Which guarantees that MOST criminals will be gone. Clearly, since most violent crimes are committed by blacks, this is the "don't catch those black criminals" move. More crimes, more deaths, and mostly of blacks will be the guaranteed result. The daughter of a good friend and her husband and infant live in Chicago, downtown. I can hear it now. Suspect with a gun is running away and cop waits for permission. In the mean time, the suspect shoots a few people while the cop is waiting for permission. By the time he gets a response, he follows the trail of bodies to where the suspect carjacked and shot someone else and got away. The community will then riot because the police did not do anything to stop the suspect. The Police officer who requested to chase the suspect will then be fired for dereliction of duty, there will be riots because the police are ignoring the needs of the community and people died and minorities (blacks) are being killed by police apathy. The office will be charges with some sort of accessory to manslaughter for not stopping the suspect. Mayor Lightfoot will give a speech condemning police inaction and the cycle of blaming the police for the criminals actions will continue and the feral BLM / ANTIFA members will continue to protest, riot, and burn their own communities.

NEW YORK, NY – New Yorkers are reeling from a rash of recent, apparently random, attacks on citizens, leading some to wonder if the “knockout game” is returning. A 47-year-old man suffered a broken jaw in January after being sucker-punched in the face in the Bronx. Police described the attack as a “possible knockout game.” Also in January, Catholic Deacon Frederick Kurr, 74, was sucker-punched as he attempted to swipe his subway card inside a Bronx subway station. Video footage shows a suspect, who had been standing at an adjacent turnstile, punching Kurr in the face. The suspect reportedly told Kurr not to call for help, and he also told his victim:
