President Joe Biden’s top national security aides told reporters on Monday that despite the risks it entailed, the president felt it was “really important” to make the surprise trip to Ukraine. “He was excited about making the trip. I think he felt it was really important to stand up next to President Zelenskyy and speak the way that he did today,” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on a conference call with press. “[He] felt he had an important mission to undertake, and he was eager to do it,” he added. Another aide on the call said his visit was a demonstration of Biden’s commitment to Ukraine.

Do us all a favor and just stay there. Hunter can get another Ukraine job and visit you once a month when he shows up to get his check. That way it will be easier for FJB to get his cut. 115 BILLION $$$$$! God help us.

How many "Other" photo ops has he had with the same guy? 6? 9? seems like they are "standing together" every other week. He has posed with Zelensky more than he has with ALL republicans combined, more than with all OTHER world leaders combined...and worst of all He PAYS Ze;lensky $millions to pose with him each time, $10's of Millions...$ Billions. Seems like any week that he isn't "taking a few days off" he is jetting off somewhere to meet Zelensky, or Z is flying over here. At the same time, he is sending as much money to NYC to "Host and house" illegal border crossers as he is sending to Ukraine to expel them.

Biden administration rolls out new asylum

The Biden administration released a new rule Tuesday that largely bars migrants who traveled through other countries on their way to the US-Mexico border from applying for asylum in the United States, marking a departure from decadeslong protocol. The new 153-page proposed regulation, which could affect tens of thousands of people, is the most restrictive of a patchwork of policies put in place by the Biden administration to try and manage the US-Mexico border and is reminiscent of a Trump-era policy. The proposed rule would presume asylum ineligibility and "encourage migrants to avail themselves of lawful, safe, and orderly pathways into the United States, or otherwise to seek asylum or other protection

Washington — In its first case about the federal law that is credited with helping create the modern internet, the Supreme Court seemed unlikely Tuesday to side with a family wanting to hold Google liable for the death of their daughter in a terrorist attack. In two and a half hours of arguments, the justices seemed concerned about upending the internet in their interpretation of a 1996 law, Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, that shields Google, Twitter, Facebook and other companies from lawsuits over content posted on their sites by others. "We really don't know about these things. These are not like the nine greatest experts

Multiple indictments were recommended by a special grand jury investigating alleged 2020 presidential election interference by Donald Trump in Georgia, the jury’s forewoman revealed in a Tuesday interview. “It is not a short list,” Emily Kohrs, the forewoman of the jury, said as far as the indictment recommendations, but she would not reveal any specific names to the New York Times in an interview. The big question is whether former President Donald Trump would face an indictment, and Kohrs’s words likely won’t inspire a ton of confidence in the Republican’s supporters. “You’re not going to be shocked. It’s not rocket science,”

Project Veritas board members are accusing the conservative watchdog’s founder, James O’Keefe, of engaging in “financial malfeasance” by spending an excessive amount of donor money on “personal luxuries,” including booking a $14,000 flight to meet someone to fix his boat, according to a prepared statement. The statement by the nonprofit’s board of directors was released Monday after O’Keefe recorded a video from his Project Veritas office announcing that he had been indefinitely suspended from his role as CEO and removed from the board. O’Keefe, a guerilla filmmaker, launched Project Veritas over a decade ago and used under cover reporters and hidden cameras to expose left-wing politicians and institutions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is suspending his country's participation in the New START nuclear arms reduction treaty with the United States, imperiling the last remaining pact that regulates the world's two largest nuclear arsenals. Putin made the declaration in his much-delayed annual state of the nation address to Russia's National Assembly on Tuesday. The treaty puts limits on the number of deployed intercontinental-range nuclear weapons that both the US and Russia can have. It was last extended in early 2021 for five years, meaning the two sides would soon need to begin negotiating on another arms control agreement.

We were told there were 14,000 hours of surveillance video, but now it appears there are roughly 41,000 hours of tape. Tucker has long questioned whether J6 was an actual insurrection. The FBI stated in August 2021 they found little evidence that the crowd tried to topple the United States. A Harvard University survey released in August 2022 said the same thing. Florida Gov. DeSantis has long capitalized on his administration’s support for law enforcement, particularly in the wake of protests, riots, and rising crime over the past few years in blue jurisdictions. While calls to “defund police” dominated the narrative, DeSantis made it clear that Florida would do no such thing

President Joe Biden told Polish President Andrzej Duda that he wanted to add a 'ski' to his last name as a kid, because he grew up surrounded by so many Polish immigrants. Biden talked about his Delaware upbringing during a bilateral meeting Tuesday with Duda at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw, as he kicked off the pre-planned portion of his Poland trip, which is to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. On Monday, Biden turned up in Kyiv to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, after taking a secret flight to a Polish border town and then a 10-hour train ride into Ukraine's capital city.

The long-range missiles matter. So do the super-accurate artillery shells, the surface-to-air missiles, and the winter weather gear; the training in the English countryside or the muddy Grafenwöhr maneuver grounds; and the intelligence provided from the eyes in space and the ears on airplanes that circle outside the battlezone. President Biden’s visit to Kyiv matters just as much as any of these. Other heads of government preceded him, earning deserved credit. But it is an altogether different thing when the president of the United States—who is, indeed, the leader of the Free World—shows up. His words mattered.
