The Supreme Court on Monday struck down a Republican challenge over absentee ballots received up to three days after Election Day in Pennsylvania.Republicans in the Keystone State had sought to block a state court ruling that allowed the Nov. 6 deadline extension in the 2020 election. The decision prompted dissents from three conservative justices; Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch. The trio argued that while the legal questions in the case may not have affected the outcome of the November election, the Supreme Court should taken the opportunity to clarify election law because the same legal issues could impact future elections.

Worst SCOTUS ever. John Roberts is worthless and the majority of the court won't act. So much for the conservatives getting a 6-3 margin.

Antonin Scalia would have been among the dissenters, which might help explain his fatal heart attack when on vacation and far removed from help.

Just reconfirms that the election was stolen and the swamp is very, very deep and so corrupt. I don't think the ordinary democrat is comfortable with this corruption.

We conservative Republicans had better learn how to cheat.
It's gonna be who can cheat the most wins.

Why wasn't this fraud handled at the state level? The stealing of this election was a crime, so why didn't the sheriffs/marshals arrest the crooks, State/feds AGs indict them, These were/are crimes. Arrest them, have a trial, if it is proven then convict them and sentence them. What do they want the Sct to do?

Looks like some of the Republican nominated Justices are really establishment Republicans who were actually selected by McConnell and will cave to the Democrat position over half the time. Democrat nominated Justices never do that.

Is there any doubt that if Scalia or his like had still been on the court, they would have had 4 votes and would have taken the case? Amy Barrett is no Scalia. She seems to be afraid to assert herself this early. And Kavanaugh is afraid to be seen as beholden to Trump, which he is. Roberts, of course, is a lost cause.

It's also worth pointing out that it is unusual for SC justices to issue written dissents from denials of cert. It looks like there are only 3 strong conservatives on the Court. Disappointed that Barrett didn't join.

we've always known Thomas and Alito were true blue. Nice to see Gorsuch in this. Let's give Barrett and Kavanaugh some time to get their footing.

Don't be surprised by the Barrett dame's silence. It was Mitch McConnell who 'found' her and pushed her through. She will vote whatever McConnell dictates, same as Roberts always handles everything the way the Bushes want it to come out!!

It appears it's all too much trouble for them. If that mindset had existed back in 1773, there probably would not have been a Boston Tea Party.

First SCOTUS declines to fast-track the case, then declares the case moot since the results can't be reversed at this point. SCOTUS refuses to hear another case because evidently no one in the world has standing to bring the case. Over the last several years the biggest problem with the high courts has been judicial activism, making decisions political instead of interpreting the law as written, essentially legislating from the bench. Now we appear to have a SCOTUS that doesn't want to exercise its actual constitutional duty. New ways being found everyday to demonstrate their corruption.

SCOTUS is no longer ruling in accordance with the US Constitution. It is bending to whatever supports the progressive movement. The Roberts court has three conservatives, three liberals and three cowards.

No, the evidence and legal questions would absolutely change the outcome of the election. Which is exactly why the Supreme Court doesn't want to touch it. They are either more afraid of Antifa and BLM rioters, or they are in on the steal.

Its not ineplicable. They have been ordered to prevent any case from going to discovery process. Once that happens the entire house of cards comes crashing down. Just watch them deflect all the other cases as well. No mystery.

I think it's probably safe to say that Roberts has told the two rookies on the bench that he will tell them how to vote. Meaning vote the same way he does. Otherwise he will make their lives a living hell. It seems Roberts has been infected by the swamp and know he's invected the Supreme Court. This country is in trouble. Our elected bodies are compromised by left leaning legislation and our judicial system is compromised by left leaning decisions. It is time for the Republicans, whether the Turtle likes it or not, to get off their rear ends and fight back. The future of this country is in the balance.

The evidence of massive vote fraud is so powerful that had they heard the case, they would have been forced to overturn the election. That's what they should have done, but that's what they are too cowardly to do.

Here's an idea for the trio. Hear the cases yourselves and rule on them just like they would do. Rule according to the Constitution; do it, and you will still be the only ones closest to obeying the law.
