"Whipping...with what appears to be ropes or Lariats.." DIPCHITS!!! Those are just their frikkin reins...the tails of reins, and if you tried to whip anything hard with them your horse would freak out, they react/turn to the slightest rein pressure on their neck, nobody yanks or saws on a bit to turn a finished horse. You can turn horses or cattle you are herding by swinging them, just the sight and slight whistle of them through the air makes whatever you are herding shy away. People too.

This is the Southern border of the United States of America. The Border Patrol has never had enough agents - EVER. Washington D.C. can’t hire enough desk jockeys, administrative assistants and all manner of lawyers to work on Capitol Hill. So money has never been the issue. What Washington values, they hire plenty of and pay them well. For this country to not have a fully-armed battalion of Border Patrol agents in full command of that southern border is beyond stupid. We have been utter fools to let feckless politically correct politicians do otherwise.

More than 500 current and former female athletes have urged the Supreme Court to reject a Mississippi law that would ban abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. The Biden administration has also backed Jackson Women's Health Organization, the only abortion clinic in Mississippi, in its fight over the state's attempted ban. The legislation is at odds with the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision which granted women's rights to access abortion with limited government interference. On December 1, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case against the ban, titled Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
