An immigrant who purchased the land where he crossed over into the U.S. illegally said he won’t stop other migrants from doing the same, BuzzFeed News reported Friday.
Ociel Mendoza illegally entered the U.S. when he was 18-years-old and looking for seasonal work on Texas ranches, according to BuzzFeed News. Mendoza bought the land where he illegally crossed into the country over 40 years earlier, and now allows other migrants looking for a better life to come through the area.“I was undocumented once myself. Who am I to stop them?” Mendoza told BuzzFeed News.

I am not finished with this jackass. He fled a 3rd world ‘ell hole. And the USA provided him with freedoms and opportunities, which he parlayed into wealth he never would have attained in mexico. Now he aids and abets an invasion of third world low IQ dregs who are going to transform the USA to a third world ‘ell hole. He is worthless ingrate.

He's illegal but was probably in the 1986 amnesty sham so now is technically a citizen. Tragic.
As far as stopping others goes, that's not his job. If I owned that land I wouldn't be out there alone risking my life for nothing when it is the government's job to secure our borders. I pay bucket loads of taxes for government services which is supposed to include safe and controlled borders.
Anyway, how is he stopping anyone? Shooting them? Prison. Shooing them away with Hearst words? Mortuary.

The most effective way to end illegal immigration is to convince Democrats that illegals are really conservatives. Wanting to make money and support your family flouts progressive dogma.

Some laws are good to break some are not. Laws are supposed to be clear enough to give notice of exactly what is legal and what is illegal.
We need to pass laws which clearly state which laws are ok to break and which are not. I’m starting to get the impression that it’s ok to break any law if you’re a dim.

Yes I have had occasion to meet others here in my state with his same snotty attitude. They get a thrill over putting things over on this country. YEAH, they do.
So - its all back to the same thing. What have our Texas representatives been doing about all this abuse? I must have missed the legislation mandating qualifications for property purchases.

Your solutions are right on, #7. However, as long as businesses choose cheap illegal labor and they do (no matter what it does to our state) and built an economy dependent on it, nothing will change. The Uniparty wants this.

He is not smart saying what he did and putting up that many ladders to assist illegal aliens from climbing unlawfully over the borderline barrier. Right now he will have no problem as long as the leftist Democrats are running the show in DC following their plan to flood the USA with as many illegal aliens as possible. But if the DOJ was to open a criminal case against him for being involved in a criminal conspiracy to assist in the smuggling of illegal aliens into the USA, and he is convicted, his property along the borderline could be seized by the Federal Government.

If he was illegal then any land he bought should be confiscated.
