Leftist internet trolls have been crying racism in response to Kyle Rittenhouse trial Judge Bruce Schroeder’s reference to “Asian food” on Thursday as the court went into recess. The alleged “faux pas” happened as Judge Schroeder dismissed the court for lunch on Thursday afternoon, during which he mocked President Joe Biden’s supply chain crisis at Asian food’s expense. “Let’s hope for one o’clock, I don’t know, the uh, hope the Asian food isn’t coming — it isn’t on one of those boats in Long Beach Harbor,” he said.

The late stages of Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial in the shooting of three men highlighted the U.S. legal system’s constant debate over forensic technologies, even fundamental ideas taken for granted outside the courtroom.
Rittenhouse’s defense team challenged Kenosha County prosecutors’ attempt to introduce enlarged images taken from drone video footage. Prosecutors said the images were a clear contradiction of Rittenhouse’s earlier testimony that he had not pointed his weapon at protesters prior to killing Joseph Rosenbaum.

“You know I’ve adopted the attitude of the great negro at the time, pitcher in the negro league, went on to become a great pitcher in the pros, Major League Baseball, after Jackie Robinson,” Biden said. “His name was Satchel Paige.”
Paige played Major League Baseball for 6 years after a 20-year career in the leagues for black players, commonly known as the “Negro League”.
There is a concerted propaganda campaign underway to condemn Kyle Rittenhouse as a white supremacist and domestic terrorist.
There is no evidence for any such thing. In fact, the testimony produced this week in Rittenhouse’s trial suggests these characterizations are just plain false.
That hasn’t stopped Democratic politicians and various celebrities from making the claim.
Rittenhouse is accused of shooting three white protesters last year during the Black Lives Matter riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, killing two.

CBS News reports that 44 Cal football players “tested positive” for COVID on Wednesday, after undergoing mandatory testing. Their weekend game is postponed. They were contact traced after “someone” was infected. The team is “99.5%” vaccinated, per Cal Athletic Director Jim Knowlton.
