Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) slammed President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 stimulus bill during a Fox News interview on Thursday morning, saying that calling the bill a “coronavirus bill” was like thinking “the stripper really likes you.”Host Brian Kilmeade asked Kennedy about the bill, which White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki bragged this week is the “most progressive bill in American history.”“President Biden says it’s a coronavirus bill and my response is, ‘Right, you know, and the stripper really likes you,'” Kennedy said. “I said the other day that calling this a coronavirus bill is like calling Harvey Weinstein a feminist. It’s just chock-full of spending porn.

I love Senator Kennedy. He makes a lot of sense - sometimes in very humorous ways.

Experts have said fears of a 'fourth wave' hitting the US may have been overblown as Florida continues to record falling coronavirus cases and deaths despite having more cases of the UK's super-COVID variant than any other state. CDC data shows a fifth of all US cases of the more highly contagious and more deadly B.1.1.7 strain first detected in the south of England have come from the Sunshine State. In total, Florida has recorded 690 cases, dwarfing much of the rest of the US where 44 of all 50 states have recorded fewer than 100 cases. The next highest state Michigan has 563 followed by Colorado with 267.

Even the mainstream media is nailing the president for stretching the truth in his first prime-time address to the nation. The New York Times fact-checked President Joe Biden’s speech Thursday night on the one-year anniversary of the coronavirus pandemic, and things don’t look good.Although it didn’t call Biden out for lies explicitly, every statement it recorded was marked as either “exaggerated” or “misleading.”The first “exaggeration” was marked in Biden’s opening, where he said that when the coronavirus pandemic first struck, Americans were “met with silence and spread unchecked, denials for days, weeks, then months.”

Democrats are unyielding in their quest for a permissive society where there is little if any personal responsibility.Nowhere is this more apparent than their preferred policies on the killing of unborn babies, and amid the current marijuana craze liberal politicians are borrowing from that campaign to mainstream weed.Just as Democrats pursued laws allowing minors to have an abortion without telling their parents, New Jersey has legalized the consumption of marijuana, in all its forms, on private property and enacted a law restricting law enforcement from notifying the parents of minors who are caught with possession of weed or alcohol. The most remarkable thing here being, perhaps, that tens of millions

There were key words and phrases President Joe Biden failed to use during Thursday’s primetime address marking the one-year anniversary of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, including “China,” — the virus’s place of origin — and “Operation Warp Speed” — the partnership prompted by former President Trump’s administration that sped up the development and distribution of vaccines to fight the illness. Biden appeared to place blame on former President Trump nearly immediately, telling the American people, “A year ago, we were hit with a virus

The Biden administration has enjoyed no honeymoon. The cabal that addled Joe Biden fronts really didn’t want one. Bridge-building, comity, and compromise are passé. What Ron Klain, Susan Rice, and a knot of plutocrats and “progressives” who pull Joe’s strings want are crises. Manufactured crises are just as good as the real deals. They’re opportunities not to be wasted. Not wasted for what, you may ask? Not wasted for power and money. Democrats’ reflexive appeals to compassion and kumbaya are shabby, if serviceable, ploys. Flimflammers get it.Putting it more decorously, crisis is a governance tool of Biden minions and Democrats generally.

“BIDEN,” say the young demonstrators’ T-shirts, imitating his campaign logo, “PLEASE LET US IN!” What a waste of T-shirt money: For President Biden seems determined to let in as many immigrants as want to come. The numbers are daunting. About 80,000 people tried to cross the southern border this January, double the number in January 2020. That number could easily balloon this spring, traditionally the peak migration season, with fewer COVID-19 restrictions in place. And with less cooperation from Mexico. The 2019 illegal surge was quashed by the protocol to which then-President Donald Trump got Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to agree.

Now that the implications of the Harris/Biden administration are setting in, my Democrat friends (yes, I do have a few) are becoming very embarrassed. They bought into the propaganda that all the turmoil in Washington was created by the erratic and immoral behavior of Donald Trump. Their vote for Harris/Biden was a vote to return to normal. They didn’t realize that the Democrats weren’t offering a return to normal, they were offering the establishment of a “new normal.” (snip) My friends are belatedly realizing that the turmoil was not created by Donald Trump. Scientists have begun to lay plans for repopulation, starting with a sperm bank—on the moon. In what they’re calling a “modern global insurance policy,” mechanical engineers have proposed that humans establish a repository of reproductive cells—sperm and ova—from 6.7 million of Earth’s species, including humans. And the proposed bank, or “ark,” would be beneath the moon’s surface. As our planet faces natural disasters, drought, asteroids and the potential for nuclear war—to name a few troubles—scientists say that humans must set their sights on space travel to preserve life as we know it. “Earth is naturally a volatile environment,”
