Trump-Backed Mehmet Oz Claims ‘MAGA
Movement Is Dying’ in Fundraising Message

Mehmet Oz, the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania endorsed by former President Donald Trump, claimed the “MAGA movement is dying” in a fundraising message sent to his supporters. Oz won Pennsylvania’s GOP Senate primary by a narrow margin with the help of Trump’s endorsement. The former president claimed that Oz “will be the one most able to win the General Election against a Radical Left Democrat looking to do unthinkable harm to our Country.” Now, Oz is reportedly fundraising by warning his supporters that the “MAGA movement is dying.”

I am no political expert sitting out here in flyover country but I could see this guy was trouble from the beginning. If you want to be a kingmaker you have to have more discernment than to offer up this guy. Oz was suspect and I think we all knew it and I was shocked that PDT endorsed him. We can’t afford to put more contrarians in office. Those people delight in going against all reason. We need committed men and women committed to advancing conservative policies. Oz is not to be trusted. What a waste of an endorsement.

PDT has one major weakness, that is choosing people to fill a position. While I am seriously pro Trump, he is in the mindset of let them do the job and if they don't work out, fire/replace/reassign them. Sadly in the political world it is not as expedient, for cabinet positions he has to have the consent of Congress. Here he seems to be running by his gut. Again, in the business world he is well tuned. In the political, well, not so much. And frankly..I don't want him to be. PDT, please use your acumen to develop a small group of NON-FAMILY advisors and run these thoughts past them It's still up to you, but I would hope an outside view might curtail a personnel faux pas or two.

Before TRUMP, zealots for "the ONE" acted as if he was the Second Coming and worshiped the ground he walked on. It was sickening to see how many supposedly educated individuals were duped. VERY many TRUMP supporters were afflicted with the same fervor on the other end of the political spectrum giving him the same Conservative bona fides as Ronaldus Magnus. President Trump did so much well and took away the AGENDA to prevent getting our own oil and when prices came down, things began to work without the restrictions placed upon it and capitalism was allowed to work again. From the moment he announced his run for the Republican nomination, he had forces IN HIS OWN PARTY of the establishment elites who were backstabbing him. Once elected, government employees worked against him and created all sorts of things to make his life miserable such as allowing illegal and irregularities in voting to take place, for judges to REFUSE to hear evidence so as to make it look like there was no standing, and all sorts of fake and flaky accusations the media beat into U.S. every hour of every day non-stop. There is A LOT to question about the validity and veracity of the 2020 election, but one fact that we must accept is that there were many who did NOT vote for JoeBamaBiteMe, but instead voted AGAINST President Trump. Virtually all of the candidates he has given his endorsement have won their races in the primaries. Oz may have simply been a bad candidate, but was the 'best' bad candidate option there was-- There is an undeniable "Trump WAVE" that came in 2016, and has brought in many Dem voters to a place of sanity when they realized that they were being played as Nazis, white supremacists, racists, bigots, homophones, xenophobes and the like which realized what was going on, and now pro-family religious Hispanics are coming along for a new TSUNAMI this November.... The absolute LAWLESSNESS of this present government regime has spent over $6 TRILLION after NoBama doubled the debt up to his time in office, and OZ better realize that if he runs counter to MAGA, he is going to lose. President Trump does not walk on water, but most of the policies he promoted created a very welcome respite for a time and we just have to dig out of a much deeper hole to save the nation. Oz had better 'get religion' as a capitalist who loves freedom and liberty FROM government. He must put Americans FIRST, THAT is the choice Americans want!

The choice is a lefty Democrat or a backstabbing Republican. This is the kind of choice our country needs to avoid. Maga isn't dying, it's dormant like a volcano. It's still boiling and will erupt when it's time. All it needs is a candidate that fits the bill. Either Trump or DeSantis. Maga doesn't have to be attached to any one candidate just because Trump started it.

While no fan of Oz, this is a misrepresentation by National Journal Hotline’s Matt Holt of a fundraising appeal. The top line is “MAGA movement is dying”, meant to grab the attention of the MAGA crowd. (As one can see posted, a violent reaction occurred among many at the notion.) The body of the message is this: "Liberals are winning the fundraising race, and the America First ProTrump movement feels defeated. If just 7 MAGA supporters step up right here, right now, we will be able to turn things around. Our nation cannot afford for the MAGA movement to die. Friend, be a fighter for TRUMP." Above all this is a photo of Trump, “Keep the MAGA movement alive” offering a 300% match. Another example of using the literal truth to create a lie.

I’m among the patriotic, conservatives who would risk (or give) their lives to make America great again. Reducing such a fundamentally noble cause to a juvenile-sounding acronym, an acronym used as a newly invented word, is a mistake in my humble opinion. The democrat media is already working hard to associate MAGA as a knee-jerk synonym of extremism. Making America great should never be thought of as extreme but rather as a duty of all citizens, including politicians.

Washington - The Supreme Court on Thursday declined a request from the Biden administration to prioritize certain immigrants for deportation but said it would hear arguments in the dispute later this year. It's the first big emergency case of the summer and the first for Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. What did Biden want?: Biden's Department of Homeland Security wanted to prioritize for deportation immigrants it believes pose a threat to national security or public safety. Other immigrants would have been less of a priority. The administration asked the court to allow it to continue the policy temporarily. Who sued and why?: Texas and Louisiana

That district had previously been held by Democrats for over 100 years, marking a ground-shaking shift among the area’s electorate. Flores’ unexpected success has made all the right people mad, and Gonzalez’s desperate attempt to trash her from underneath the table quickly backfired. He issued a hurried “apology” in front of the Capitol Building on Wednesday, admitting to what he had done while weaseling out of accepting responsibility. While speaking in Massachusetts on Wednesday, the president claimed to have “cancer,” citing supposed oil slicks on the windows of cars. If the economy can be likened to a game of musical chairs, it looks like the music is ending for the housing market — fast. Two big indicators today show that the Federal Reserve’s actions to tighten money supply as a brake on inflation has already had a big impact. Mortgage demand crashed to a 22-year low last week, leaving sellers potentially in a situation where prices may have to fall: Mortgage demand fell more than 6% last week compared with the previous week, hitting the lowest level since 2000, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s seasonally adjusted index. Applications for a mortgage to purchase a home dropped 7% for the week

Did Joe Biden just announce he has cancer? After hiding out at the White House for 3 days, Joe Biden on Wednesday traveled to Brayton Point in Massachusetts where he will talk about his Marxist climate change agenda. About 20 chairs were laid out for Joe’s big speech… but he totally got 81 million votes in 2020.Biden struggled to read the teleprompter during his garbled speech and at one point it appeared he announced he has cancer. “And my mother drove us and rather than us being able to walk, and guess what?

Elon Musk recently declaring that we need to move on from President Donald Trump is the latest example of chatter I have noticed lately on the news and conservative blogs about why we need to do an about-face to Governor Ron DeSantis as our presidential nominee in 2024. (Snip) First, I am a big Governor DeSantis fan. He is showing what strong state leadership looks like and how it is possible to constitutionally resist a tyrannical federal government. DeSantis has been a profile in courage, toughness, sensibility, and even love as he stands for the citizens of Florida. He is the living embodiment of a patriotic executive.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of NBC’s “MTP Now,” Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-NM) argued that Democrats should say that “we’re going to solve inflation with a climate bill” and that in Congress, “we need to be doing climate all of the time now” and that “every bill we do, whether it’s an appropriations bill or whether it’s a policy bill,” should have climate provisions because “we’ve reached a point where our climate is truly at a tipping point. We’re losing this battle and losing control of the weather.” Heinrich stated, “[I]t really is our addiction to fossil fuels that is driving the out-of-control frustration and inflation that our constituents are feeling.”

Lucky for you, you’re probably not a neighbor of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, but if you were, your evenings would be punctuated by “loud and vulgar,” almost-nightly protests from abortion proponents shouting about the recent SCOTUS overturn of Roe v. Wade. The Washington Post went to the tony Washington, D.C. suburb of Chevy Chase, Md. to interview Kavanaugh’s neighbors, and although many in the predominantly liberal enclave refused to go on record, most of the ones who did were not pleased with the disruptions.

We've been saying for months now that Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) is not likely to retain her seat when facing Harriet Hageman, a primary challenger backed by former President Donald Trump. What polls there have been indicate as much, as does CNN's Harry Enten. On Friday, what looks to be the most comprehensive poll yet was released, and it shows Cheney going down. The poll comes from the Casper-Star Tribune and was conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy. Hageman has 52 percent support, while Rep. Cheney has 30 percent. No other candidate has more than 5 percent. Just 11 percent are undecided.
