George Clooney feels he is being used as a ‘scapegoat’ in the furious blame game over who could have cost Kamala Harris the election – and will now take a step back from politics.
The Hollywood star, 63, threw his support behind Harris after penning a blistering op-ed on why Joe Biden would cost the Democrats the win if he didn’t abandon his campaign, but it still wasn’t enough to prevent an historic victory for Donald Trump.
Clooney has since been criticized by Democrats for his influence during the election, with some claiming Harris' loss was his fault.

A nice looking man, a fair actor but not much common sense. Go back to your villa at Lake Como.

Indeed, I'd like to see Clooney take a step back..... over a cliff.

Nice looking. But I never considered him a deep thinker.
He has a politically correct wife, and lots of money. Therefore, he has gravitas with lo-fo’s and needy politicians.

Taking one for the team is only useful if your team wins.
Actors would be wise to stay in their lanes.

Poor George Porgie....kissed the Dems and made him cry! Ok - you chose the losing side. They blame you. The least you can do is stand up for what you said you believed in instead of pouting because they blame you! Maybe you should learn something from this. When President Trump lost last time, we still stood behind him! Of course he didn't look at us and blame us!

Sorry, but if you were influenced by the mere appearance of a celeb, you are the problem. They are people ...people have opinions. Why should anyone care what BS, or Rosie, or Mr Clooney say?

Go easy on yourself, George. His internal pollsters saw a 400-delegate blowout coming. And no one person is responsible for what happened. It was the culmination of actions by hundreds of democrat operatives over several years, starting with the ballot fraud on Election Evening 2020 and then catalyzed by all the EO rollbacks on Day One in January 2021. You had nothing to do with any of that.

An airhead who is okay as an actor but does not know he is an airhead and that more than half the country does not care about what airheads have to say. Oh, how tragic.

This thief just made the election all about him. What arrogance. Besides, he did steal the millions he made off of collecting money for the earthquake in Haiti. And he's a crappy movie maker and actor. Go away.

They are turning on each other. Eating their own. It is beautiful to behold. Thank you President Trump, not only for saving the country and world from annihilation , but for this incredible entertainment as they all implode. Bill and Hill are remarkably quiet. So far they're not getting blamed so they're keeping their mouths shut. We may never hear Kamala's voice again until she has to certify Trump's win on January 6. Now that's Karma. Late night, the View, Mika and Joe, Maddow, all of Hollywood, Pelosi, Clooney, Obama, MIchelle, Oprah, Jack Smith, Letitia James,, Wray, Mayorkas, Austin-the list is endless.

I wish that the late, great Charlton Heston were here to see aging pretty boy George Clooney getting dumped on. Oh, talk about an extremely satisfying sense of schadenfreude!

How dare they insinuate that I'm not strong or smart enough to make my own decision. this is the message that Hollywood was sending. They were saying that my husband rules my decisions. What PIGS. These clowns are so out of touch with the everyday person in the U.S. that they make me sick to my stomach.

First they came for Clooney. Now do Meathead. Then Ruffalo, Cher, Cussack and the rest. Their IQs combined are the temperature of an air conditioned psyche ward.

I doubt the country was sitting on pins and needles to have Clooney tell them how to vote. The simple fact is, Harris lost because she is lazy and stupid.

It's been 5 days since the greatest election ever. How is it that he and the rest that threatened to leave are still here? Madonna was going to throw herself in a shredder and Bono was going to drive his car off a cliff, but I can't find those news reports anywhere. It seems liberal democrats stock in trade is lying, and they'll be here for the next 4 years, lecturing us on how brilliant they are and what stupid, primitive pieces of garbage we are for not taking advantage of their brilliance!
