Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron has won the Republican gubernatorial nomination in the Bluegrass State and will face Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY) in the general election.
The Associated Press called the race for Cameron shortly after 7:00 p.m. With an estimated 29 percent reporting at around 7:20 p.m., Cameron garnered 45 percent of the vote in a crowded field, according to the New York Times election results. Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Kelly Craft, who Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) endorsed on Monday, were his closest competitors at the time, with 21 percent and 17.6 percent of the vote, respectively.

Liberal commentators who pushed the claim Donald Trump colluded with Russia were delivered an embarrassing blow on Monday when John Durham's long-awaited report said there was no 'factual evidence' to justify a drawn-out FBI inquiry into the allegations.
News pundits and comedians spent countless hours rehashing the theory that Trump and his campaign officials conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 election victory over Hillary Clinton.
Their coverage was often couched by reference to several inquiries into the matter.

President Joe Biden issued a rare veto on Tuesday against a bipartisan measure that aims to reinstate tariffs on solar products from Southeast Asian countries after U.S. officials found China companies using these nations to get around trade rules.
The measure passed by the GOP-led House and Democrat-controlled Senate “bets against American innovation,” Biden said in a message from the White House announcing the third veto of his presidency. Biden also said it causes uncertainty for the U.S. solar industry, which is central to the president’s goal of reaching a “carbon-free electricity sector” by 2035.

In July 2020 documents were released by the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the Russia collusion hoax.
The second set of documents exposed the outlandish New York Times story that the Trump team had “repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials.” The declassified documents reveal The New York Times reporting was transparently dishonest and attempted to fuel the Russiagate narrative in its early stages.
In May 2022, the country learned that it was Hillary Clinton’s campaign that was behind the entire Trump-Russia collusion hoax. We know this because her former campaign manager Robbie Mook said so under oath

Former President Barack Obama said Tuesday on “CBS Mornings” that the “divided media” was his biggest concern for the future of the United States.
Host Nate Burelson asked, “Post-presidency, what about this country keeps you up at night?”Obama said, “The thing that I’m most worried about is the degree to which we’ve now had a divided conversation, in part because we have a divided media.”
He continued, “When I was coming up, you had three TV stations. And people were getting a similar sense of what is true and what isn’t, what was real and what was not. Today, what I’m most concerned about is the fact that because of the splintering

The FBI didn’t open any inquiry into an alleged Hillary Clinton campaign election interference plan even after the CIA director briefed then-president Barack Obama and other senior administration officials, Special Counsel John Durham’s report noted.
The FBI received Russian intelligence analysis in July 2016 alleging that Clinton’s campaign cooked up a scheme to divert attention away from “her use of a private email server,” the Durham report stated.
The alleged scheme, dubbed the “Clinton Plan,” showed that the Clinton campaign “had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal” against Trump “by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee,”

Disgraced FBI Agent Peter Strzok isn’t taking the latest Russian collusion update well. Maybe that’s because the report submitted by Special Counsel John Durham, which totaled over 300 pages, eviscerated the FBI and finally concluded that the whole investigation was a hoax. Not a shred of tangible evidence could suggest that Donald Trump was colluding with Moscow, and there was certainly not enough to greenlight a full-blown counterintelligence probe into the matter. The report confirmed what we already knew but took a katana to the credibility and professionalism the bureau prided itself on for decades. The FBI is the Democratic Party’s errand boy,

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi spoke out in July 2017, saying there is now “cold hard evidence” of collusion between Russia and the Trump family.
Democrat Leader Nancy Pelosi: This week, we saw cold, hard evidence of the Trump campaign, indeed, the Trump family eagerly intending to collude, possibly with Russia, a hostile foreign power to influence American elections in the month. Again, as we celebrate the courage of our founders, republicans in Congress have become enable of the Trump Russia assault on our democracy. After these latest revelations, it’s becoming clear we have suffered a desecration of our democracy

Hours after the Department of Justice released the long-awaited report from Special Council John Durham into the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation, finding the FBI had no evidence and no reason to open the investigation to begin with, former FBI deputy director-turned-CNN senior law enforcement analyst Andrew McCabe finally crawled out from his hidey-hole Monday night to address the story. Of course, AC360 host Anderson Cooper gave him the floor to freely lash out at Durham and continue to lie about the investigation.
Going to McCabe only a couple minutes into his timeslot, Cooper noted that McCabe’s “name comes up 58 times in the Durham report”

The deranged partisan hacks running America's once-respected institutions are completely, utterly, maybe irredeemably, shameless.
What other verdict can one reach after reading Special Counsel John Durham's report on the FBI investigation of President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign?
It should never – never in a thousand years – have been launched. And the news media – the supposed independent servants of democracy, who demand that every Republican swear on their children that the 2020 vote was free, fair, and won by Biden – were more than happy to go along with it.

Special counsel John Durham’s report on the Department of Justice’s conspiracy-fueled investigation into alleged Trump-Russia collusion again raises questions about Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and the extent to which he may have knowingly misled the American people.
Schiff prosecuted former President Donald Trump in the court of public opinion for years while the congressman served as the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. In 2017, Schiff was the committee’s ranking member and privy to classified information not released to the public. He claimed that the evidence against Trump was “damning.”

Marijuana laced with fentanyl is rising across the US, a Washington doctor has warned, after cases of the drug cocktail were found in New York, Alabama, Illinois and Louisiana.
Fentanyl, a highly potent synthetic opioid that's 100 times stronger than morphine and 50 times stronger than heroin, is increasingly being mixed with other substances to make them more potent at a cheap price.
Just two milligrams of fentanyl – imagine 10 to 15 grains of table salt – can prove fatal, and staggering figures showed it is killing the equivalent of an entire classroom of children every week.
