Ohio cop who fatally shot Ma’Khia
Bryant is military-trained marksman: report

The Ohio police officer who shot to death a black teenage girl in a disturbing encounter with a knife appears to be a military-trained marksman specializing in firing an assault rifle, according to a report Wednesday. Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon — who was placed on paid leave after fatally shooting 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant Tuesday — is a U.S. Air National Guardsman who received an expert marksman badge with a M4 Carbine rifle, according to the Daily Beast. Reardon, who joined the department in 2019, is also the son of Air Force veteran and retired Columbus Division of Police

Comments:

Explains why he got only the perpetrator, not the victim in a very tight situation. Looks like a geek, fires like a precision guided missile, valuable guy to have on the cops since thugs would never guess.

The left will turn that into him being a "trained killer" and a "human predator" blaming the military and the police department who hired him. The only way to combat humanists and communists is to get right back in their faces and say, "Nothing wrong was done here." Period over and out. No apologies, EVER!

Amazing! Man starts yelling at the cop, "You killed my (F word) baby!" Which means he was standing there watching his "baby" trying to stab the other girl! And somehow it's the cop's fault that she's dead! Absolutely insane!

Bryant was in full out angry killer mode. Look at the videos. Look at the still of her, her body attitude as the girl in pink was pinned on the car. That knife at the end of that powerful arm was going to eviscerate her. Fortunately he was a marksman who could get Bryant and not hit Bryant’s intended victim. I am wondering about the tall black man who engaged with the first girl Bryant had attacked and then seemed to involve himself in the rest of the incident. Neighbor?

Not too shabby with a handgun either. But when forced to employ deadly force it is helpful if the officer doesn't miss. I look at the video and am amazed he missed the victim just inches away while placing 3 in the chest of the assailant.

I knew the officer could shoot but I was most impressed by his thinking process. As the first intended victim, a light-skinned girl, fell to the sidewalk at the officer's feet, she was also kicked in the head by a black male wearing jeans and a gray hoodie. This happened right in front of the officer but rather than be distracted, he kept his focus on the knife-wielding, out of control Ma'Khia, as she posed an even greater threat to the girl in pink. What I don't at all understand is why no one seems to have noticed, much less focused attention on the black male in the hoodie, who assaulted a young female within seconds of the officer's arrival. Who was he and why did he assault the female who was on video attempting to avoid a charging MaKhia and her knife? It appeared that the B/M kicked her twice while she was on the ground, the last kick certainly appeared capable of causing serious bodily injury or death which is the textbook definition in law enforcement for deadly force. Did his presence contribute to MaKhia being out of control? He was certainly not a passive bystander. What caused him to kick the intended victim of MaKhia's initial knife attack on the short videos? Will his acts of assault be acknowledged by the police investigators and will he be charged with assaulting a defenseless teenager? Why has this aspect of the event not been mentioned by the press, who have produced slow-motion images of the entire event?

On the long view video from across the street, there was an officer who confronted/tried to control the black man who kicked Bryant’s first victim, who was on the ground. The body cam on Officer Reardon - shown yesterday by the acting chief of police - showed that he shot after getting out of a squad car, from more of a distance. As for that “my baby” remark, the girls live in a foster home. Bryant was placed there by a Franklin County agency. The foster mother was at work. Maybe he’s a boyfriend? Why didn’t he control his knife-wielding “baby?

Mexican crime cartels, never seeing the U.S. border so inviting as it has been under President Joe Biden, are openly driving to the border with tractor trailers full of illegal immigrants and drugs to unload their cargo, according to a new report. For the first time, 18-wheelers are stopping at the Rio Grande to dump their cargo in the poorly defended Big Bend areas of West Texas as cartels shop for new crossing points. “It’s never been this busy,” one agent told Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies. He has been on the border charting the impact of Biden’s border-opening policies, dubbed “la invitacion” by illegal immigrants.

President Trump tried to make a big deal about Joe Biden's plan to federally mandate cheap apartments with low-income residents into suburban single-family zones. The claim was it would achieve "equality." The unstated plan was "more Democrat voters." Trump warned of it as a scheme to end the suburbs, and it turns out he was right. Biden's $3.2 trillion infrastructure plan sneaks that leftist dream scheme into its thousands of pages of legislation, instead of lets the bad idea die on its own through a true congressional vote. The New York Post's Betsy McCaughey warned in 2020 that the whole scheme was 'disastrous.'

They stick to the numbers since they are part of the U.S. Federal Statistical System.Cuomo seems to believe there is something nefarious going on rather than straight-up demographics.
