A serial perjurer will try to prove an
old misdemeanor against Trump in an embarrassment

The famous Roman philosopher and orator Marcus Tullius Cicero once said, “The more laws, the less justice.” This week, New York judges and lawyers appear eager to prove that the same is true for cases against Donald Trump. After an absurd $450 million decision courtesy of Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg will bring his equally controversial criminal prosecution over hush money paid to a former porn star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. Lawyers have been scouring the civil and criminal codes for any basis to sue or prosecute Trump before the upcoming 2024 election.

Somehow these people should face charges for interfering with an elections and placing false charges against Donald trump. If they win Trump gets punished, if they lose they still have their jobs.

Is the letter signed by Stormy Daniels in 2018, if I remember correctly, that she did not have an affair with Donald Trump going to be in evidence? How about Michael Avenetti stating that Michael Cohen told him that he was the one actually having the affair going to be allowed in the courtroom? Truth will prevail. . .

We know Professor Turley is a man of measured words, but he could show some passion! These rancid prosecutors are trying to railroad a man into prison because they do not like his politics. If that fact cannot arouse a little concern then what in the world would? These rogue prosecutors and judges are destroying our legal system in order to destroy one man. To me that is of the upmost importance. How do we go forward when they bring a conviction against an innocent man because he will not agree to leave the political arena? These arrogant fools are not only denying President Trump justice but they are attempting to, once again, interfere in an election because the outcome is not one they are willing to accept. While libs have a field day with these illegitimate prosecutions, our system of justice is being destroyed. This is no small thing because it will set a precedent going forward. They know it, we know it and they know we know it but such is the depth of their corruption and hubris. We are giving democrats the room they need to destroy not only our system of justice but our right to choose the leader we want. This may seem frivolous, but it is a deadly serious matter and should be given the weight it deserves. Democrats are attempting to destroy what they cannot defeat through lawfare. It is disgusting, underhanded and shameful that more legal scholars are not up in arms about this breach of fidelity to the law and the United States Constitution.

Because the corrupt democrat party offers nothing to the American people, it has to resort to cheating and stale tricks to win anything. Biden, Garland, Schumer, Bragg, etc., and many others, all corrupt.

Apparently, Cohen used his own money to make the payments. Why? Because he is such a nice and loyal guy trying to protect Trump? He then recovered the money in multiple invoices to Trump as legal services. It now makes sense because Avenati says that it was actually Cohen that had the affair with Stormy. They probably cooked the whole thing up to fleece Trump. It looks like Trump had no knowledge of the whole affair.

Trump’s son Barron will graduate from high school during the trial. Trump should attend his son’s graduation and let’s watch the confrontation between Secret Service and NYPD. If Trump goes to jail for that it is worth another couple of million votes for him. .

On a day like that, it’s no wonder that people would flock to the beach. But today, many people are not going to the famed Copacabana to be lazing on a Sunday morning; instead, they are gathering in yet another MASS demonstration against the socialist tyranny, in defense of democracy and in support of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.

Joe Biden already turned over the Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan to Taliban terrorists in September 2021. Biden abandoned Afghanistan’s Bagram Airfield after nearly 20 years in July by shutting off the electricity and slipping away in the night without notifying the base’s Afghan commander, who discovered the Americans’ secret departure more than two hours after they left. The Taliban quickly took control of Bagram Air Base, which is only 30 miles north of Kabul, on August 15th and released thousands of terrorists held at its prison. The Americans and Afghans left the Taliban military equipment, uniforms, rations and even sports drinks.

The Biden administration’s Department of Education unveiled a sweeping set of rules on Friday that effectively erase protections for sex-based spaces by expanding the Title IX prohibition against sex discrimination to include “gender identity” — a term that’s never mentioned in the original law. A majority of Americans agree that males who claim to identify otherwise should not be allowed to infiltrate girls’ and women’s sports teams. As of now, some 25 states have laws or regulations aimed at keeping boys and men out of female-only spaces, on and off the field.

Iran fired air defenses at a major air base and a nuclear site near the central city of Isfahan after spotting drones early Friday morning, raising fears of a possible Israeli strike in retaliation for Tehran’s unprecedented drone-and-missile assault on the country. It was unclear if the country came under attack, as no Iranian official directly acknowledged the possibility and Israel’s military did not respond to a request for comment. However, tensions have been high since the Saturday assault on Israel amid its war on Hamas in the Gaza Strip and its own strikes targeting Iran in Syria.

It needs to be said, and it needs to be said loudly, the FBI is the 2024 equivalent of the 1984 Soviet-era KGB, now FSB. The modern FBI is the police agency of a weaponized U.S government, with a direct and purposeful mandate to keep the American people under control through strict surveillance and a violent police state. Understand and accept this with great seriousness, there are no honorable “rank and file” inside this organization. Every member of the FBI is a participant in the weaponization of power and government. The members are jackboots recruited from ideological college campuses for exactly the purpose of supporting a Stasi-like police state.

There are many reasons to criticize Donald Trump. He’s a deliberately polarizing public figure who likes to shoot from the verbal hip, revels in viciously taunting opponents and displays an often brutally uncompromising style that riles up a lot of people to the point of apoplexy. But one thing you can’t say about Trump is that he’s a bad father. I’ve been around him many times when he was with his five children — Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany and Barron — and he’s a proud, loving dad, and that feeling is reciprocated by each of them.

Like many Americans, Richard Haass is still trying to understand why Iran decided to attack Israel directly over the weekend with a barrage of more than 300 missiles and drones, most of which were shot down. The attack was a retaliation for an airstrike by Israel earlier this month that killed a top general with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Damascus. But Haass believes Tehran has miscalculated and will come to regret its decision to shift from its longtime strategy of using proxy forces in places like Syria and Iraq into launching a direct attack on civilian areas in Israel, which has only rekindled sympathy for Israelis.

The Biden administration is being blasted for allowing billions of dollars to allegedly flow into Iran under a controversial sanctions waiver — even after Iranian-backed rebels launched deadly air strikes against American forces and the Muslim country just directly attacked staunch US ally Israel. Last month, the White House extended the waiver, a move that unlocked up to $10 billion more in frozen funds by enabling Iraq to pay the Iranian government for electricity services, according to critics and the Washington Free Beacon. The Biden administration had already renewed the waiver program, which was established in 2018, in November. The extended waiver was then set to expire again in March,
