They tried to repackage President Trump's supporters as 'ultra MAGA,' a term they took as a compliment.
Now they're trying the same thing again with doddering Joe Biden. They're repackaging him as -- are you ready? -- 'Dark Brandon.' (Snip for tweet)
Most of the momentum is coming from the White House staff itself, based on what we see in a report describing the new spin from The Hill. This creature here is a deputy White House press secretary: (Snip for tweet) This one here is the White House director of digital strategy: (Snip for tweet) They're quite the coordinated little elves, aren't they?
What's disgusting here

With the wholly illegal and unconstitutional FBI raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago on Monday, in search of documents they have long had access to, there can no longer be any doubt about the full communization of the American left.
The thorough weaponization and politicization of each of our law enforcement institutions is now undeniable; the left has crossed Caesar’s Rubicon.
The Democrats are so determined to destroy Trump, they are willing to reveal their true colors: They are all Stalinist communists now.
They’ve just rammed through a nearly $800 billion bill that will obviously exacerbate inflation, as well as transform the IRS into

To understand how deep the corruption is at the Department of Justice, and not just at the top, all one needs to do is compare the treatment of former Clinton National Security Advisor Sandy Berger and former President Donald Trump.
Whatever concoction the DOJ serves up to frame Trump, it will not match what Berger actually confessed to doing.
In April 2002, former President Bill Clinton designated Berger as his representative to review intelligence documents in advance of the various hearings on 9/11. As a 2007 report by the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform made clear, Berger did not exactly welcome this assignment.

Is nothing too gross for Trump-hating Democrats?
The latest stunt comes from Russian-hoax-writing Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times reporter, Maggie Haberman, according to Axios biggie Mike Allen:
Remember our toilet scoop in Axios AM earlier this year? Maggie Haberman's forthcoming book about former President Trump will report that White House residence staff periodically found wads of paper clogging a toilet — and believed the former president, a notorious destroyer of Oval Office documents, was the flusher.
Why it matters: Destroying records that should be preserved is potentially illegal.
Trump denied it and called Haberman, whose New York Times coverage he follows compulsively, a "maggot."

Democrats got a twofer with the cave-in of Democrat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema on their badly misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act" of 2022, paving the way for the $700 billion bill's passage in Congress -- the joy of taxing, and the joy of spending.
Now they are hailing this as some kind of achievement, something that could save their bacon come the November midterms, or else trash the economy enough as Republicans take over to make voters cry out for the Democrats' return.
The crowing for this disastrous bill, badly misnamed as the "Inflation Reduction Act," is incredible.

Tuesday's primary in Arizona, after a long and extended count, has come back with a solidly Trump-endorsed result.
Do Democrats have reason to worry? Well, Townhall's Katie Pavlich has noticed that incumbent Democrat Sen. Mark Kelly, who will face off against Trump-endorsed Republican Blake Masters who won in a cakewalk, certainly sounds nervous:
In an email to supporters, Kelly noted the strength of Masters' Trump endorsement and fretted about low fundraising dollars. "It’s official: We have our Republican opponent in Arizona.

For President Trump, this morning's got to be sweet.
His endorsed candidates, one after another, won over other GOP candidates, in Tuesday's primaries. Those coveted endorsements went for congressional seats in Arizona, Michigan, and sort-of Missouri, where it appeared that President Trump endorsed both candidates with the first name 'Eric.' The counting is still on in places like Washington, so it may not have been a full sweep, but it came very, very close.
Many of the candidates Trump endorsed were political upstarts, not incumbents, which are harder to win, so the primary victories were all the more impressive.

At a time of rising unemployment and flight from one-party blue cities, what should Los Angeles come up with but a new plan to hire foreigners in county government posts?
According to the Los Angeles Times:
U.S. citizenship will no longer be a requirement for many Los Angeles County government jobs, including department heads.
On Tuesday, the L.A. County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a motion allowing the county, with a few exceptions, to hire noncitizens to lead county agencies — excluding the chief probation officer — and for any other county jobs where state or federal law doesn’t mandate citizenship.

As if anyone needed more proof that the humanitarian disaster at the border is intentional and planned by the Bidenites, take a look at how they're trying to expand the right to claim asylum here from anywhere in the world.
According to Just The News:
Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Lankford, who recently visited the U.S.-Mexico border, is warning that President Joe Biden's online asylum system is an "open invitation for Chinese spies" and all of Yemen to enter the U.S.
That's right, as if the border surge didn't serve as sufficient warning to them about the foolishness

Apparently, Centers for Disease Control director Dr. Rochelle Walensky has been embarrassing the Biden administration.
As if such a thing were possible.
According to Politico:
The Biden administration spent $25,750 and authorized an additional $30,500 for media training and executive coaching for the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ROCHELLE WALENSKY, according to internal CDC expense authorization filings obtained by West Wing Playbook.

After leftists yelled that "walls don't work" and Joe Biden declared that "not another foot" of President Trump's border wall would be built on his watch during his presidential campaign, Biden is now "quietly" completing parts of the President Trump's border wall now that three million illegal aliens have surged on in.
According to the Associated Press:
PHOENIX — The Biden administration on Thursday authorized completion of the Trump-funded U.S.-Mexico border wall in an open area of southern Arizona near Yuma, where four wide gaps make it among the busiest corridors for illegal crossings.

Although inflation — which surged to 9.1% in June — is driving up the cost of everyday goods, consumers are feeling a significant amount of pain when it comes to buying food.
According to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) – which is a broad measure of the price for everyday goods – food prices have outpaced overall inflation, rising 10.4% in June compared to a year ago. This takes into account food at home and at restaurants.
Inflation for food-at-home, which accounts for grocery store and supermarket food purchases, rose even higher to 12.2%, underscoring how consumers are not getting much reprieve by trying to cook at home.
