Who shot Ashli Babbitt?

Original Article

Posted By: Magnante, 1/22/2021 8:29:36 AM

America knew, within a couple of hours, the names of Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley, Marc Chapman, Shirhan Shirhan, James Earl Ray, and James Hodgkinson. (Or did you already forget that James Hodgkinson shot House Minority Whip Steve Scalise and three others on a softball field, in an attempted mass assassination of members of the House GOP caucus?) But after searching the Internet for a few hours, there only remain questions, and no answers about Ashli’s shooting. My only assumption can be that the hard facts concerning the shooting are so egregious, and so threatening to the incoming Democratic Congress and new Biden Administration

It was pretty clear who shot her. The Capitol Police even said the trigger happy fool was on administrative leave pending investigation. So why do the leftists conceal a murderer who is there to protect them, but they OUT any beat cop who is involved in the death of a black dug addict? They love George Floyd, the crackhead, but HATE Ashli Babbitt the USAF Veteran whose only crime was climbing up in a window.

Shockingly, a couple of friends I spoke with had identical responses. They shrugged their shoulders and said "They should have all been shot." Had they forgotten that, during the months of violence and mayhem in cities around the country that none of the rioters had been shot after engaging in vastly more vicious violence than those at the Capitol? Or, had they simply never heard of the violence over the summer?

And am I the only one sick of hearing this referred to as a "violent" insurrection when the only actual violence was the shooting of an unarmed woman? Don't get me wrong vandalism and intrusion are forms of violence but not one single threat of bodily harm on the part of the mob made it to video despite the multiple sources of footage.

These are questions which must have answers. The shooter who murdered an unarmed young Female veteran must be brought to trial. Ashli’s husband must file a civil suit against the murderer and all federal agencies involved.

The BLM terrorist, Sullivan, made it up the stairs and set up to film everything that was going to happen in the corner of the alcove leading to an office area. Then, another man, of the same race, came out and did a dramatic display of his arm, his wrist, his gloves and his gun as he lined Ashli up and shot her down like an animal. That was the only shot fired in the whole demonstration. Right in the head! No, don't believe that was one of the building guards dressed in a fancier suit between dress and tuxedo style, with flashy cufflinks... who looked like a member of the CBC ~ a well known member for that matter ~ caught briefly in one of the videos. Gray hair. Sixtyish. This was a set up to prepare a video for use in stirring up a RACE WAR. Oh, Guam still isn't tipping over, but I think that guy's career is going to end with a trip to a private loony bin, and Pelosi will try to shut everything up with a massive payoff to the family. So far, none of the Capitol cops are reported to be missing. BTW, the dead cop had a stroke earlier ~ and went to work anyway ~ stupid move! Not all that unusual though. He reported to the medics early on. Then, the fellows hit with the empty fire extinguisher suffered few injuries ~ I think there were 4 reported. The attacker was fiftyish, overweight, wandering around in something other than an organized attack. Yes, the fire extinguisher attacks are a hallmark of AntiFA Back on the videos of the murder, the FBI reports they have 90 minutes of videos taken by that "photographer" who is otherwise known as a BLM terrorist!

One posted phone video had a side view of some old guy in a suit so it was no doubt somebody "official." We need to know. All federal agencies have been equally corrupted so they will hide the murderer and hope we forget about it. The democrats' main concern, besides blaming Donald Trump for the entire incident, was Pelosi's laptop.

I've watched the video only once but I'm almost certain the gun was held/fired by a black man. He was wearing a gold bracelet - not a relevant detail except it contrasted with his skin tone. The 'racial rules' are going to be yet another obstacle to finding and prosecuting this trigger-happy moron. PS - government secrecy in all things is a huge and growing problem.

The shooter was probably someone associated with some arm of capitol security. That being said, why all the silence? The longer it goes on, the worse it looks. Are we going to find out the shooter does not match the left's narrative of the capitol building 'riot'? We know Antifa was running around dressed up to look like pro-Trump rally goers. What's to keep Antifa from dressing up, and impersonating capitol security?

I've been asking that for weeks. The thugs in the government murdered a woman for trespassing, and not a peep about who the killer is, or if there is ever going to be any sort of an accounting. The Deep State thugs can now murder people on video, with millions who know it, and just sweep it under the rug.

This post is somewhat off topic, thank-you for bearing with me. The events of January 6, 2021 may very well prove to be the United States' "Reichstag Fire". Members of Congress and their media sycophants are calling not only those who entered the capitol building "insurrectionists" and "Domestic Terrorists". The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2020, (HR 5602) has already passed committee. Biden's choice for Secretary of Defense has stated he will initiate a purge of "racists" and "white supremacists" - i.e any who don't pledge loyalty to the new administration. We have already seen individuals and businesses targeted for holding incorrect political or religious beliefs. Will we see an orchestrated, nation-wide "Kristallnacht"? Probably not. there are still more of us then them. They know this. What we will see is "cancel culture" moving more towards the full on "cultural revolution" seen in China in the 1960's. We are seeing this now. We must now, more than ever, become in local politics. We must vet candidates. We must volunteer to serve as election workers and poll watchers. In lieu of a new, actually conservative, political party, we must work our our way into party leadership, while remaining conscious to the fact that the current political parties serve only to promote their own personal interests and economies. We must work diligently to clarify and strengthen good election laws, to attempt to stave off fraud like we saw in November. Among other things, language must be inserted to give standing to any legally registered voter to challenge, at any time, non-conforming election procedures and to prevent the courts from removing that language. We must be steadfast in our defense of our Republic and Constitution and diligently work to restore the rule of law via Constitutional means. This is not about you. This is not about me. This is about us and our posterity. Be of stout heart and firm resolve. We are not alone.

Watching at least one of the many videos of the shooting, one can see a shadowy profile of the shooter...and it looks to me like a photo of the officer that later committed suicide. You can make your own comparison; draw your own conclusion. Congress is an island that seems exempt from any law but its own. In this case, it is likely that Ashli's family is being taken care of with a substantial gratuity from a grateful nation, as is the officer's. Now, everyone is expected to walk away from all this quietly. We've all seen "nothing". Any further inquiries are unseemly and prying. Meanwhile the politicians wave the blood shirt of the DEADLY CAPITOL RIOT. The only two known violent deaths probably involve this one incident, one likely a suicide. The officer who died in the other incident...well, that seems left to wallow in murkiness, too. Whether he was struck by a fire extinguisher seems in question. His family asks his death not be made political. Has anyone seen an autopsy report? Was his death by homicide, or some other cause?

The forearm and hand holding the drawn gun came out of the first door iimmediately to the left (in the Speaker’s Lobby). He was a plain clothes officer - suit coat or sports jacket, white dress shirt (some saw cufflinks). Could not tell skin color. The shooter was pointing his weapon at the door before he shot Ashli. He fired more than once. She was NOT through the broken glass door pane. Had she been, when he shot her she’d have fallen across the broken pane opening, her head and upper body on the Speaker’s Lobby side, and been impaled on the large fixed glass shard that remained fixed in the bottom of the door’s window frame. She was still inside the area outside that door, and she pitched straight back, full length, to the floor on that side. Falling among the protesters who were there. A witness said early on (and never again, apparently) that she asked one of the men to boost her up - she wanted to put her cell phone through the broken-out opening in the upper part of the glass pane.

Have a look at the still at the opening of the video in this article. Don’t turn on video by clicking on Forward. Just look at the split screen still. On the left I’m seeing two hands holding that gun, all the way to wrists and cuffs/jacket sleeves, and no gloves. Black skin. And the righthand photo shows Ashli the way she was when she was shot. At one point I saw a longer video that showed her circulating around in that crowd just outside the door. She was a small woman. All of the men were somewhat taller than she. She eventually found the man who lifted her up. I’ve never seen that expanded video since then. https://nypost.com/2021/01/07/videos-show-shooting-of-ashli-babbitt-during-capitol-siege/

Re Ashli, photo I linked may show short brown glove with something white and dark at top of glove - bead bracelet or trim on glove? But the skin above that is black. Re Sicknick, although someone was seen throwing a fire extinguisher at some point, no one has connected that with Officer Sicknick. No one has reported his being injured at the Capitol. He returned to his office and later collapsed and was taken to hospital. No mention of visible injuries. When he texted his brother that night, he said he was fine - had just been hit a couple of times with pepper spray. Brother said no mention of fire extinguisher.

One can pretty much assume it was either a Capitol police officer, or a Secret Service person who pulled the trigger. I'm leaning toward a Capitol police officer simply because of the numbers of officers present, but maybe not. Since it went through a door, what kind of door. Many of those doors in the Capitol aren't your average doors. They're thick solid wood doors, and heavy. Many have a metal cover over them as well. Your standard 9mm which the Capitol police would probably have as a service weapon, would probably make it though the door, but it wouldn't have much left after going through those kind of doors, and still be able to go through a person cleanly. So I'm thinking it was a higher caliber weapon which was used which may point to a Secret Service person who would most likely be equipped with a higher caliber weapon. Perhaps a .357.

It seems like when the shot that killed Ashli Babbitt was fired that she was in crowd of people that included a number of police officers. So anyone in the approximate line of fire including a police officer could have been hit by that round after it passed through Babbitt’s body. Clearly what Babbitt was doing at the time along with her cohorts was unlawful, but was that such a serious crime that the apparent unarmed Babbitt should have her life taken away by the police?

No one will probably read this: It was confirmed shortly after the shooting that a plain clothes Capitol police officer shot her. The CP confirmed that almost right away. In the same statement they went on to say that he had been placed on “administrative leave” pending the investigation of the shooting. They know. They knew all along. They announced it. There is no mystery about this. Not an FBI agent. Now. his name?

Thanks, #32. I looked carefully at the hands and gun at the 0:03 time hack. There appears to be a step in the top edge of the hand.wrist as you move back, and it drops down to a black wrist.....perhaps too black for skin? Perhaps black leather glove to cause a definite notch in the top edge of the wrist. Then black, narrow wrist back into the French cuff with a shiny cufflink. If you do a few frames at a time from 0:05 on, about then you can make out what appears to be a loose cuffed gloves (not black medical type skin tight) with some white and black portions on a cuff edge, visible on both wrists (gloves?). The wrist seems more clear by then, and the skin then resolves to a brown-black color where the hands (gloves?) seem darker black, as is the Glock. Is it possible that a black and white beaded bracelet is worn on each wrist rather than a black and white edging on gloves? By 0:07 you can see the side profile, and the face. Clearly a black man with short hair, receding hairline. Black shooter, with with a pair of black and white large beaded bracelets or leather gloves. Find a black officer with receding hairline who wears black and white bracelets and you have your shooter.

The purported death of the Capitol Police officer after he collapsed inside the Capitol police quarters , well after and far away from the claimed encounter with the rioters inside the Capitol, and which the false news media have been claiming as a fifth "insurrection death" (some even claiming that he had been assaulted by fire extinguisher) has now been totally debunked since the death has been reported as a "natural causes" death attributed to a preexisting morbid medical condition, and no evince of other injuries. Since another three of the claimed deaths were the result of natural heart attacks, this leaves only the police shooting of the unarmed protester as the only violent death in the course of the "insurrection" at the Capitol.

Just watched the Netflix movie Trial of the Chicago 7. I don't recommend it. But I found it interesting that the 7 allegedly incited a riot but they claimed the police were the instigators. That view was widely adopted by the media and the liberal wing of the Democrat party at the time (the party hadn't yet gone full left-wing). How many people were killed by the police in that riot? None. The same thing was true of the BLM riots over the summer. Zero rioters killed by the police. Only in this incident, which if it was a riot, was not as extensive as the others mentioned, was a rioter killed by the police. Why is that being ignored by the media that calls other rioters "peaceful protesters?"

Thanks to Don Surber, I learned of a proposal from the Nevada Family Alliance to require teachers at government schools to wear body cameras. The first recorded use of the donkey to represent the Democrat party was in a Harper’s Weekly cartoon entitled, “A live jackass kicking a dead lion.” While the jackass would be a better mascot, modern Democrats would consider the mascot sexist as a jackass is a male donkey. Female donkeys are called “jennies,” although in Congress they are referred to as “The Squad.” If one looks at the modern-day Democrat party, including Democrats in elected office and behind cable news anchor desks, the jackass would be a representative mascot. But post-COVID, I propose a new mascot, the simple face mask, a facial covering used to signify virtue,

Trump may not be in the

I continue to believe that Donald Trump would be in the White House but for massive election fraud. It is an example of how unfair life can be that he is not. However, there is some compensation coming Trump’s way. Day after day, on issue after issue, he’s proven to be correct, whether it was that he pursued policies that worked well for Americans, made predictions that were accurate, or did not do the heinous things that Democrats claimed he’d done. Of course, being Trump, he’s not shy about trumpeting that vindication.

What will the military, the Supreme Court, and the people eventually do? How will the military, the Supreme Court, and the masses react to the outcome? How will the military move, how will the Supreme Court rule, and eventually do the masses rise up and take to the streets...if it becomes clear that the presidential election of 2020 was compromised, was stolen, or at the very least had way too many abnormalities and illegalities and thus the wrong person is possibly sitting in the White House? What happens if it becomes clear that President Trump was re-elected and the Progressives actually stole the election?

Kamala Harris has demonstrated that's she's a disaster on trips abroad. But so has Joe Biden. At the G-7 in London, the gathering of all the world's top power players, Joe found himself ... isolated, to put it politely. [video] Nobody wanted to talk to him. Notice that it's Joe who tries to glom onto some minor foreign leader at the end of video clip in a desperate bid to not be alone for the cameras. Nobody seeks him out. It's downright sad. And it comes after Joe spent oodles of political capital sucking up to this bunch, flattering them, declaring "America's back."

Kamala Harris’s short tenure in the Veep’s office, in its own way, has been even more disastrous than Biden’s equally short tenure in the Oval office. (snip) Bonchie, at RedState, also thinks that Harris has been set up – and he goes one step further, which is (somewhat tongue in cheek) to point the finger of blame at…Jill. His starting point is that picture of Jill Biden “prepping for the G7”: Really, just hear me out. "In 2020 I boldly declared that Trump was the only thing standing between our country, the American people, and socialism. I turned out to be correct," said George P. Bush in announcing his candidacy for Texas attorney general. Nearly 75 million Americans agreed, but his uncle, George W. Bush, was not among them. It is likely that if George W. had said what George P. did, the Democrats could not have "harvested" enough votes to put their man over the top. But he didn't. This will help stroke his ego! Scandal-tarnished first son Hunter Biden’s newfound career as a painter may actually prove to be a success — as experts say his artwork is impressive and will fetch big bucks.“I think it’s pretty strong — I like it,’’ Mark Tribe, chairman of the MFA Fine Arts Department at New York City’s School of Visual Arts, told The Post. “The colors and compelling organic forms — it’s the kind of organic abstraction that I find easy on the eyes and provokes your curiosity,’’ Tribe said of the mixed-media paintings and drawings by President Biden’s son.

House Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says she is ‘inclined to say yes’ when asked if Justice Stephen Breyer should retire so that President Joe Biden can appoint a younger liberal judge to the Supreme Court. 'You know, it's something I think about, but I would probably lean towards yes,' Ocasio-Cortez told CNN on Sunday when asked if she thought the 82-year-old Breyer should step down at the conclusion of this Supreme Court term. 'I would give more thought to it, but I'm inclined to say yes.' The 'Squad' member said that Breyer's retirement should be discussed if the divided Senate declines

It is now clear, after the appointment of new attorney general, Merrick Garland, that he must, not may, appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Hunter Biden in public corruption matters that may substantially involve his father. This is especially clear now that it is known, contrary to his fervent denials, that Joe Biden met with Hunter’s corrupt Ukrainian and Russian clients at least once at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. There are likely more meetings, but once is enough. He also met at length in the White House with Hunter’s partner, Devon Archer, as the two were pitching their services to the corrupt Burisma Holdings,

American media is so infected with leftism that it’s ideologically slanted to the point of tipping over and it’s highly possible that the media doesn’t even know it. It doesn’t have the ability to look at itself critically, and we get very real moments where the media asks Democrats what it can do to better help them along while on air. The media in other countries can see it, though, and Australia’s, in particular, can’t help but dedicate a segment to it. On a segment during Sky News’s Kenny on Media, Australian anchors and commentators took aim at the American media

The Girl Scouts have an unusual problem this year: 15 million boxes of unsold cookies. The 109-year-old organization says the coronavirus — not thinner demand for Thin Mints — is the main culprit. As the pandemic wore into the spring selling season, many troops nixed their traditional cookie booths for safety reasons. "This is unfortunate, but given this is a girl-driven program and the majority of cookies are sold in-person, it was to be expected," said Kelly Parisi, a spokeswoman for Girl Scouts of the USA.

Joe Biden repeatedly confused Syria with Libya while discussing ways of working with Russia during a press conference at the G7 on Sunday. The 78-year-old gaffe machine spoke of working with Vladimir Putin to provide economic assistance to the people of Libya, prompting some confused glances from the press pack at the G7 summit in Cornwall, England. 'I'm hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in—for example, in—in Libya,' the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, which is in the Middle East. The White House later brushed the confusion off,
