The Good News—A COVID-19 Update

Now that we have had 18 months to “slow the spread” it is time to take stock of the pandemic. We have learned many good things that the media and our pandemic managers rarely report. Most fundamentally, we do not need to be afraid of COVID-19 anymore. The media and some government health authorities are still pushing hysteria and fear, but that should not prevail. (snip) Globally, the survival rate for COVID-19 is 99.8%. Under the age of 70, the survival rate for COVID-19 is 99.97%. (snip) Early outpatient treatment should be adopted immediately for COVID-19. Hydroxychloroquine works. Ivermectin works.

We just lost a coworker on Sunday. She was 72 and hospitalized for covid. She was supposed to be released from the hospital on Sunday and was feeling much better, and the passed before the discharge papers were signed. I suspect that her heart gave out. We have another coworker thats been out for the past month with covid. He's recovered from that but has sever side effects. Its not the covid that kills you. It just worsens any other issues that you may have so that those issues may kill you. Its almost as if this virus was engineered specifically to cull the herd of the sick and elderly.

COVID-19 should have been treated like the seasonal flu. No lockdowns, no shots, no government campaign to control people, no masks. But hey, they had an election to steal.

I have a cousin with whom I don't discuss politics. He was smug enough during Trump's administration (knowing I supported Trump) to say to my face "he's not MY president", and felt free to show me a Bill Maher clip ridiculing Trump. In both cases, I did not respond. I e-mailed THIS article to him because he's bought, hook line and sinker, the scare tactics of the left. It's my way of maintaining the relationship--by being "helpful" but letting him know that there's info out there that is not being widely shared by the MSM. I've resolved that I won't be silenced by the loony left, and will spread the good news that the left hides.

Biden let’s in 1.5 million illegal aliens. Many sick with covid, AND who knows what else. Ever hear of Monkeypox? Brought in by 4 Nigerian illegal aliens and so far spread to 200. https://www.statnews.com/2021/07/20/more-than-200-people-in-u-s-being-monitored-for-possible-monkeypox-exposure-cdc-says/ He busses them or flies them into the interior of the US and then wonders why hospital numbers are rising? Remember each of those here illegally get to bring in family. Usually 10-12 each That makes about another 30 million so far this year. How many are we supposed to work and pay taxes to support? Thanks Joe.

Important points are made by the author. One is this: "....several antibody studies show that the percentage of those with natural immunity is 4-6 times higher. Dr. Marty Makary, a Johns Hopkins professor, estimates that 80-85% of the population is immune from natural immunity and vaccination." An important 'experiment' that was inadvertantly run was the case of the Diamond Princess cruise ship, sailing out of Japan and landing at various SE Asian ports of call very early in the pandemic. Of the over 3,000 people on board who did nothing at all to change their normal cruise ship lifestyle, which is very "cozy" for the first two weeks, 65% of the people did not get the disease, even though they were almost guaranteed to have been exposed. I am convinced that this is the real proof that the natural immunity rate for the Wuhan virus is about that percentage in the general population of the first world. Perhaps it is universally the case, too. We started with a huge number of people with some degree of natural immunity. This may play out in just not getting the disease at all or getting an exeptionally mild case, which is widely reported. I know a friend who had it, and he says "I felt off for a day, kinda headachy and just not feeling great", and that was it for him, woke up the second day and was fine. This natural immunity probably comes from exposure to other coronaviruses, which have commonly circulated "forever" and which are at least 50% the same as the Wuhan virus, thereby leading to a good chance of your immune system immediately recognizing this latest coronavirus and starting an immediate, strong immune reaction. Some responses may stop the virus in the nose and throat before it manages to significantly multiply, leading to no symptoms and no real infection. This information has been right in front of us for a year and a half, and a very few intelligent commentators have discussed it. The Virus Control folks have never wanted a cure, and never wanted to admit widespread natural immunity because it would impact their financial windfall and political control ambitions.

n an earlier article, I summarized the good news about the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, I will attempt to review the Bad and Ugly news about the pandemic. The mainstream media, some public health authorities, and the pharmaceutical industry have engaged in a massive disinformation campaign. This campaign has focused on using fear to get everyone to take an experimental vaccine as the only way to get out of the pandemic. On Sunday, Biden urged America’s employers to make vaccination a condition of employment and expressed a hope that all Americans would be vaccinated. Why? What is the agenda if vaccinating everyone is not medically necessary? (It is not!)

The Taliban announced that they expected America to be out of Afghanistan as of August 31, even though there are tens of thousands of American citizens and Afghan allies still trapped in the country. Joe Biden did not tell the Taliban to go pound sand. Instead, he meekly agreed provided that America was still allowed to get Westerners and certain Afghan citizens to the Kabul airport during that time. Even the G7 leaders who were thrilled with Biden in June are unhappy.

Thanks to the news out of Afghanistan, Jen Psaki’s recent admission that the executive branch has been colluding with the tech giants to suppress free speech, has apparently passed into the ether with far less scrutiny than it deserves. In fact, this is such a clear violation of the First Amendment that it defies any obvious logic or rationale. But Psaki’s announcement isn’t the first act in this play; it’s only the most recent act in the left’s years-long flouting of the rule of law.

Although the leftists I know are still resolutely silent about Biden’s Afghanistan debacle, even the mainstream media has caught on to the fact that something dreadful is happening there: Americans are trapped in Afghanistan with diminishing chances of escape, our military is essentially trapped at Kabul airport, tens of thousands of Afghan citizens have been getting on flights that will see them end up in America, sharia and all, and the Taliban is on its usual murderous rampage. The worst thing of all, according to Lara Logan, is that we’re being told there’s nothing to be done...and that’s a lie.

The disaster that is the withdrawal from Afghanistan coupled with other innumerable debacles that Joe Biden has singlehandedly precipitated in just seven months should not come as a surprise to anyone who has paid attention to his career. His fifty-years as a politician is littered with a litany of failures due to unforced errors, countless flip-flops, plagiarism, cupidity, mendacity and demagoguery all brought about by an overweening sense of infallibility and egocentrism. Yet he was chosen by the current ruling class to be the figurehead in their devious scheme to defeat Donald Trump by any means possible in the 2020 election.

One of the most effective ways for the MSM to shut down an inquiry into misconduct is to say it is all a conspiracy theory. Besides avoiding an unwanted discussion, the charge also invites scrutiny of the "theorist" instead of the issue itself. Notice how quickly some even start off saying something like "I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but..." Expecting their reaction, we have become almost trained to do this. But are there really no big conspiracies? It has been claimed that the phrase "conspiracy theory" was invented by the government to discourage the questioning of official explanations for important events, especially the JFK assassination.
