New York AG Letitia James is raising doubts about the 'sufficiency' of the $175 million bond floated by a California billionaire that allows Donald Trump to go forward with the appeal in his New York fraud case.
Trump found a way this week to meet another looming deadline to put up the money for a court judgment against him by obtaining a bond from a company overseen by 'subprime mortgage king' Don Hankey.
Hankey told DailyMail.com he approached Trump after hearing about his efforts to obtain bond for a larger $454 million court judgment, then issued the bond for the lower amount after Trump's team came back to him.

She doesn't get to decide whether the bond is sufficient. That's up to the court. But then the judge has been in her pocket from the get-go.

Maybe she could turn her attention to the ladies who are being attacked as they walk down the street or the car jackings or all the other things the citizens are having to put up with from the thousands of illegals in their 'sanctuary city.'

Part of the "Ruling" she demanded was that NO Bank or lending institution "licensed to do business in NY" could have ANY dealings with Trump....now she is poutraged that ANY lending institution from Anywhere is willing to do so.

The USA is overrun with lawyers, we have multiple levels of courts and layers of oversight, yet this AG, NYC courts and the NY state courts are blatantly trying to destroy a citizen and there doesn't seem to be anyone or any part of American's justice system to stop them. When an entire state is criminal and when massive parts of the entire justice system is criminal, who or what is going to stop them? Where are the checks and balances to keep the laws and the system constitutional? Trump was unjustly charged in an illegal court that made up its own rules. No police, federal LEOs or corrupt blackmailed politicians are doing ANYTHING to stop this. Is the US Supreme Court ok with hundreds of Americans being denied basic, legal rights? They stood by instead of forcing an investigation of key Presidential election tampering. Now they sit and watch our justice system turn into Stalin show trials. The country is falling apart because scum spit on the oath of office they all took.

The old silk purse/sow’s ear adage applies here. Any woman that takes her shoes off in court, and makes herself comfortable is low class trash.

Trump must be the only person in new York who needs a bond, the rest they let go free.
Now this idiot is questioning the guy putting up the bond.

#9, The answer is that we are heading towards lawlessness. The laws you speak of are laid out so that citizens will not rise up against injustice. When government becomes unjust..............

How do we know you are a competent AG? Let's see your transcripts from high school, college, an law school. Also, a copy of your LSAT and bar exam results, and performance reviews from your last three bosses. And a note from your mother.
