About The Magistrate Judge Who Issued
The Mar-a-Lago Warrant

Original Article

I saw references to Bruce Reinhart last night, and the fact that he had previously defended Jeffrey Epstein (who didn’t kill himself). Commenter ML has also drawn attention to the matter. Technically, that’s not legally relevant—everyone is entitled to legal representation. The ethics of a defense lawyer should be judged by the quality of his representation, rather than the identity of his client. However …

Comments:

We’ve seen posts on this judge. There is new material in this one. Serious ethics issues in his Epstein legal relationship. So serious he should never have been a magistrate judge.

The FBI knew the judge who would sign any warrant. It was Reinhart from his Epstein days. Did they have the goods on Reinhart? Who knows. Reinhart should have refused to sign the warrant but he did. Suspect? To say the least. The FBI better have the goods or they are SHTF.

As mentioned in the article, magistrate judges are not POTUS-appointed, not Senate confirmed and yet they sign off on virtually all federal warrants. A warrant with such a high profile individual and unprecedented as this one (i.e. a former President) should have been elevated higher. DOJ knows this but they went to this guy, Bruce Reinhart (former legal counsel to Jeffrey Epstein), to sign off on the warrant for the FBI to execute. Hmm, I wonder why?

I thought all parties in the district involved had to agree to magistrate actions and had ten days to object if they do not concur with magistrates actions? I hope Gov DeSantis and AG Ashley Moody are validating the magistrates actions regarding the warrant.

Read last line first. The Florida court system uses Magistrates every day. However, many people do not understand their role. Magistrates are appointed by circuit judges to handle a variety of cases. They work directly under the circuit judges, running their courtroom just like a judge. In family law cases, magistrates hear divorces, modification cases, and paternity cases. They handle all aspects of a case, from initial hearings to a final hearing. Magistrates also handle civil contempt hearings. Magistrates cannot be used for criminal contempt cases, and are not used for emergency matters.

Reinhart was a senior prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida during the prosecution of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Shortly after a non-prosecution agreement was reached with Epstein, who pleaded guilty to a single state-level charge in exchange for not being prosecuted by federal officials, Reinhart “joined Epstein’s payroll,” according to documents entered by lawyers for women Epstein allegedly abused. Reinhart, a criminal defense attorney at the time, represented “numerous Epstein employees and pilots” in civil cases filed against Epstein by alleged victims, including Epstein’s housekeeper Louella Ruboyo and pilot Larry Morrison. “On information and belief, Reinhart’s representation of these individuals was paid, directly or indirectly, by Epstein,” one document says. “Such representations are in contravention of Justice Department regulations and Florida bar rules. Such representations also give, at least, the improper appearance that Reinhart may have attempted to curry with Epstein and then reap his reward through favorable employment.” https://www.theepochtimes.com/us-judge-in-florida-approved-search-warrants-before-fbi-raid-of-trumps-resort_4652659.html?

The Justice Department has to respond to motions to unseal a warrant that triggered the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, according to a magistrate judge who reportedly approved the search. Judicial Watch and the Albany Times Union newspaper filed a motion to unseal the document earlier this week, which was granted by a judge in the case. “On or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on August 15, 2022, the Government shall file a Response to the Motion to Unseal,” wrote U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Wednesday afternoon, referring to the Department of Justice.

What a strange coincidence - that this happened two years before the current outbreak!

There’s an interesting angle given the revelation that Judge Bruce Reinhart signed-off on the sketchy FBI search warrant for the residence of President Trump in Florida. Judge Bruce Reinhart was the former U.S. attorney in West Palm Beach who spent 12 years as a federal prosecutor, before leaving his position in order to defend a network of employees who operated the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking operation. While Biden has since moved on to other scapegoats, his campaign of hatred against the unvaccinated should not be forgotten.
