John Hinckley Jr., the man who tried to assassinate Ronald Reagan in an attempt to 'impress' actress Jodie Foster more than 40 years ago, is playing a sold-out concert in Brooklyn this summer. Hinckley, 66, tweeted on April 9 that he was 'very excited about [his] upcoming show.''Ticket sales are good. July 9, Market Hotel in Brooklyn, NY.' Tickets for the hotel show at 1140 Myrtle Avenue in Bushwick were selling for $20 on Venue Pilot. On April 12, the Oklahoman tweeted again, announcing that his show was 'sold out!' The venue has a capacity of 450 people but it's unclear how many tickets were sold for the show.

Texas Governor Abbot announced that he’d send illegal immigrants from Texas to DC as a protest against the Biden regime. Well, while many claimed he was bluffing and that it wouldn’t actually happen, they were just proven wrong: the first bus arrived in DC and offloaded the illegals it was carrying. Watch that here:(Tweet/Video) Now, it would obviously be better if they were just deported. But, because handling illegal immigration is a federal responsibility rather than a state one, Abbot has no authority under which he could deport the illegals.

The NBC, CBS and ABC morning news shows largely ignored a new inflation report that showed inflation raging at 8.5 percent. That was the highest increase since 1981 — the same year Raiders of the Lost Ark hit the box office. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported at 8:30 a.m. ET April 12 that inflation increased by a terrifying 8.5 percent over the past year. This was the “largest 12-month increase” since December 1981.Energy inflation fared the worst at a shocking 32 percent rise over last year, with gasoline alone rising 48 percent. Food inflation also took a steep hike at 8.8 percent.

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s border security measures ahead of Title 42’s end have created an hours-long standstill for truckers crossing the border, and trucking leaders in the state are warning that it could further disrupt the national supply chain.“It’s a mess … that’s most immediately felt by the motor carriers that are trying to get freight to its destination. But, ultimately, that’ll be felt around the country. From Michigan to Manhattan to Minnesota, it’s just the way it works with freight coming up through the border,” CEO and President of the Texas Trucking Association John D. Esparza told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

A vast majority of the more than 800 January 6 political prisoners who were arrested following the protests in January 2021 were accused of walking into the US Capitol — something they had no idea was against the law especially since the police officers were waving them in.Cara Castronuova posted video earlier Tuesday on The Gateway Pundit of nearly 250 patriotic Americans peacefully walking into the US Capitol on January 6th.The video shows they were waved in by police. It is clear no violence or crime was committed by the people in this video.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) joined Fox News’ “Fox and Friends” Tuesday and said he believes President Joe Biden was most certainly involved in his son Hunter’s business dealings with foreign entities though the president predictably continues to deny it.His statement comes on the heels of a House Oversight Committee’s call for further investigation into the text messages allegedly stored on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop that was abandoned to a Wilmington, DE, repair shop in 2019. Also of interest are emails in which the 52-year-old complained of having to spend half of his salary to cover his father’s bills and other expenses. Both discoveries are among many instances noted

President Joe Biden on Tuesday seemed to accuse Vladimir Putin of committing 'genocide' in the Ukraine afer his administration officials have been careful not to use that word.'Your family budget, your ability to fill up your tank - none of it should hinge on whether a dictator declares war and commits genocide a half a world away,' Biden said during a speech in Iowa on combatting high inflation, which he blamed on Putin's invasion of the Ukraine. On April 4, shortly after pictures of atrocities appeared in Bucha, Ukraine, Biden refused to call it a genocide, instead using the term 'war crimes' and saying Putin should be put on trial.
