President Biden announced Friday that the U.S. has officially rejoined the Paris climate agreement, reentering the international accord without Senate ratification a month after signing a directive to reverse the Trump administration’s exit. Mr. Biden made the announcement Friday at the Munich Security Conference, which is being held virtually this year, while Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a statement saying that “the United States officially becomes a Party again today.” “We can no longer delay or do the bare minimum to address climate change. This is a global existential crisis,” Mr. Biden said. “As of today, the United States is officially

Did Biden say anything about the Iranian missile attack that killed an American and wounded others a few days ago? That’s not likely since Biden has announced that the Trump era Put America First agenda has been ended by Biden and Harris.

I don’t believe the Senate ever ratified our entering into the Paris Accord. It was never a formal treaty, approved by the Senate. From a site that describes the Paris Agreement, as it is called:
Is the agreement legally binding?
Yes. The agreement is considered a “treaty” under international law, but only certain provisions are legally binding. The issue of which provisions to make binding was a central concern for many countries, in particular the United States, which wanted an agreement the president could accept without seeking congressional approval. Meeting that test precluded binding emission targets and new binding financial commitments. The agreement, however, includes binding procedural commitments – such as the requirements to maintain successive NDCs and to report on progress in implementing them.
This is from a pro-Paris Agreement Q&A site but the nature of the Agreement and our entry into it (Obama, by Executive Order, without Congressional approval) and President Trump’s withdrawal (by EO), seem to be described fairly accurately. Obama’s avoidance of Congressional approval was deliberate - he knew it would probably fail - but it in turn watered down our commitment.

The Supreme Court should take a look at his action. He does not have authority to take such.

How do these people who make fine livings, for example Bill McKibben, National Geographic, and so many others, keep selling their wares to people who refuse to believe their eyes and ears about “global warming”. It is true, but understated, that there is a sucker born every minute.

Obama and Biden treat the US Constitution as a suggestion, to be superseded by Executive Order whenever they wish.
The Supreme Court refuses to do its job by ruling that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

"Global existential crises" are pretty common nowadays.
Last week I forgot to rotate my shoe trees - - and that was the equivalent of a "global existential crisis." But - - they don't make "global existential crises" the way they used to. Not even close.

Ok, let me get this straight. Obama couldn't legally get this passed so he cherry picked parts of the agreement and made them into an Executive Order to avoid it not passing in the Senate (as required by law for Treaty's). Trump, being the President to actually follow his Oath of Office and follow the Constitution of the USA and our laws; and to put the USA first, reversed Obama's law evading Executive Order. Now, Biden, ever the USA hating, climate change loving, world first liberal loving dear leader mini dictator he is morphing into decides that he will follow Obama's footsteps (no surprise there) and issue another Executive Order skipping Senate approve (as required by law) with cherry picked parts of the "treaty". I am beginning to wonder why we even have three branches of government anymore.

Just remember, when Biden makes his statement "America is Back", he is saying, we are back paying for a bunch of things none of the rest of you want to pay for, but will allow us to have a bunch of conferences that we can send large groups to, that give an impression things are being done (but nothing really except paying for things).
Even John Fn Kerry stated that if the United States was at zero emissions tomorrow, there would still be much work to be done, as the rest of the world emit 80% of all the CO2.
What he didn't say was the United States, due to transfer over to Natural Gas, is the ONLY country that's meeting the Paris Accord goals which is something the GOP doesn't seem to communicate very well.

Biden don't need no Senate ratification to re-enter the Paris Accords. Last week he saw oll' Corn-Pop and ol' CP told him to do it. Makes about as much sense as anything else the Pretender President does.

Not-my-president Lyin' Joe Biden is acting like a dictator!!!
However, in his defense, Not-my-president Lyin' Joe Biden is too senile to have a clue what he is doing. He just does what his handlers (who are just acting on direct orders from the Chinese and George Soros) tell him to do, and says what his handlers write down for him to say.
However, he only has to keep up this charade for another4 months or so before not-my-VP Camel-Toe Harris declares him unfit to serve due to "mental health issues" and removes him from office using the 25th Amendment. He will graciously step down "for the good of the people", and go down in history as the most popular president ever elected (based on the number of fake and stolen votes he got). And George Soros and the Chinese government get the Communist dictator they want in Camel-Toe Harris who never could have gotten elected even with massive stolen votes and cheating.
And the Republi-Can't Party has nobody to blame but themselves for hating President Trump and stabbing him in the back repeatedly instead of fighting for him after November 3rd!!!
