President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping exchanged pleasantries for the cameras at the top of their virtual summit Monday night. Xi referred to Biden as an 'old friend,' while Biden noted that the two men have 'spent an awful lot of time talking to each other.' 'Maybe I should start more formally even though you and I have never been that formal,' Biden then said. Biden told the Chinese leader he was looking forward to a 'candid and forthright discussion,' which will ensure 'simple, straightforward competition' between China and the United States.

Their entire “discussion” was Xi saying, “You just keep doing what I tell you to, ok?” and the Clown Potato farted and nodded and all the Biden’s bank accounts got bigger. Even Beau’s.

The article fails to note that the term "old friend" when used by Xi is a term of derision that actually means Biden is compromised and will do whatever Xi demands. The better English word would be "puppet".

This 'virtual' discussion seems bizarre at this time. Everything Biden does looks odd. Nothing he does is normal nor positive for an American President. He is embarrassing, to say the least.

With the jury quietly tucked away deliberating Kyle Rittenhouse's fate, decorum outside the Wisconsin courthouse dissolved into angry protests on Tuesday with the arrival of BLM activists and Second Amendment enthusiasts. The jury has now begun deliberating whether or not to convict the teenage gunman, whose case has divided the nation. Rittenhouse, now 18, was 17 when he shot dead two white BLM protesters at a riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last August, and injured a third. His lawyers say he was a scared boy acting in self-defense, eager to protect the town as it fell under siege from an angry mob.

The camp of Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) called the weekend move by the Wyoming Republican Party to no longer recognize her as a member of their party “laughable.”In a tight 31-29 vote on Saturday, the state’s Republican Central Committee’s decision is mostly symbolic as it will not strip away any power from the lawmaker. Still, Cheney is up for re-election next year, and the vote reinforces the party’s disapproval of Cheney. But Cheney spokesman Jeremy Adler said in a statement that it is “laughable to suggest Liz is anything but a committed conservative Republican,” according to CBS News.

President Joe Biden’s administration is facing a daunting reality check after claiming for months that their spending agenda will “cost zero dollars,” with the head of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) saying the White House drastically overestimated the revenue the IRS could gain by cracking down on tax loopholes.Biden and numerous other senior Democrats in the White House and on Capitol Hill have repeatedly insisted that their $1.85 trillion social spending package will add nothing to the national debt. They argued the package included enough pay-fors to offset the spending programs. CBO chief Phillip Swagel brought that claim down on Monday, however, saying that the tax loophole

Despite their public show of unity, Biden and his right-hand woman have a dysfunctional relationship that has reached an “exhausted stalemate,” CNN said based on interviews with nearly three dozen insiders. At a time when the president would usually be expected to promote his vice president as a future replacement in the White House, Biden has instead been sidelining Harris as a potential liability, the report said.
