Natural immunity from previous COVID-19 infection may offer stronger protection against the Indian 'Delta' variant than immunity from full vaccination, a new study suggests. Researchers compared people who had received two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to unvaccinated individuals who had recovered from the virus. They found that participants with natural immunity were up to 13 times less likely to contract Covid than those who were given two jabs.(Snip)Overall participants who were double jabbed were 5.96 times more likely to be infected and 7.13 times more likely to experience symptoms including cough, fever and shortness of breath.

Comments:

The study of 800,000 people is of no consequence to a government that needs to feed money to Pfizer.

As expected. And, based on the Diamond Princess cruise ship inadvertent 'experiment', about 65% of people have pre-existing immunity, likely from many previous exposures to other coronaviruses, like the common cold, which has more than 50% common structure with the Wuhan virus. Most of the things that we have been told for the last 18 months are false. You can choose 'incompetence' or 'lying' depending on your personal views. It could easily be a mix of both. Dr. Fraud is a liar, others may be just incompetent.

It's a shame we can't have a real Doctor, who knows what he's talking about, either running the CDC or at least as the 'Covid' Czar! A real Dr. that doesn't lie every time he opens his mouth.

Distilled from the linked study: cohort of 16,215 people, similar demographics. Among these there were 257 cases of SARS-CoV-2, of which 238 (93%) were in vaccinated people (breakthrough) and 19 (7%) in those with natural immunity (reinfection). Adjusting for comorbidities, there was a statistically significant 13.06-fold increased risk for breakthrough infection as opposed to reinfection. There were 199 symptomatic cases, 191 (96%) of which were in the vaccinated group and 8 (4%) were in the previously infected group. The risk of symptomatic infection was 27.02-fold higher in vaccinated people versus those with natural immunity. So why is the USA forcing people to get vaccinated when many probably already have greatly superior natural immunity, other than a mysterious need to put money in Pfizer's pockets?

No need worry about masks, they are just talismans. And social distancing is useless, so no need to control for them.

The only comorbidity assessed that changed risk of infection was age over 60 years, and yet the latest hot push in the propaganda media is that children need to be vaccinated immediately. Why are none of our principled legislators standing up for us? It's a travesty.

House Republicans on Friday introduced articles of impeachment against Secretary of State Antony Blinken for “high crimes and misdemeanors” leading up to the chaotic withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. Republican Reps. Ralph Norman of South Carolina and Andy Harris of Maryland co-sponsored the resolution. They said “inexcusable failures” on behalf of Mr. Blinken led to the lives lost in Thursday’s terrorist attack in Kabul and “set a horrible precedent on the international stage.”(Snip)At this time, the impeachment articles have virtually no chance of advancing in the Democratic-run House. Several House Republicans introduced resolutions earlier this week condemning the administration for the bungled withdrawal.

President Biden on Friday said he and Dr. Anthony Fauci discussed requiring COVID-19 booster shots every five months rather than every eight as previously anticipated. The shorter timeframe would increase the number of vaccine doses that the US will need to set aside for booster shots—as poorer nations clamor for more US donations. “The question raised is should it be shorter than eight months? Should it be as little as five months? That’s being discussed. I spoke with Dr. Fauci this morning about that,” Biden said in the Oval Office during a visit from Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

The hunt is on for the men who orchestrated the terror attack on Kabul airport that killed at least 170 people including 13 US troops, after Joe Biden warned 'we will hunt you down and make you pay'. Early suspicion is likely to fall on Khalil Haqqani, the self-appointed head of security at Kabul airport who has links to ISIS-K—the splinter group which has claimed responsibility for the deadly blast. Along with his nephews Sirajuddin and Anas, Khalil helps to run the Haqqani network which is designated a terrorist organisation by the US and responsible for some of the deadliest and highest-profile attacks

One of the most effective ways for the MSM to shut down an inquiry into misconduct is to say it is all a conspiracy theory. Besides avoiding an unwanted discussion, the charge also invites scrutiny of the "theorist" instead of the issue itself. Notice how quickly some even start off saying something like "I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but..." Expecting their reaction, we have become almost trained to do this. But are there really no big conspiracies? It has been claimed that the phrase "conspiracy theory" was invented by the government to discourage the questioning of official explanations for important events, especially the JFK assassination.
