Steven Rauch and Johnny Teehee are two men who were brought together by grief and have now formed a bond through forgiveness. It's been said that loss can bring people together. "You know this is something in 35 years in law enforcement, I've never heard of," Teehee told Rauch during a hug, after meeting him in person for the first time. Teehee is the police chief for Muskogee, Oklahoma.
