The top Democrats in the Senate and House called on Friday for former President Donald Trump’s “supporters and critics alike” to allow the federal case against Trump related to classified documents to “proceed peacefully in court.”
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) made their remarks in a joint statement after a judge unsealed special counsel Jack Smith’s historic indictment of Trump, which revealed 37 criminal charges against him.
“No one is above the law — including Donald Trump,” they wrote. “This indictment must now play out through the legal process, without any outside political or ideological interference.”

Then tell us how many Classified Documents were taken from the Biden beach house, University of Delaware, Penn State University, and DC Chinatown? Why hasn't Hillary been charged for obstruction of justice for the illegal "Chappaqua Closet Server" containing emails and classified documents?

And does anyone remember former National Security Advisor, Sandy Berger, caught spiriting highly classified documents out of the National Archives in his underwear and socks over several visits? Berger got a light slap on the wrist for possibly destroying or altering documents pertaining Clinton's role leading up to 9-11.

Schumer is a piece of work. Jeffries is no more than a liberal lap dog who does as he is told.

I am now more convinced than ever that the really bad kids who were always in detention for lying and thievery; the ones who were pathological about both, did not end up in jail. They were steered towards politics. These low life slugs can lie with a straight face so easily they may even believe the lies themselves.
Nothing said by any politician is to be believed, ever.

You could not hear a more arrogant and hypocritical statement if it was made by the Devil himself.

Well, we know that's not true of so many Democrats who are connected to this entire scheme to take down one person who seems to be in their way.
After all, the law is being applied where they want and ignored where they need.
What are they so afraid of, or of being exposed?

Realists have recognized from Greek and Roman times that the Law, composed of government and lawyers, is nowhere close to fair or infallible. I suspect that the likelihood of fairness has declined greatly since those times.

Yeah, except for the Clintons and the Obama's and the Biden Crime family..... well you get the idea. Real crimes committed by real people and what do we get? Trump indicted by political hacks over non-crimes that a President and even an Ex-President can't be guilty of.
