It’s hard to imagine any administration feeling enthusiastic about handing over power to a new president, especially after a hard-fought and often bitter campaign.
However, for a regime that has relentlessly sought not only to defeat but to destroy its opponent, a smooth transition becomes almost impossible. Despite the irony that President Joe Biden may have actually cast a vote for President-elect Donald Trump, it’s evident that he and his team are actively creating obstacles to hinder their successors.
In ways large and small, from domestic policy to foreign affairs, the most un-American and power hungry administration in modern memory appears determined to obstruct Trump’s agenda.

President-elect Donald Trump and his inner circle closed ranks around Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth on Friday, signaling they are behind him 100 percent despite a concerted smear campaign based on anonymous sources.
Trump on Friday posted on Truth Social:
“Pete Hegseth is doing very well. His support is strong and deep, much more so than the Fake News would have you believe. He was a great student – Princeton/Harvard educated – with a Military state of mind,” he said. “He will be a fantastic, high energy, Secretary of Defense Defense, one who leads with charisma

What has been going on in the Daniel Penny case, from the second NYPD detectives brought the young man in for questioning, has been the grossest and most disgusting miscarriage of justice imaginable.
And after living through the past five years of Soros prosecutors, I can imagine some pretty horrible stuff.
John had the breaking news earlier about the deadlocked jury...
When jury deliberations began in the Daniel Penny case on Tuesday, I really expected we'd have a verdict in a matter of hours or certainly by Wednesday morning. Today, on the jury's 4th day of deliberations they have told the judge they are deadlocked on the manslaughter charge.

The person of interest may have boarded a bus at a Manhattan bus terminal bound for Atlanta, the person familiar with the matter said.
The Atlanta Police Department said that they were contacted by the New York Police Department and will be providing assistance as needed.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday would not rule out the idea of President Biden issuing preemptive pardons on behalf of his allies before he leaves the Oval Office next month.
The press secretary’s comments come as media reports have indicated the White House is privately weighing whether to issue preemptive pardons to several Biden allies, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, former Congresswoman Liz Cheney, and retired General Mark Milley, who served as the joint chiefs of staff under Trump’s first administration.

A federal appeals court on Friday upheld a law that would ban TikTok in the U.S. unless the app’s Chinese parent company sells the platform.
A panel of three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit unanimously declined to review the petition for relief from TikTok.
“We conclude the portions of the Act the petitioners have standing to challenge, that is the provisions concerning TikTok and its related entities, survive constitutional scrutiny,” judge Douglas Ginsburg wrote in the majority opinion. “We therefore deny the petitions.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Katy Tur Reports,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) questioned the effectiveness of the Department of Government Efficiency and stated that Elon Musk “basically has made his fortune off of government subsidies” and Democrats should “come after the insurance companies, the big defense companies that are all reaping huge amounts of money off of the government. Let’s come after Elon Musk, who’s made his fortune off of taxpayers.”
Murphy said, “I’m just not sure that [DOGE] has anything to do with breaking up the status quo. You’ve put a billionaire, who basically has made his fortune off of government subsidies

The incoming Trump administration is preparing a list of countries to which it may deport migrants when their home countries refuse to accept them, according to three sources familiar with the plans.
The countries on the list have included but may not be limited to Turks and Caicos, the Bahamas, Panama and Grenada, the sources said.
The plans could mean that thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of migrants would be permanently displaced in countries where they do not know any of the people or the language and have no connection to the culture.

Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said Thursday on CNN’s “The Situation Room” that “we’re in the fight of our lives” against the incoming administration.
Raskin said, “We’re in the fight of our lives, Wolf. There is an incoming administration which has vowed to turn the Department of Justice into an instrument of political revenge and retaliation and persecution of individual American citizens. We’ve got an incoming administration which doesn’t seem to care about any constitutional boundaries they’re threatening to impound funds that have been appropriated for particular purposes by Congress and use them for other purposes. That was, of course, something that Donald Trump did

One of the convenient by-products of accusing your political enemies of engaging in the very skullduggery you are engaging in is that, when your world implodes, your useful idiots will fight to protect you.
Facebook is currently hopping with vegetative dunder-butts celebrating because Hunter Biden will never be tried for crimes that most Democrats are mentally incapable of admitting that he committed.
In this day and age, ignorance is a choice, but for die-hard apparatchik Democrats, it is a duty.
Every time I post the link to the Oversight Committee's findings that prove the Biden crime family hoover roughly $27 million in bribes, I am met with "laughing face"

First to go was Matt Gaetz. Now Pete Hegseth is in trouble. And after the Democrats sink Hegseth with anonymous allegations of sex and booze, Tulsi Gabbard will be their next target.
The Democrats are playing piñata with Trump’s cabinet picks.
Having Gaetz’s head on the chopping block wasn’t entirely unexpected; he was always seen as an outlier. With so much bad blood in his wake, it would’ve required a minor MAGA miracle to get him confirmed. So, losing Gaetz was seen more as a reflection of Gaetz than Trump.
But Hegseth is in a different category. He’s a fresh face, unmarred
