The US Supreme Court is set to consider President Trump’s voter fraud cases in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan on Friday. These three cases are on the Supreme Court docket for Friday.(Tweet) Here is more on today’s Supreme Court cases. As a reminder, Pennsylvania Democrat officials changed the election rules weeks before the election without consulting the legislative branch. This is unlawful in the state. It will be interesting to see if SCOTUS is the latest lawless branch of government following today’s decisions. Case Number 20-542 -Republican Party of Pennsylvania, Petitioner v. Veronica Degraffenreid, Acting Secretary of Pennsylvania, et al.

I wanted President Trump to win, but these pansies will say the matter is moot. They lack the guts to do it

I think this is a waste of time. If they take the cases, is anyone in doubt as to how they’ll rule?

Little Tommy Wolf is going to be one sad camper. Republicans have one last chance to redeem themselves by pushing for a reversal of the election. I don't think any of them have the stomach for that fight but We the People will be justified in giving them a real insurrection if these states are corrected.

Forgive my hoi poi level of understanding, but If they actually pick it up it regardless of the outcome would it not define the roles of each branch just a little clearer? They (SCOTUS) may very well attempt to expand Malbury v Madison. Taking on a larger role in Federal Government.
I'd like to see Congress take some of it's power back and stop farming it out. Same for the Executive branch.
"But won't that make the current Dems stronger?" Well, Yes. But nothing is forever and I'd like to be able to vote for someone accountable instead of trusting a faceless bureaucrat that a Union protects, or a "cop" that kills a civilian and no one can even identify the shooter.

The correct term for the Pennsylvania cases should be judicial fraud, not voter fraud.
Seven dimocrat Pa supreme court justices out of 9 justices, chose to ignore the clear Pa constitutional violations with rules changes not done by the legislature. And the U.S. supreme court justices shrugged.

Help me out, please, Ldotters. Is there anywhere I can read each SC Justice's reasoning behind their vote on any given case? I'd really like to know where their heads are at; this would perhaps help me understand how they may vote on future cases.

After what we witnessed during this past election does anyone with half a brain trust the judiciary to make decisions that uphold our Constitution? Remember judges are merely crooked attorneys in black robes that suffer from self-aggrandizement.

I was watching Jovan Pulitzer earlier, he was talking about the election etc., but was also waiting/hoping something would be released by the Supreme Court. At the end of the segment, he was told that nothing would be coming from the SC until Monday.

You can bet they have reminded Roberts again about his pictures on Epstein Island, and he is again bullying the new chick.

Again nothing will happen. They had their chance but whiffed as only the deep state can do when called to make tough decisions. Whatever has happened to masculine men and women of character in this country???

The classic judicial dodge, wait until it's too late to do something really important.
