Democrats have long teased the idea that they would pack the Supreme Court once former President Donald Trump had put three judges in place, but now that the prospect is becoming a reality, Republicans are actually daring Democrats to try it under the idea that once they do try, it’ll seal their fate in the midterms. According to Fox News, not only are Republicans very confident that they’ll stop the Democrats from accomplishing expanding the Supreme Court from nine seats to 13, but that the move will be unpopular enough to hand both the House and the Senate to them during the midterm elections. This has prompted some

That a majority of people will vote for the Republican house or senate candidates may be true, but it will be Democrat sympathizers counting the votes so Republicans won't win in the end. That's what the country has come to.

The country already has tens of supreme court justices. Just look at all the district court judges who think they are on the supreme court and rule what the laws should be and how they should be intrepreted for the entire country.

Just like Guam; if you get too many justices in the Supreme Court building , it "will tip over and capsize". (Hank Johnson should have thought of that before he introduced the legislation ).🤪

Any story about the mid-term elections is irrelevant if the "republicans" don't put 100% of their efforts into securing an honest election in every state. If they don't up the penalty for voting fraud from a slap on the wrist to prison time, we are done.
At this point paper ballots counted by the military reserve units is the only thing I would trust!

I am flabbergasted every time I hear someone say "wait until the next election" or "Republicans will win the House back", etc. Do you people not remember what just happened?! Are you so absorbed by the things of this world that you already forgot the last election was openly stolen and all the levers of justice sat idly by? There will be no more fair elections in this country--especially when HR1 gets passed. Why do you think it was the first major resolution pushed forward from this Congress? Because it will permanently lock in all of the Marxist's favorite cheating ploys/schemes and make it impossible for non-Marxists to ever win an election again. This is how evil works. Cheat, Win, Punish Enemies. Repeat. Goodnight America.

Bravo for the cleverness, #4. The Hank Johnson/Guam Tip-over story will forever hold a spot in the list of Dumbest Things Ever Uttered by a Congressperson.

Yeah, I would bet the Moderate Democrats are not at all interested on having to vote for this Debacle. They want to keep their Seats and they know the folks who voted them in, will vote them out if they vote "Yes" to pack the Court. Not only that, you also can bet your House that the first Campaign Ads of the Season were cut yesterday at that News Conference with the Democrats TRYING to explain WHY packing the court was necessary. It's a winner for Republicans!

Any plans for the mid terms or any future elections must take into consideration vote fraud and attempts at vote fraud. This needs to be states because many Republicans are playing Charlie brown to the Democrats' Lucie.

Republicans have their stern letter nearly ready to go. It needs one final editing to make sure there are no words in it that will offend anybody.

#8, you are giving democrats way too much credit for intelligence and reasoning ability that they do not have. All that the average dim can see in the Supreme Court packing scheme is "more democrats in charge - yay!"

FTA: "This is why some Republicans are honestly excited about the prospect of Democrats attempting to pack the court. It’s only more ammo for them come midterms."
Belief in the midterms as a turning point presupposes that the dems won in 2020 fair and square. The whole premise of the article is whistling through the graveyard. The communist/democrats appear to be the only ones playing for keeps in this country, whether in DC or in any large urban area.

Coming near winning an election in 2022 could happen only if someone can convince about 80 million people that their votes count and they should go vote. I'm still deciding.

Yes to all that #5 and 6 said about voting integrity. Note the fact we had a Presidential election stolen from the rightful winner means nothing to the Republican establishment. They didn’t want outsider Trump as President because he upset their financial apple cart. So, hey, they were for Biden no matter what it did to the USA. Our Republican Congressmen and Senators are really professional talkers. We cannot depend on but maybe two or three of them.

Notice that at the press briefing, there were no prominent Dems, just back-benchers like Jerry Nadler (Mr. Creosote from Monty Python movie) and Hank Johnson (of the capsizing Guam fame) and others I've never heard of. No one in the spotlight wants their name associated with this transparent attempt. Talk about overplaying their hand!!
