

Last Tuesday Florida’s Board of Governors rejected Dr. Santa Ono for president of its flagship school, the University of Florida (UF). This came just one week after UF’s Board of Trustees (BOT) unanimously approved Ono. In what is typically a procedural process, it marked the first time in the 22 years since the Board of Governors was established that it had rejected a candidate in this fashion. It was a blow for not only Ono, but also UF’s BOT. How did Ono nearly get approved as UF’s next president? The short answer is the almost childish simplicity of UF’s BOT, and especially its chairman, Mori Hosseini. They created a situation

One of the major spokes in our current culture’s rationale for the acceptance of the gay lifestyle is the pithy statement that “Love is love.” On the surface, who can argue with that? It’s as obvious as the statement “It is what it is.” From a logic standpoint, it’s the same entity on both sides of an equals sign. However, the Love Rationale (“Love is love”) means that, if someone loves another, then that’s love, and that’s all there is to it. You can’t help who you love. So, it must be okay. That’s where they are wrong. My primary objection is that the “love” spoken of in

We often hear, in the Democrat media, about negligent discharges (NDs) of firearms. They usually suggest firearms are far too dangerous for Normal Americans and must be banned for public safety. See how they’re shooting themselves and others?! After all, if it saves one life, don’t we have to ban them?! Isn’t that a moral imperative?! If we adopted that standard, we’d have no power tools, no kitchen knives, we wouldn’t be able to use fire or swim, and we’d be walking but surrounded by safety cages on wheels, just in case. I’ve long maintained there are two types of gun owners: those who have had negligent discharges and those who

In 2021, a Syrian Muslim gunman opened fire at a Boulder supermarket killing ten Americans. Ahmad Al-Issa, the gunman, had been convinced that Americans were ‘Islamophobic’ and his family had moved from what would become the ISIS capital in Syria. The Al-Issa family lived in Arvada, a refugee sanctuary city near Boulder that had also previously produced Shannon Conley, an American convert to Islam who tried to join ISIS and scouted a local church. Boulder authorities blamed gun violence and mental illness. Now, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian Muslim, set elderly Jews on fire at a march to free hostages held by the Hamas terrorists whom he supported, while shouting “Free Palestine”.

While it looked like law enforcement came out in force on Monday night to help deal with the rioting in Los Angeles, Fox News reported something interesting happening earlier that evening. Fox's Bill Melugin reported how "hundreds" showed up out of nowhere, some with foreign flags. If you’re the media, you call it a “mostly peaceful protest.” Normal people might call it an “insurrection.” But “insurrection” is not quite right, either. “Insurrection” implies a violent revolt against the government by its own citizens, not violence by uninvited foreigners who refuse to leave. I suppose you could call it a riot, but when its foreigners claiming ownership of the land, it’s a bit more than that. So, the question remains: What do you call it when foreigners: illegally enter the country, refuse our requests that they leave, assert ownership over the land, attack our people, places and government, under the colors of their foreign flag while burning the American flag,

CLAIM: “On January 6th…we begged the President of the United States to send in the National Guard. He would not do it.” VERDICT: FALSE. Trump offered the National Guard ahead of time, but Democrats refused. Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed Tuesday in a news conference on Capitol Hill that President Trump refused to send the National Guard to protect the Capitol from rioters on January 6, 2021. Her point was to contrast Trump’s supposed refusal to protect the Capitol with his apparent enthusiasm for federalizing the California National Guard in recent days to quell left-wing riots in Los Angeles, California. She made her remarks among other California Democrats,

California Congresswoman Maxine Waters has insisted the ongoing riots in Los Angeles are peaceful. Far-left protesters, criminal opportunists and immigrant activists have descended on the streets of Los Angeles over the past few days in an effort to push back against President Trump’s efforts to deport the millions of people who are illegally residing across the country. Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, Waters argued that there was “no violence” in any of the protests, despite video evidence to the contrary. “Even those who were out of step with what we are advocating, peaceful protest, did not create any violence,” Waters said. “Nobody was shot. Nobody was killed. Get it in your head.”
