Kennedy had a cult-like following. So
did Obama. Personally, I’ll take Trump.

The Trump-is-Hitler crowd dismisses the 77 million Americans who elected Donald Trump to the Presidency, for the second time, as a cult.
They aren’t suggesting that these 77 million people are a cult because they were opposed to another four years of Joe Biden’s drooling corruption. Rather, they’re suggesting that these people are card-carrying, Kool Aid-drinking Trump worshippers.
Let’s put this in context. One of the defining characteristics of cults is that they idolize a charismatic, authoritarian leader. Such leaders get away with a lot.

Trump loves this country. Kennedy was before my time, but I think he loved this country too. At least he stood up to the Russians and did not blink. Obama, on the other hand, not so sure. Has there ever been a President that sides with a country's enemies like Obama did? He protected ISIS. He kissed up to China. Just think how much the Democrat party has changed from Kennedy to Obama. Well, Obama said he was bringing change. Perhaps people should have forced him to give specifics.

I'm not sure I would get along with Donald Trump as a person. I'm not sure how much of that is the impression he earned in 'The Apprentice' and other media appearances. I respect him highly. I also respect Elon Musk, and the two of them make an incredible alliance.
God bless them both.

Reply #2:
The Democrats have been swooning over totalitarian leaders since before either of us were born. They loved Marx, Trotsky and Lenin. They loved Stalin. They loved Hitler, up until he attacked Stalin. They were all "geniuses, ahead of their time, pointing humanity to a glorious future!"
Perhaps it was returning the favor? Those geniuses were avid readers of left wing American Academia. Hitler's 'Final Solution' was inspired in part by the works of Margaret Sanger, who founded Planned Parenthood.
Trust me. It's hard to tell who inspired who the most.

Poster #3 thinks Obama sided w/the enemy more than any other President. It's hard to discount the actions of Carter and the flat out treason of Biden. I believe the whole democrat party, from LBJ to the present time, all hate America.

In 2008, college students kept telling us that Barack Obama was "Jesus." Funny how everyone in the mainstream media forgets that fact.

Anyone who was as sick as JFK; had the perfect excuse to doge active service; with no blame attached. Instead, he chose service in PT boats. When that went pear shaped, he swam to safety, pulling an injured sailor with his teeth. And kept his crews morale up, and arranged their rescue. His patriotism was beyond doubt. Part of the Kennedy cult is the fact of his assassination. A two term presidency would have taken much of the shine off it. After his assassination; there were plenty who couldn't forgive LBJ for being alive, when their hero was dead.

Kennedy had actual charisma. Obama I have never understood. Fake and cringy to me, both him and Mike. Trump comes across as real.

There are a lot of things that Trump is doing that i do not like, but the things he is doing that I do like overwhelm those others.

How many times when Obama spoke did he refer to his self as your Commander in Cheif. I lost track. Is there another president in history that used that term even once. Obama used it daily.

I respect JFK more today than ever, but that’s because he would have led us along a better path than LBJ. Johnson’s attitude toward war — he thought a war in Vietnam would make him a hero — was dead wrong. He was a narcissist and opportunist from Texas, and did not have the attractive looks and personality of a Kennedy.
Johnson chose to advance the country to war, and it was a worse decision than any Kennedy ever made. The war divided the young from the old, and led young people away from their parents’ generation. Kennedy’s idealism was magnetic, and would have drawn us to a better world.
We can’t change the past at all, but we can reframe it.

Unless ALL the hostages held by Hamas were released by noon last Saturday, "then all Hell is going to break loose."....Donald Trump
