During an interview aired on Monday’s edition of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Kyle Rittenhouse argued that there is “a lot of prosecutorial misconduct” in the criminal justice system and stated that if prosecutors can do what they did to him, “imagine what they could have done to a person of color who doesn’t maybe have the resources I do or it’s not widely publicized like my case.”

Stop the interviews and start the lawsuits. Time for talking is after all the checks clear.

Rittenhouse is young and vulnerable to that feel good pablum schools feed our kids. They never touch on the real problems in society and those are not just in the black community. Poor whites are susceptible to the welfare lure also. A sure way to crash and burn your future is to embrace the party life regardless of the color of your skin. Kids end up pregnant and without direction or the willingness to work hard to make their lives better. It is a struggle when you start life generationally indoctrinated to take instead of produce. This kid has had values and a good work ethic instilled in him, that is a huge part of finding success in your life. Not to get to far off topic but parents have to take on the responsibility of giving their kids the tools to succeed. It all begins at home. Stay grounded, work hard, and be respectful.

I don't think that comment from Rittenhouse is liberal thought at all. When we have leftist Prosecutors willing to lie and hide information that could result in an acquittal in a high profile case, what are they doing in everyday cases? Of course it makes me think about others if they could get a fair trial. It's irresponsible to NOT think of justice for all. Let me be clear, I'm not referring to justice based on skin color, religious belief or "sexual orientation". Its about a righteous justice system.

I think he is making a sensible and true remark. Prosecutorial misconduct IS an issue, not only for him. He is a nice, balanced kid.

The biggest purveyor of prosecutorial misconduct was the Cackling Canadian Kamala Sutra, as San Francisco DA, and California AG.

Don't fall for 'people of color' being treated like Kyle Rittenhouse. That's a wrong statement the chosen race is way ahead of any white who gets railroaded like it was done in the Rittenhouse trial. Just look how the thugs who were shot are the heroes and martyrs in the case. No there's no thought of sympathy from me for 'people of color' just watch the First 48 series and tell me about people of color. Kyle Rittenhouse better get himself a coach to instruct him before he spouts some more nonsense and lose all support.

Regardless of our opinions, it is a real fact that there are segments of our society that feel disenfranchised. Is Rittenhouse wrong in finding common cause with them on a point none of us can deny? Our justice system is corrupt. He cites 'persons of color' and those who don't have resources, but it all boils down to the same thing . . . those without the appropriate influence at the appropriate political moment in time in this corrupt system will get railroaded, and it doesn't matter what color you are.
Not so long ago I might have lumped them in with the wackadoodles who believed in a military industrial complex or with nutjobs who what If Prosecutors Can Do What

He's not wrong.....
Prosecutors have near unlimited funds and can force plea deals just to avoid bankruptcy. Poor people have to use public defenders who are working too many cases and limited funds.
I am of the opinion that black Americans are incarcerated at a higher rate, not due to racism, but their reliance on crappy overworked public defenders.

Kyle makes substantive sense to me. He has resources to fight against prosecutorial misconduct. Poor folks, many of whom are black, do not.
Kyle makes political sense to me as well. He is taking arguments often advanced by Leftists, except he is putting them in the context of economics -- which is appropriate because they apply not just to poor blacks but poor whites and poor other folks as well. He is stealing from the Leftists' playbook and using it against them.

Rittenhouse is obviously talking about the old, pre-Obama America.
A person of color today gets away with murder by default.

Re #2, that hits several problems directly on the head. A young single girl getting pregnant fifty years ago brought shame and embarrassment on the family and she often had to move away. That is as it should be. Pregnancy was not the problem, a reckless and immoral lifestyle was. Today the girl, her baby and most likely the baby daddy, if he acknowledges that fact, move in with the girl's parents and they finance everything. Failure in school used to be a big deal because job prospects and a reputation of laziness or stupidity was earned. Now, same thing, the parents will support the bum until he is ready to move out of the basement or riot with Antifa. Responsibility has been shoved aside and in it's place is information on how to game the system. The government is now more than happy to accomodate the losers amongst us.

The people advising Rittenhouse on what to say aren’t doing him any favors. Declaring his support for BLM and regurgitating bleeding heart leftist talking points is not a good strategy especially in light of the BLM terrorist who should stay in jail for a lifetime after he murdered those innocent people in Waukesha. That’s what BLM is. Don’t start talking like a liberal boy, you will lose the people supporting you.
