Candace Owens obliterates Michelle

Former first lady Michelle Obama is in the news, taking the racially divisive baton from her husband, Barack, to further the Black Lives Matter narrative that police in America are overtly racist. In a “CBS This Morning” interview with anchor Gayle King, Mrs. Obama spoke about police brutality and systemic racism in America, the irony of two fabulously wealthy black women talking about oppression on national TV being off the charts.Candace Owens appeared on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” and, after pointing out the wealth the Obamas have accumulated in a country they so readily denounce as racist, declared, “If that’s oppression, where can I get some?”

“I think we have to launch an investigation,” Owens deadpanned. “Because I want to know which nannie, which chef, which housekeeper, which chauffeur, which Secret Service agent, which gardener, which landscaper is oppressing Michelle Obama, Barack Obama, the children and I think we’ve got to get to the bottom of it at this point.”

I would believe in Michelle’s sincerity if she and Obama spent even one minute in their former home, Chicago, a city in shambles. Talk about living in fear - try being a South Side resident. Remember, Michelle, your husband’s activist days? Want to help Black victims - organize marches for Friday and Saturday nights on the South and West sides and protest the violence THERE!

I love Candace Owens and I would dearly love to see her square off against Michelle O., AOC, Omar or any of the other grievance mongers. She would chew them into tiny pieces. I saw her testify in a House meeting and some Democrat thought he was going to put her in her place....he ended up being verbally castrated. It was a lovely thing to watch.

Also, people are probably not aware that Oprah's mother had a hefty "unpaid" balance at a clothes boutique in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As rich (or oppressed) as Oprah is, she couldn't help her mother out? This would also be an opportune time to talk about the Obama's before Barack Obama became President of the USA. They were near bankruptcy but somehow was saved from all of that. I really never bought into the "share the wealth" mantra Barack Obama was touting.

The depth of Joe Biden’s ineptitude is stunning. Nothing he’s done in his first seven months has shown a breadth of competency – but his failure with Afghanistan has moved to the top of the list of failures. Biden made promises he couldn’t keep.Just hours after “guaranteeing “ that Kabul would not be a repeat to Saigon 1975, with helicopters evacuating personnel from the roof our embassy, that is precisely what is happening.Biden issued a paper tiger, “Play nice or I’ll get really mad” warning to the Taliban that, no doubt, was met with ridicule and mocking laughter. The Taliban will do as they wish,

President Joe Biden issued a statement Saturday blaming former President Donald Trump after the Taliban rapidly took control of the majority of Afghanistan’s major cities.“When I came to office, I inherited a deal cut by my predecessor,” Biden wrote, complaining that Trump negotiated a deal “that left the Taliban in the strongest position militarily since 2001.”Biden also noted that Trump had set the troop withdrawal date of May 1 and reduced troop levels to 2,500. The president said he had the choice of either following through with Trump’s withdrawal plan or sending more troops back into Afghanistan to secure the country.

The surge of the Taliban and the ongoing collapse of the Afghan government is a tragic development for many Afghans, particularly women and those who have been associated with American forces. It's also a disgrace and significant setback for both the Biden administration and for the U.S. itself. The withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan began with President Trump, who said Americans were tired of an war with no end in sight. He was correct. Americans were tired of seeing our brave young soldiers coming home with their arms, legs, and faces blown off or not coming home at all. What was it for?

What will it take for Joe Biden to admit he is disastrously wrong about Afghanistan? The US leader struck a defiant pose last week. Sounding like a slightly desperate Olympics coach, he told Afghans it was their country. If they want it, they have to fight for it. In American politics-speak, this is called tough love. Without the love. Biden has more hands-on foreign policy experience than any president since George HW Bush. That doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing. Opinion polls suggest his abrupt Afghan withdrawal has majority public support. That doesn’t mean Americans will remain indifferent as the carnage and misery mount.

As the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack looms, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum is crying poverty for the second year in a row. This time, it says it can’t afford to mount special exhibitions planned to mark the two-decade milestone. In 2020, the twin-beam “Tribute in Light” was canceled only to win a last-minute reprieve after soon-to-be-ex Gov. Cuomo pitched in state resources. But no such bailout appears in the offing this time. In fact, this year, the museum is shamefully restricting the reading-of-the-names ceremony exclusively to the families of 9/11 victims.
