Federal Court Revives Lawsuit Against
Los Angeles COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit challenging the COVID-19 vaccine mandate imposed by the Los Angeles school district, noting that the record doesn’t clearly show whether the vaccines prevent transmission of the illness. The Health Freedom Defense Fund and other challengers to the mandate asserted that it violated the due process and equal protection rights of district employees, in part because the vaccines, unlike traditional vaccines, “are not effective” in preventing infection. U.S. District Judge Dale Fischer disagreed, throwing out the case in 2022. She ruled that even if the COVID-19 vaccines don’t prevent infection, mandates can be imposed under a 1905 U.S. Supreme Court ruling

Perhaps this would be a good time to reflect on the reasons to NOT skip the arduous, clinical trials that drugs undergo BEFORE they are pumped into our bodies (not mine in this case). Nor should we EVER hand out blanket immunity to the manufacturers of said products, before a single dose has even gone in to an arm!

Dangerous, ineffective "vaccines" using an unproven technology, and used under an experimental, emergency approval which protects the companies from any liability for their dangerous shots......a HELLISH combo that killed a lot of people, and seriously harmed many more. This crap should not be possible to be forced upon people.

The border was wide open with no isolation or vaccination for the illegals invading America while Americans were losing their jobs for not getting the shot. Does no one have to answer for that? At this point the gov't knew the virus wasn't as dangerous as they implied it was. If it was dangerous, then this regime belongs in prison for dereliction of duty for putting Americans in danger. Can't have it both ways but they did because the press doesn't exist anymore. People did question the gov't and the gov't told them they were conspiracy theorists. There was a perfectly good treatment for covid but it wouldn't have made some people rich (10% for the big guy). The gov't, big pharms, CDC, WHO etc lost all their credibility and will never get it back.

I have always thought that Biden and Harris taking the injection on TV only had themselves injected with Ringer Lactate, IOW, harmless liquid.

Well. I’m sure that Hunter Biden’s conviction on three counts in federal court this morning will absolutely do “wonders” for President Biden’s dismal approval ratings. And do you think that President Biden is experiencing a great sense of schadenfreude this morning?

Now, they say that mandates forcing COVIUD shots could not be enforced. Great! How much suffering and damage could have been prevented had this case been heard back then.

The granular issue of this specific whistleblower story pertains to an FBI investigative employee who had his security clearance suspended after officials within the FBI discovered he attended a speech given by President Trump. However, the bigger issue uncovered during a review of that punishment was written FBI instructions from within the sector of the FBI that investigative and issues security clearances. In essence, the FBI has a documented standard that political ideology determines who will get security clearances approved. If a person supports President Trump, holds conservative views, or does anything that would identify themselves as not being in alignment with the leftist worldview, their security clearance application

Ever since the U.S. election of 2016, and to a lesser extent the Brexit referendum months earlier, I have read a dozen or so government publications about the general subject of interference in the election process. What I find common amid each of those government reviews, is a general leftist theme that democracy must be protected from election outcomes. I know that last sentence sounds a little goofy, but that’s because leftism is exactly that weird and fraught with hypocrisy. Keep in mind, right now in Europe Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has banned any political opposition and cancelled elections in his country in order to “preserve democracy.”

Vivek Ramaswamy tweeted, “The Hunter Biden trial is a smokescreen. It’s designed to make the prosecution of Trump appear nonpartisan, yet the outcome of the Hunter trial doesn’t matter because Joe Biden can & will pardon him. The trial’s timing is no coincidence: right after the Trump conviction, but set to finish before Joe Biden leaves the White House.” (snp) it is a smokescreen designed to legitimize that dog-and-pony show in New York. But there is zero doubt that this fake trial will result in an exoneration for Hunter. Why do you think FJB declared he won’t pardon him? He won’t have to. The fix is in.

As I shared last year, the operation behind Ron DeSantis is much deeper than most can fathom. Arguably and factually, we can trace the origin of the DeSantis ’24 objective all the way back to the end of 2017 just before the midterm 2018 races began. Ron DeSantis left Congress to go after the Florida governor position in 2018. The political apparatus that supported his shift included the Bush clan GOP faction and his career long support system within the Club for Growth.(snipThe people operating the plan were using DeSantis as the 2024 candidate to get the GOP back in the hands of the party establishment

Summer tourists in New York City face unprecedented lodging costs as hotels throughout the city are being repurposed as migrant housing. The average price for a hotel room in the city, based on 2023 data, is a record-breaking $301 per night, an 8.5 percent increase from 2022 costs. This rise in prices is largely due to the city’s gross overcommitment to providing shelter for the influx of illegal migrants flooding the city. A recent change to Gotham’s “right to shelter” rule allows adult illegal migrants under the age of 23 to stay up to 60 days in city-run shelters.

The administration wants to paint the AG as a fair-minded dispenser of justice. In truth, while Garland might occasionally — only when faced with no real options — put the Biden administration in an uncomfortable political position, he has regularly weaponized the agency to target the president’s political enemies, from pro-life protesters to concerned parents to presidential candidates. Even as I write this, Garland is refusing to hand over audio recordings of Joe Biden’s interviews with former Special Counsel Robert Hur,

It comes at the end: “The jurors have delivered their verdict, as the voters will in November.
