The New Mexico Supreme Court ordered county commissioners in Otero County to certify the election results of the June 7 primary after they refused to do so, having cited distrust of Dominion Voting Systems vote-tallying machines.
The court granted an emergency motion filed by New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver (D) to compel the Republican-led commission to certify the election results by Friday.
"The voters and candidates of Otero County can now be assured that their voices will be heard in full. Though it was sad to see the Commission give in to discredited conspiracy theories," Toulouse Oliver wrote after the decision.

Read the operator manual for a Dominion machine. The administrative officer can do anything they wish, when setting up for an election. The machines do not provide protection from dishonest election personnel, which are often partisan, and activists in some cases. We can never have an honest election, not until we have objective professionals setting up the election equipment, setting and reviewing election procedures, and counting the votes. We cannot have honest election, not until illegal votes are not counted. There has not been a single illegal vote removed from voter counts. We do not have honest elections, and voters have no real say about who or how they are governed. The only protection the people have is existing below notice.

…in another ruling the New Mexico Supreme Court ordered all citizens to certify the scientific fact that men through magical thinking can transform into women and women through magical thinking can transform into men….

So, the Commission's existence is pointless if they have to simply rubber stamp every election whether they trust the results or not.

Where does even a court get off ORDERING a duly elected or appointed body how to decide in a matter of their discretionary authority? Isn't that the same as the court (judge) trying to usurp and take on the authority for itself?

If the commission is the ones tasked with this job, the courts have NO authority to order them to do anything that they don't want to do. It is THEIR authoiry, NOT the court's authority.

Dominion voting machine çome preprogrammed to favor Democrat candidates and issues. Dominion keeps the differences to about 1 percent, but the one percent often will be the margin of victory or loss. I thought everyone knew this.

Deja Vu all over again. How are we going to find non-partisan election officials when everything about the federal government is partisan and a lot of cash is available to influence elections at every level? Dominion machines are still a wide-open hacking tool. Look at the damage that nerd-boy Zuckerberg caused and he is only one of many. They have had two years to fix the cheating points and have done nothing, as we expected. All they need now is a new crisis to bring back the uncontrolled illegal voting and it's all over.

Hey Maggie, Who discredited those theories? You? The Democrat party? The mainstream media (but I repeat myself)? Fauci? Shifty Schiff?
C'mon, Maggie, tell me who discredited them?

Lost on far too many people...Dominion is short for 'Domination'. And that's what it set out to do; and it worked.
