On Tuesday, Louisiana became the 28th state to pass legislation allowing the carry of handguns without a permit, often referred to as "constitutional carry." The law, originally Louisiana Senate Bill 1, was signed into law by Governor Jeff Landry."Today, we join 27 other states in passing Constitutional Carry. I promised the folks of Louisiana that I would champion Constitutional Carry into law, and within two months, I have honored that commitment," Republican Gov. Jeff Landry told Fox News Digital. "It's fundamentally clear — law-abiding citizens should never have to seek government permission to safeguard themselves

An armed society is a polite society, and as Biden and the democrats keep inviting (and now transporting by air) the dregs of the world into the USA, more Americans will be interested in self-protection.

1 is correct. I live in one of Jason Aldean’s small towns but have hardened my home with dead bolts, cameras etc. it’s a shame. We didn’t even lock our doors for a trip to the grocery store 30 years ago and look at what our country has become. This is completely on the shoulders of the Democrats and their running dogs on the left. Be careful, be alert, and arm yourselves. It will get worse and I am not sure even DJT can turn it around now.

Things are shaping up. Although you still have to pick the right path, you can now drive from FL/GA to ID/UT/AZ without fear of the authorities confiscating your legally-owned handgun. A lot of patriotic folks have been doing a lot of hard work for many years to get this Constitutional guarantee codified into law.

When I walk in the mall parking lot in Louisiana, I put my hand down in my purse, so that a potential mugger will be worried that I might have a handgun for protection. Now I just might have one in there.

The northeast, California and the west coast, Illinois, etc, abhor citizens with weapons and we're unlikely to see that change. At least we're in the majority now. The Ohio crime rate has gone down since it instituted CC but don't expect it to be in the news.

The South Carolina house just passed constitutional carry and now it goes to the senate, which will pass it and then to the governor who will sign it. I just hope that they do it quickly.

There were widespread reports at the first of the week on what one of the central themes of Joe Biden's upcoming State of the Union address was going to be: To paraphrase, it will boil down to asking the American people: "Whose side are you on? America's or Donald Trump's?"While portraying oneself as the only true upholder and defender of America's ideals is a political campaign tactic that is as old as time, openly seeking out advice from celebrities who have played the role of an elected official in TV shows and movies is... most certainly not. The ad titled 'Jugular' highlights Trump's shift to the general election after winning 14 of the 15 Super Tuesday states, leading final competitor Nikki Haley to finally suspend her campaign. Joe Biden's administration has admitted transporting migrants on secret flights into the U.S. and lawyers for its immigration agencies claim revealing the locations could create national security 'vulnerabilities'. Customs and Border Protection has refused to disclose information about a program last year secretly arranging flights for thousands of undocumented immigrants from foreign airports directly to U.S. cities. It means that while record numbers of migrants were flowing over the southern border last year, the Biden White House was also directly transporting them into the country. Use of a cell phone app has allowed for the near undetected arrival by air of 320,000 aliens with no legal rights

Haley liked to say that her campaign was not all about her, that it was not personal. She said she was running for the sake of America.

Any voter who listened to a stump speech from former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley during her primary campaign against Donald Trump -- which she just ended -- was likely to hear a variation of one message: The former president can't win in November because he's been losing a notable minority of Republican voters. "He lost 40% of the primary vote in all of the early states," she said last week at a campaign rally in Minnesota. "You can't win the general election if you can't win that 40% [back]." Haley was exaggerating. For example, in the 15 GOP states that voted on Super Tuesday, she has gotten less than 20%
