Fox’s Bill Melugin has been reporting on the horrible situation at the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas for the past two days.(Snip)You can see the massive number of people there. So could other Americans from Fox’s drone coverage. That must have made someone in the Biden team unhappy, so suddenly the FAA told Fox they were banned from flying their drones over the bridge for the next two weeks (snip)But Bill Melugin’s a real journalist. (ssnip)So he managed to get around that by getting an invite from the Texas DPS to go up in one of their helicopters to take video from the air.

A little over a week ago, Joe Biden gave what was perhaps the most disturbing speech a president has given in modern history. It was everything the media used to accuse Donald Trump’s speeches of being. Biden’s anger flowed through divisive rhetoric as he ranted that he was “losing patience” with the unvaccinated. That division was accentuated by the hysterical claim the vaccinated need to be “protected” from the unvaccinated, a contention that ignores the scientific facts on who can spread COVID (i.e. everyone can). But the fear was the point. (snip) that strategy has been a complete failure.

On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, at the very spot where United 93 went down, George W. Bush basically ignored the Islamic terrorist perpetrators and targeted those he views as domestic extremists. That prompted Lane Scott to wonder if anyone worse than Bush had shown up over the past 20 years. As it happens, one strong candidate just weighed in.

WASHINGTON — As more than 10,000 mainly Haitian migrants shelter under a bridge in Del Rio, Texas, as part of a new surge of migration to that stretch of the U.S. border, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is planning to ramp up deportation flights to Haiti over the next week, according to internal documents obtained by NBC News.
Next week, ICE plans to fly eight deportation flights to Haiti and will then increase that number to 10 per week, according to one of the documents. A few deportation flights just restarted in the past few days in response to the surge of Haitians.

The possible link between CCP virus vaccinations and menstrual changes should be investigated to clear up the doubts, a reproductive immunology lecturer from Imperial College London said.
In an editorial published on Thursday in the British Medical Journal, Dr. Victoria Male said failing to thoroughly investigate reports of menstrual changes after CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus vaccination will likely fuel fears that the vaccines can hurt women’s chances to have children.
(snip) by Sept. 2 more than 30,000 cases of menstrual disorders and unexpected vaginal bleeding after vaccination had been reported in the UK to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA) yellow card surveillance scheme for adverse drug reactions.

William F. Buckley’s desire to “stand athwart history and yell ‘Stop!’” described a personality type more than a political agenda. Conservatives, by well-earned reputation, tend to revere traditions and institutions, trust authority, and favor measured, incremental change. Dana Carvey’s impersonation of George H.W. Bush caricatured the type brilliantly: “Wouldn’t be prudent, wouldn’t be prudent at this juncture.”
Without knocking prudence, however, shouting “Stop!” is only a smart strategy when you’re ahead. It doesn’t help when you’re losing. (snip)Stopping time now would enshrine the stupidity, cruelty, and moral bankruptcy of radical leftist wokeism.

Never Trump Congressman Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio announced he won't seek a third term because of Donald Trump. Gonzalez won't be missed, He voted to impeach Trump.
I do not get the congressman's problem. Water is wet, the media is biased, and Trump is the leader of the Republican Party.
It is no contest.
McLaughlin and Associates polled Republicans nationally and asked if Trump won the nomination in 2024, would you vote for him in the general election?
86% of Republicans said they would. There are your Republican values and principles. Donald Trump proved his worthiness as a Republican,

Anthony Gonzalez (OH-16) was one of the ten House republicans (pictured above) who voted to impeach President Trump. As President Trump announced his support for Gonzalez’s challenger, Max Miller, former House Speaker John Boehner went to Ohio to support Gonzalez. Apparently the support of Paul Ryan and John Boehner was not enough to help. Max Miller was in position to primary Gonzalez.

Some states are set to receive fewer doses of monoclonal antibody treatments after the Biden administration switched the distribution system this week.
Demand for monoclonal antibodies, used to treat non-hospitalized COVID-19 patients, has shot up in recent weeks, leading to what some officials have described as a shortage.
The Biden administration tipped off states in early September that it was limiting distribution of the treatment before abruptly switching on Sept. 13 from letting sites directly order the doses to putting the federal government in charge of allocation to states, which can then choose where to send them.
Some state officials say they weren’t notified of the change until late Sept. 13, and that

The Biden administration this week slashed the doses of lifesaving coronavirus antibody treatment to Florida, giving the state less than half of what is needed for a routine week, prioritizing “equitable distribution” — a move some suspect is a form of revenge against Republican governors whom the president vowed to get “out of the way.”
The Biden administration this week began to cut the distribution of monoclonal antibodies to red states, such as Florida and Alabama, contending those states, including Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and Louisiana, are comprising too big a share of the supply in recent weeks — 70 percent.

Special prosecutor John Durham has charged Washington-based lawyer Michael Sussmann, who represented former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, with lying to the FBI during Clinton’s 2016 campaign.
(Snip).
The lawyer was indicted (pdf) on a single felony count of making a false statement during a meeting with FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016. Prosecutors allege that Sussmann lied by denying he represented any client when he told the federal law enforcement agency about evidence that allegedly linked then-candidate Donald Trump’s Trump Tower to a bank in Russia.
