Tonight Terry Roberts, the attorney heading up Ashli Babbitt’s legal team went on Tucker Carlson to discuss the hardships and details of the case.Ashli Babbit was shot dead by a US Capitol Police Officer on January 6, 2021. (Video) Babbitt Family Attorney, Terrell Roberts told Tucker Carlson that NOTHING warranted the use of deadly force on Ashli Babbitt.Terrell Roberts: “He could have arrested this 5’2”, 110-pound woman easily, but instead he shot her. You don’t use deadly force unless you are confronted with a threat to your life or a threat on somebody else’s life. There was no immediate threat to the Officer or to anyone else.

An unarmed person walks into a 711, steals a six pack. Instead of meandering down the road said person lingers around the 711 sipping on a beer. LEO rolls up, takes careful aim and ends the perps life. No questions, no get on your knees, just bang. This murderer would go to prison for life. The only difference would be is Ashli never stole anything, maybe she trespassed but even that could be wrong because some of the Capitol police actually let some of the folks in. The thugs at DOJ and all the way down the line are stalling. Justice delayed is denied.

You have that correct #1. Yet when George Floyd, under the influence of illegal drugs tries to pass a phony bill at a liquor store, then he resists arrest fighting with several police officers and dies from a drug over dose, not from being choked, they burn the city down and put four officers on trial for murder and the city pays the family $27 million dollars. Where is the justice? Disgraceful. What has our country turned into.?

This woman was shot dead by a frightened Lieutenant of the capitol Police who was probably a political appointment or an Affirmative action employee who was promoted the same way he got his job. In his own defense ,the best we can say is that he panic'ed and killed this woman.

The narrative of the day needed a "lethal force" component for the Dems to claim an insurrection had occurred. No one in the crowd was being violent enough. They reasoned that if someone dies during the thwarting of a crime, it's the purpose fault, that by killing someone in the crowd, they could blame the crowd. The story about the police officer and the fire extinguisher was simply window dressing. This woman's murder was politically motivated, and planned. She just happened to be the random crowd member at the front of the line. I seem to recall from somewhere, the a congress critter, or one of their aides was standing with this anonymous police lieutenant screaming, "Shoot!, Shoot!", and then hugging the officer "in relief", saying, "you saved us!" Politically motivated assassination.

I'm not surprised at all that Ms. Babbitt's family isn't exploring legal action. Every day, in big cities, lawsuits are filed over alleged police brutality and excessive force. Didn't I read just yesterday that George Floyd's family got a settlement for over $20 million? Unfortunately, this took place DC and the officer was black. But at least her family is entitled to discover who shot her and why.

The Capitol police officer can be charged with involuntary criminal-negligence manslaughter The elements of this crime are: Defendant caused the death of the victim; The conduct that caused the death was a gross deviation from a reasonable standard of care; and The conduct that caused the death created an extreme risk of death or serious bodily injury.

From the video it appears the shooter was black. Black law enforcement officer shoots petite unarmed white woman is anathema to the current political narrative. The dim powers want this kept quiet. Distract and and hopefully it will go away just like the nursing homes and the dim's culpability.

It was all orchestrated to blame a death on President Trump. The capital breach was too calm and didn't fit Nancy Pelosi's narrative so a death had to occur. The razor wire, fences and barricades are props to show how dangerous and radical Trump supporters are. It was all staged and done on purpose.

Having seen the video I disagree with a poster that the shooter was frightened, his expression was one of anger and hate, and he took his time pulling the trigger. I always felt he had been told by Pelosi to shoot whoever attempted to enter her offices, and he felt he’d be protected. And he most certainly is being protected, most definitely by her.

THE only person shot by a bullet in a demonstration by an unarmed crowd.......... One of the people shot by a mace pellet (a controlled burst of a 20 foot long spray of Mace brand capsaicin) was hit in the eye and then had a heart attack. It is noted the companies say this "less lethal" material can cause breathing distress ~ and, of course, in the susceptible, can cause cardiac distress, and even cardiac arrest! That story has received even less attention than this shooting with a bullet. The policeman who died blamed it on Mace and Bear Spray (a dilute form of Mace). The company's literature on the net says you can handle too much Mace for a time and develop an allergy and ..... you end up dead! There was another heart attack victim somewhere ~ no details, just part of a head count. FAR FAR FAR fewer people died in the DC event than died when the NE Business District adjacent to Capitol Hill was burned to the ground in the MLK riots. Even fewer perps were arrested (39) in the far more violent Human Kindness Day event back in 1975 ~ 600 armed and strongarm robberies.... You can compare and contrast DC events on the Mall in terms of numbers of visitors, numbers of participants, crimes committed, dead bodies left lying about, damage to property and so forth and the MOSTLY PEACEFUL Donald J. Trump Presidential rally looks to be exceedingly quiet compared to just about all the other big events ~ It is my impression that Ashli was SHOT as part of a staged event that she knew nothing about ~ and the Capitol Police are keeping the ID of the shooter hush hush because he is someone with a really close connection to SOMEONE REALLY BIG! Remember, 100% of the people who work in the Capitol Police have to have a POLITICAL RECOMMENDATION and currently those come from the more favored members of the House and Senate, and go through the leadership of the House and Senate. Nancy Pelosi herself had to approve this guy for employment. I'd almost bet her daily bribe levels that the connection also goes to the Gambino crime family ~ her father's old stomping ground. It looked likea HIT. Odds are it was a HIT.

Reports indicate that the police officer who fired that fateful shot that killed the lady is a Black man. In the current political environment that’s enough for the leftist and liberal Democrats to hide his identity. The lady’s family have just as good a wrongful death case as the Floyd family in Minneapolis, maybe even better, as the Capitol Police Officer used a firearm that is designed to kill, and not a knee that is not designed to kill. As the police officer in DC, a probable Black man, had to know that by firing his weapon into a crowd that he was likely to kill a person.
