Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) was clearly trying to influence the jury in the Derek Chauvin trial when she traveled to Minnesota and said Chauvin should be found guilty, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz charged on Tuesday. “Her message was clearly intended to get to the jury—‘If you will acquit or if you find the charge less than murder, we will burn down your buildings. We will burn down your businesses. We will attack you. We will do what happened to the witness—blood on their door,’” he said during an appearance on Newsmax, referring to how the former home of defense expert Barry Brodd was recently vandalized. “This was an attempt to intimidate

Mad Max says: ‘If you will acquit or if you find the charge less than murder, we will burn down your buildings. We will burn down your businesses. We will attack you. We will do what happened to the witness—blood on their door,’” THAT is definitely out there into inciting violence against a jury. Clearly. She needs be charged with jury tampering.

If Chauvin is convicted, and the conviction is not overturned on appeal, there is no law left in the United States.

The idiots and cowards on the jury voted 'guilty on all charges' Very, very wrong. Evil abroad in the land. IMO, any police officer in Minnesota should resign immediately and seek another job.

As a career counselor I would recommend that those currently employed as police consider moving into a life of crime. The hours are better and the sympathy of the public favors the felon.

Even if all I had to go on, which were the initial reporting done by the pro-BLM sources, I would be really questioning the verdict, given the activism and threats from the BLM side. I suspect this was a kangaroo court of managed evidence.

PITTSBURGH — They’re still there, planted in front of stately homes in wealthy suburban neighborhoods, on flagpoles in middle-class communities, and along the front stoops of inner-city row houses. Whether they say “Trump 2020” or simply “Trump,” there are plenty of people who have left their sentiments planted on their own personal hill. It is not just here in Pennsylvania. The signs are not hard to spot as you travel to the Great Lakes, the Midwest, and Appalachia. The reason is complex. People who come from a variety of socioeconomic, religious, and political experiences formed a conservative populist coalition long before Donald Trump descended Trump Tower’s escalator in June 2015

Well, this is a bummer for the sedition-baiting crowd. The Biden Justice Department last week announced its first plea deal related to the January 6 protest on Capitol Hill: Jon Ryan Schaffer pleaded guilty to two charges—obstruction of an official proceeding and entering the Capitol with a dangerous or deadly weapon. Schaffer, who has no criminal record, faced six counts of various trespassing and disorderly conduct offenses. (He did not plead guilty to any of the initial charges.) He turned himself in to law enforcement on January 18 and has remained behind bars ever since; like many Capitol defendants, Schaffer was transported to Washington, D.C. to await trial.
