Joe Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ is not working as planned, or is it?Gas prices are at record highs, stock markets are down, parents are having difficulty finding a baby formula, and the cost of everything is way up.According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), there are currently no nationwide food shortages in the country.“There are currently no nationwide shortages of food, although in some cases the inventory of certain foods at your grocery store might be temporarily low before stores can restock,”

Unless one has a statistical backdrop to compare the last 18 months to, no real conclusion can be made based solely upon the information in this piece.
Tell me how many food processing plant fires took place over the last 10 years and how many chickens, turkeys and ducks were 'destroyed' on average per year for the last 10 years too.
Then and ONLY then can a judgment be made as to whether this is out of the ordinary.

I believe I'm going to start incubating more chicken eggs. Just feels like a good idea.

I want more context. The number of birds being destroyed seems like a lot but how many were simply “aged out” and put down because they were no longer productive enough? Laying chickens have very short lifespans. How many were put down because of avian flu? Just one bird sick in your flock is enough to have all of the birds destroyed, sometimes all of the domestic fowl in a geographic area. It is super contagious. And, this year avian flu was discovered in all four z North American flyways. How about that for a coincidence?

There are currently no nationwide shortages of food, although in some cases the inventory of certain foods at your grocery store might be temporarily low before stores can restock,” the agency said on their website. “Food production and manufacturing are widely dispersed throughout the U.S. and there are currently no wide-spread disruptions reported in the supply chain.”
The relevant words are "nationwide" and "wide-spread."
The Green New Deal will cause nationwide food shortages sooner then we imagine, and they will by no means be limited to food.
It will not be surprising that soon the Green New Deal will begin causing more devastation to the economy than resulted from the COVID pandemic.

Control the people's movement, control the people's food supply, disarm the people. Sounds familiar doesn't it? Always starts this way. Bernie cranking up for the government bread and cheese lines.

Ever since covid, there have been shortages of something. Often, the shelves are half stocked with any number of items out of stock. You can see the same thing when shopping online. The shortages aren't such that you cant feed your family, but you may very well have to use substitutes or opt for a different menu.

We know item 55, "Plane crashes into Gem State Processing, Idaho" is an accident, caused by weather, the plant's steam stacks, and the fact the stacks are under the approach to the airport. How many more on this list are also already explained?

Not to mention the burning down of poultry farms. Dead chickens. Less distribution of meat?

They have got to be kidding. No shortages??? Seriously? How these people can say these things with the straightest of faces baffles me. I guess when you have personal staff and assistants to run your errands for you, you don't have to see the reality that there ARE shortages. There is zilch to restock.
