The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Joe Biden issued the most radical environmental rules in American history to phase out gasoline-powered vehicles and force customers to drive ineffective electric cars. Now, a new report has revealed the effort to finish off the gas-powered car is well-underway in eight states.
As The Daily Mail reported Tuesday, the rules being adopted in these states specify that only zero-emission vehicles, which include electric vehicles and certain plug-in hybrids, can be sold beginning with the 2035 model year. This is known as the Advanced Clean Cars II rule.

And the ChiComs are building an EV plant in Mexico, with the US as the target for the ChiCom's cheap EVs. 45's bloodbath comment is no joke. And the 8 states banning CBE vehicles is no coincidence. The ChiCom's are profiting from Joey Baby's fubaring of America. Xi is JB's puppetmaster.

It is my dream that all the democrats’ plans and schemes over the last 100 years, to date, ultimately crash and burn to ashes!

Yet another brilliant move to force even more people out of those states and into red states.

"The eight states that have pledged to force their constituents to drive environmentally damaging electric vehicles are California, Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. The District of Columbia has also signed off."
No surprises. What could possibly go wrong?

Wait until all the states in the north east face a tough winter, and it affects the performance of their EV vehicles. These people will be the first to cry about it. Yet they voted for the idiots that wanted this policy.

Ir is unlikely these moronic policies will ever take effect, and if they do they will be cancelled pretty quickly. What gets me is that the communists who push this stuff keep getting re-elected. Its like society has a death wish.

If it ever actually takes effect it will simply drive up car sales in neighboring States. Every State line will be populated with car dealerships busily selling ICE vehicles, providing jobs, and driving economic growth.

Under one “low cost” model EPA outlined in the rule, automakers must ensure 56% of light-duty car sales are battery electric and another 13% are hybrid by 2032. What happens when 56% /13% of the people don't want to or can't afford these kinds of new vehicles? Does everyone need to go out of state for their new gas vehicle or pay an in state premium price? Bet there will be a big spike in gas powered used car prices in those states as gas cars suddenly become much more valuable. How many car dealers will close?

Bla Bla Bla.....Do we really care what Biden does? That man is going to be GONE in a matter of Months! Trump is going to throw out ALL of Biden's Rules and Regulations on the First week in Office. And who believes Biden will still be above Ground in 2035? I doubt if the Slimy Guy running California will be in Office either. People have already had enough of his Rule and hopefully will throw him out of Office as well! Also, the Old Guard like Chuckie Schumer are going to be out by 2035 as well. And for the Record, We, The People are going to buy whatever the Heck we want. Hubby and I just bought a new SUV with a Honking Big Engine. So sue us! We see a LOT of them on the Road and the Little Plastic EV's are barely a blip on the Road! The idea that the Biden Idiots can force people to buy something they don't want is just foolish! Not going to happen!

Before long, there will truly be two Americas -- Red State America, with freedom and prosperity, and Blue State America -- a third-world mess whose once-productive populations have fled and been replaced by illegals, and whose economies have been destroyed by excessive government/environmental regulation and taxation.

This "rule" should be in front of the SCOTUS ASAP. Such a massive societal change should never be allowed from an agency. Further, even if the Congress passed such a law, it should be clear that such a diktat is unconstitutional. The federal government doesn't have the power to make such a law.
Our takeaway on this is that dems are lawless autocrats who should NOT be allowed in power.

Those "Statists" who do go EV only are painting themselves into a corner of their own demise.
Hybrid cars which are reliable alternatives would also be banned.
EVs are so expensive the masses of people cannot afford them. Unless one lives in a big city with mass transit available, people will by and large LEAVE that state because of this FORCED MIGRATION against automobiles.

What do you suppose will happen when my 2017 Yukon XL hits one of these electric fire traps?
Also, McConnel's sister-in-law backed her EV into a pond and talked on a phone for eight minutes before she drowned. Her EV doors and windows shorted out and wouldn't open.

FTA ‘ When the tailpipe emissions rules kick in, automakers will be compelled to increase production and sales of EV’s’. The government believes they can ‘compel’ OE’s to increase production of EV’s but none of them can force people to buy them unless they adopt this law in all 50 states.

Why isn't Delaware one of the states? Could it be they are protecting Quid Pro Joe who has a Corvette in a garage full of classified documents? If you drive from a free state to an EV state will you be forced to have a passport?

The goal is NOT to force people to buy EVs. Even every idiot knows that our electric grid could not handle millions of drivers switching to EVs, especially when the libs are simultaneously killing off gas and coal feuled electric power plants.
The goal is force people to ride mass transit. Do you live in the 90%+ of the country that is rural and does not have enough population density to make mass transit viable? Tough. Move to a Democrat controlled large city.

Still carefully using the term 'tailpipe emissions', as EVs have no tailpipes. Since conventional vehicles are sold in and across state lines, regulations should be formulated by the elected Congress, not a 'Biden Rule'.

Cars became popular when they became affordable during the Coolidge presidency.. that’s 100 years ago. People were not forced to buy them. As they became more popular, gasoline stations appeared everywhere. All without government coercion. It allowed people to move out of the cities into the suburbs. People moved outside cities and across the land.
Filling up a gasoline engine only takes a few minutes. Not so an electric one. A longish trip, more than 300 miles, becomes inconvenient. Even if you have a home charging station, there are problems. If you live in a high density neighborhood, there would be electricity blackouts and that would affect everyone’s indoor lighting, tv, internet worse. What if an EV catches fire in a high-density neighborhood? EV fires are extremely difficult to put out and would endanger many houses and the people who live in them.

LOL That fad won’t last.
Like most liberal ideas they are poorly planned, poorly thought out and poorly executed. Most of these involved started are very cold states and Canada has shown us how EVs are worthless in cold temperatures. Also this will likely cause businesses and residents to flee. Over 90% of people with EV rely on gas powered cars. I cannot believe how stupid liberals are. Goods prices will likely sky rocket because it will take more time and cost to get goods delivered if you can even get trucking companies to go there? Are they going to ban diesel powered trains too? If not such hypocrites.
