Left-Wingers Are Now Coming for Your Dogs
Because All Joy Must Be Crushed

Original Article

You had to know it was coming at some point. Left-wingers have targeted everything else at this point to soothe their deranged ideology, and it was just a matter of time before man's best friend ended up in the crosshairs. Yes, after destroying your childhood memories through various reimaginings of everything you held dear, they're now coming after your dog. [Tweet] Dogs have “extensive and multifarious” environmental impacts, disturbing wildlife, polluting waterways and contributing to carbon emissions, new research has found. An Australian review of existing studies has argued that “the environmental impact of owned dogs is far greater, more insidious, and more concerning than is generally recognised”.

Most of our dogs were working dogs on the farm. Now that we are retired we do have a big pet with a big bark and a big protector. Still working dogs right? Heaven forbid they go after those with dogs as pets.

Lots and lots of people own dogs--including lots of liberals, so this is not likely to go over well. And speaking of dogs, people these days seem to think their dogs are people, too. They're NOT; they're pets--often VERY annoying pets--and they DON'T belong at MOST events. Here's a free tip for dog owners: Leave your damn dogs at home!

We lost our dog last year, but still have our 3 cats. We feed 4, because we have a male demoCAT, that shows up twice a day to be fed when we feed our 3 girls (fixed). I would venture to guess that cats are worse for nature than dogs. If you substitute democrat or liberal for the word dog/dogs in the article, you'd be closer to the truth.

#3 speaks for me as well. As many of the comments here show, many people regard dogs as well as they regard children, or maybe they value the dogs even more. Many people are allergic to animal dander or have had trauma after dogs attacked them. Yes, irresponsible dog owners have ill-behaved dogs. Many dog owners react after their animal has harmed someone, rather than prevent the dog from doing harm. Dog nutters have little regard for those of us who do not care for dogs. They want to bring their stinky, hairy, slobbery dogs everywhere that people can go. I have had a rambunctious mutt charge at my three-year old daughter, while we were walking in a public park with signs posted that dogs are not allowed. I don't want to sit on a sofa that has housed a dog's bare hindquarters. I don't want a dog to lick me with the same tongue, with which he cleans his an*s. Why should I have to consider a dog's feelings ("he just wants to be friendly") when I neither want nor need a dog as a friend? Something has gone awry when dog owners regard their dogs as having "rights".

#30, I would guess that one to two percent of dog owners have unruly dogs and let them interfere with other people or put them in danger. Most dogs that I know are better than many people I know and yes, they do have rights, the right to be treated with kindness.

#31, I am a lawyer, so I do not use the term "right" lightly. A right is enforceable in a court of law. Dogs are property, they do not have rights. I think you underestimate, by a long shot, the percentage of irresponsible dog owners in the USA. Just take a look at the Reddit sub, "Dogfree".

The Media's Latest Attack on Trump at

President Trump attended the funeral of Pope Francis, who passed away last week at the age of 88. The Holy Father had been in ill health. Yet, the media is attacking the president for his choice of suit; supposedly, it was supposed to be dark or black. Whatever the case, the ‘fashion faux pas’ spread like a brushfire (via NYT): President Trump, it seems, is fully committed to going his own way when it comes to international relations — even during the funeral of a pope. On Saturday, as he joined other world leaders to pay his respects to Pope Francis,

I'm not really sure if Donald Trump is the luckiest man on earth, is blessed by Divine Providence, or is an unparalleled political genius. I suspect the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia demonstrates a combination of all three. Think about this: Democratic political leaders, political strategists and social media influencers have made a cause célèbres of an alleged wife-beating, suspected human trafficking, illegal alien judicially-determined MS-13 gang member that the Trump administration deported back to his home country of El Salvador, but whom Democrats demand be returned to the United States. Let that sink in.

They didn’t “make a mistake.” They didn’t “misunderstand the law.” They didn’t “exercise poor judgment.” No—New Mexico Judge Joel M. Cano, Massachusetts Judge Shelley Richmond, and Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan made conscious, deliberate, and premeditated decisions to aid criminals, obstruct law enforcement, and desecrate the very system they were sworn to uphold. In just a few days' time, these three black-robed offenders committed what can only be described as acts of judicial treason against the American people. And make no mistake: holding them fully accountable isn’t merely an option—it’s an absolute necessity.

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) just can’t help himself. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns about sexually explicit books being made available to kids in school libraries, he’s back to doing what he does best: deflecting and blaming Republicans. Weighing in on the Mahmoud v. Taylor Supreme Court case, Schiff absurdly claimed that it’s the GOP turning “LGBT or trans youth” into a political issue. It’s the same tired playbook we’ve seen from the Left time and time again: Parents raise valid concerns about their children being exposed to sexually explicit material in public schools and libraries, and the response from Democrats is to smear them as bigots.

The typically euphemistic language of politics is increasingly being replaced by profanity as the midterms loom and Democrat candidates are dropping F-bombs and other expletives in their ads and appearances. The trend is not limited to campaigning. Certain words such as “ass” and “pi***d,” previously unheard for decades in the stodgy Capitol, are making their appearance in speeches on the floors of Congress. One lawmaker, Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett, has drawn extensive media coverage as she’s forged a reputation using the kind of language one expects to hear in the mean streets. The U.S. Constitution is a political masterpiece. The ideas of limited government enshrined therein, with its system of checks and balances, its federalist structure, and its Bill of Rights, is responsible for more freedom and prosperity, not just in America but worldwide, than any other document other than the Bible. The Constitution only had two glaring flaws. The first was the reluctant tolerance of slavery, which was eventually corrected by the 13th Amendment (and a civil war). The second was a lack of restraint on the powers of the judiciary. There are mechanisms for the legislative and executive branches to check each other, but nothing with which to check the judiciary

It is no laughing matter. The annual dinner for journalists who cover the White House is best known for American presidents trying to be funny and comedians trying to be political. But this year’s edition will feature neither. Joe Biden’s effort to restore norms included the former president giving humorous speeches at the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) annual dinner.
