The famous Roman philosopher and orator Marcus Tullius Cicero once said, “The more laws, the less justice.”
This week, New York judges and lawyers appear eager to prove that the same is true for cases against Donald Trump.
After an absurd $450 million decision courtesy of Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg will bring his equally controversial criminal prosecution over hush money paid to a former porn star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.
Lawyers have been scouring the civil and criminal codes for any basis to sue or prosecute Trump before the upcoming 2024 election.

Somehow these people should face charges for interfering with an elections and placing false charges against Donald trump.
If they win Trump gets punished, if they lose they still have their jobs.

Is the letter signed by Stormy Daniels in 2018, if I remember correctly, that she did not have an affair with Donald Trump going to be in evidence?
How about Michael Avenetti stating that Michael Cohen told him that he was the one actually having the affair going to be allowed in the courtroom?
Truth will prevail. . .

We know Professor Turley is a man of measured words, but he could show some passion! These rancid prosecutors are trying to railroad a man into prison because they do not like his politics. If that fact cannot arouse a little concern then what in the world would? These rogue prosecutors and judges are destroying our legal system in order to destroy one man. To me that is of the upmost importance. How do we go forward when they bring a conviction against an innocent man because he will not agree to leave the political arena? These arrogant fools are not only denying President Trump justice but they are attempting to, once again, interfere in an election because the outcome is not one they are willing to accept.
While libs have a field day with these illegitimate prosecutions, our system of justice is being destroyed. This is no small thing because it will set a precedent going forward. They know it, we know it and they know we know it but such is the depth of their corruption and hubris. We are giving democrats the room they need to destroy not only our system of justice but our right to choose the leader we want. This may seem frivolous, but it is a deadly serious matter and should be given the weight it deserves. Democrats are attempting to destroy what they cannot defeat through lawfare. It is disgusting, underhanded and shameful that more legal scholars are not up in arms about this breach of fidelity to the law and the United States Constitution.

Because the corrupt democrat party offers nothing to the American people, it has to resort to cheating and stale tricks to win anything. Biden, Garland, Schumer, Bragg, etc., and many others, all corrupt.

Is this the same misdemeanor that has gone way past the statute of limitations?

Apparently, Cohen used his own money to make the payments. Why? Because he is such a nice and loyal guy trying to protect Trump? He then recovered the money in multiple invoices to Trump as legal services. It now makes sense because Avenati says that it was actually Cohen that had the affair with Stormy. They probably cooked the whole thing up to fleece Trump. It looks like Trump had no knowledge of the whole affair.

Re #3 - the lack of passion by him and others drives me nuts. And the other issue is that the Left knows that the Right will never stoop to their level of playing dirty. They will sling mud ad nauseum while "our side" continues to wipe their faces with their nice white handkerchiefs.

clearly, pdt could ease his schedule by having rallies/fundraisers at all of his properties-in the tri-state area.
he has powerful surrogates to spread the word on campuses--viewing 1984 stacks of jumbotrons.
how about church picnics, salsa dancing, of a sunday, for voter registration and protect the vote
seminars and webinars to learn to gotv and protect voting rights of those entitled to vote and work here.
let these events take place in popular venues chosen by the local organisers... the schedule for hispanics was:
fridays are for going out after work. [in england it was quiz night at the pub for prizes.]
saturday is date night for couples. and sunday is ''domingo familiar'' for family activity.
bring the feast, and they will come.

Trump’s son Barron will graduate from high school during the trial. Trump should attend his son’s graduation and let’s watch the confrontation between Secret Service and NYPD. If Trump goes to jail for that it is worth another couple of million votes for him. .
