How the Sussmann trial revealed Hillary
Clinton’s role in the Alfa Bank scandal

The trial of former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann crossed a critical threshold Friday when a key witness uttered the name “Hillary Clinton” in conjunction with a plan to spread the false Alfa Bank Russian collusion claim before the 2016 presidential election. For Democrats and many in the media, Hillary Clinton has long held a Voldemort-like status as “She who must not be named” in scandals. Yet, there was her former campaign manager, Robby Mook, telling a jury that Clinton personally approved a plan to spread the claim of covert communications between the Trump organization and the Russian bank. It was one of the most successful disinformation campaigns in American politics,

Comments:

…and Hillary’s own campaign manager fingered her as the one who approved it. We have wearied of so-called “bombshells”, but this is a real one and in a court of law, by Mook under oath.

Kenneth Starr should have indicted her for perjury during Whitewater. We would have been rid of this termagant long ago. He thought "it would not be good for the country" to name her as a co-conspirator. He should not have set her up above the law, a place she still occupies.

It was one of the most successful disinformation campaigns in American politics... Thanks to media like The Hill and of course the rest of Corporate Media too. If they did just mediocre of digging, they would have known quickly that it was all a big LIE (STOP CALLING IT A HOAX). Oh, and not a word from the Wicked Witch of NY? Strange, I heard it was dangerous to get between her and a microphone and camera.

Do you believe our politicians or department of Justice will catch up to the truth everyone knows? Hillary Clinton planned and put this entire lie into motion because she feared Donald Trump and believed he could beat her. She would have done the same to anyone standing in her way, never believe this was just about DJT. This was how the old gal rolled. She has a penchant for getting rid of people she views as a threat and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Trump is lucky she did not want him eliminated. I believe she wanted him around. She wanted to watch him have to deal with the daily attacks and assaults from the media and democrats. This old gal is quite evil and much of that anger she has for her pathetic husband was directed toward Trump. She knew she couldn’t turn on Bill without hurting herself and that vicious rage had to go somewhere. She will probably die a peaceful death at home in her bed, but the moment she opens her eyes in the afterlife, she is going to be in for a big surprise. It will just be her versus the truth and Almighty God will be the Judge.

Washington has two inviolable rules. One, Clintons never go to jail. Two, drive on the right hand side of the road. However, when in obvious becomes more undeniable it chips away a little bit of the wall of inequity with which this evil couple has surrounded itself. I will take whatever we can get. In re #9, we will soon find out if the jury agrees including Madam Arkancide's allies who were seated on the jury. If the jury finds Sussmann guilty of lying to the fbi, then the Obie-appointed judge has to decide what is the appropriate time he must spend in prison. In the meantime, assign him to the DC prison for some J6 prisoner treatment. Likely outcomes of the trial? Either a hung jury results due to Billary's allies on the jury refusing to convict and the case is later re-tried or as worst case, a mistrial with prejudice is declared by the judge and Sussmann skates. As best case, I guess there is always some chance the entire jury votes to convict and then the jurors will have to change their identities and re-locate.

Early voting in Georgia broke records this week despite last year’s adoption of election integrity measures that critics derided as “voter suppression” and President Joe Biden called a “blatant attack” on the Constitution and compared to a Jim Crow-era relic. More than 710,000 people had voted early in Georgia’s primary election as of May 19, according to the secretary of state’s office, which is 149 percent higher than at the same point in 2020, when elections officials encouraged vote-by-mail and early voting to reduce crowding at polling stations amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Democrats are increasingly desperate as the return of Donald Trump becomes more likely each week. They are muddling the sequence of events that got us to the present impasse: Trump ran against the corrupt back-scratching, log-rolling society of the OBushintons—the Clinton pay-to-play schemes, the Biden sales of influence and access, the semi-disguised socialist racism elitism of the Obamas, and the flabby sameness and ineffectuality of the Bush–McCain–Romney–McConnell–Ryan Republicans. Trump sensed the people were dissatisfied with the bipartisan Swamp, and he ran as strenuously against the Bushes and McCain and Romney in 2016 as he did against the Clintons and Obamas.

The criminal trial of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann began this week with a telling warning from prosecutors to the D.C. jury: “Whatever your political views might be, they cannot be brought to your decisions.” The opening statement by Deborah Brittain Shaw reflected the curious profile of the Sussmann case. Prosecutors ordinarily have a massive advantage with juries despite the presumption of innocence. When pleas are counted, federal prosecutors can report as high as 95 percent conviction rates. However, with Sussmann, prosecutors clearly have concerns over whether they, rather than the defendant, will get a fair trial.
