He Was the Result of One

PITTSBURGH — They’re still there, planted in front of stately homes in wealthy suburban neighborhoods, on flagpoles in middle-class communities, and along the front stoops of inner-city row houses.
Whether they say “Trump 2020” or simply “Trump,” there are plenty of people who have left their sentiments planted on their own personal hill.
It is not just here in Pennsylvania. The signs are not hard to spot as you travel to the Great Lakes, the Midwest, and Appalachia.
The reason is complex. People who come from a variety of socioeconomic, religious, and political experiences formed a conservative populist coalition long before Donald Trump descended Trump Tower’s escalator in June 2015

What I have always contended. He didn’t round us up and pull us together, a la the cultism we’ve been accused of by Liberals and #NeverTrumpers. No. We had long needed someone like him. And there he was. We “discovered” him… His policies, his patriotism, his commitment, his strength were what we had long been looking for in a leader.

As far as I can tell, Trump just fed the already-ignited flame of the Tea Party.

A leader is someone that leads people where they want to go. Few can and will lead. Trump can and will, and moved 16 contenders off the stage to get the nomination, and there is no one with the following Trump has now. Trump will run in 2024. Biden stole the election. He should be removed before 2024. Trump supporters should demand it. i do not accept this election.

It doesn’t matter what the voters think.
In our new and improved Dominion world, there will never be another Conservative elected where it counts. If you don’t fix 2020, 2022 doesn’t matter.

I worked for someone who told me, "If you want something done, give it to a busy man." People get things done because they know how to organize, prioritize and delegate. Trump got things done (especially important things). He was checking them off one by one, and we were seeing the results.
We're tired of those who attempt to reshape the narrative with their phony polls, or lies, or misiinformation. They accomplish nothing.

Agree with #8
100% of the effort by Trump and every other politician needs to be on securing the integrity of the voting system in this country!
Discussions about 2022 and 2024 are going on among the faux conservatives and RINOs and neverTrumpers who think "Let's move forward as we were before Trump came along and monkeyed up the works".

Rural NC is still Trump country, with signs and flags everywhere. Boats on Lake Norman still proudly fly Trump flags and there are about as many on docks as there were before the election was stolen.
President Trump stood up for us and many are still standing up for him. I just wish our currently elected GOP ‘betters’ had stood up for Trump and us!

Those who follow the cause celebre and change their positions with ease based on whatever the cool kids are doing on any given day, seek to define us in their context. They have no frame of reference for individuals holding to a constant set of principled values regardless of what's the hot thing going at any point in time.
They didn't get us when they defined us as the Tea Party and they sure as hell don't get us in the form of Trump support. It's great to see something actually published that aligns with what we have been saying about ourselves opposed to defining us with in the constraints of their whimsical herding instincts.
Even the use of the term "populist" is off the mark. Supporters of individual liberty limited government unalienable rights and the constitution do not gravitate to what's "popular."

President Trump may not have created a conservative populist coalition, but he provided the focus and leadership for conservative populists to form around. Each needed the other. Before he ran, conservative populists had no common leader.

The future State of Western Colorado has always been an America-the-beautiful enclave. President Trump didn't create the populism here. It was already here. Trump 2024 banners are showing up in town. No surprise. God willing, Trump will still have all his pieces comes 2024 and blow leftism and President Kamalie???/Billary???/Newsom???/Coma??? out of the political waters.

It's really very simple. We all knew what our values and policy preferences were. Republicans had long played to them, and then betrayed us once elected. Trump hit all the right value and policy buttons, and was a newcomer to the political game so he didn't have that history of betrayal. We took a chance on him and he delivered, moving at 1,000 miles an hour to accompl9ish as much as he could as quickly as he could. We rewarded that excellent jog performance by re-electing him. The landslide victory we gave Trump last year was stolen from us. And here we are, just waiting to get even in 2022 and 2024.

Out here in flyover country... you see American flags flying high and proud....President Trump's love of country is our shing beacon on a hill... President Reagan's shining city on a hill is tarnished... but it shines out here in the real world...WE love our country and soros and his bunch... with maxine's mob cannot destroy our commitment to law and order... DC may play their political games in court... but... WE know the truth...so have your weekend cocktail parties in the White House and pat yourselves on your backs... just as hollyweird does... it won't last....are you listening china and Russia?????

Salena Zito CNN political analyst proposes a very interesting concept. A very American patriot populist group of citizens (think of the "Tea Party") have been fighting for freedom from elitist suppression before Donald Trump came on the scene.
