The new SCOTUS justices have to be aware that our United States Constitution is under attack, not just from anarchists, but also from numerous politicians and the media. Freedom of speech, the right to own a weapon, and property rights are all being attacked, and to a fundamental degree, our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is being increasingly denied. There has been extreme violence in several of our major cities, which does not meet even token resistance from their governors and mayors.

So disappointed is these three clowns. The only ones with guts are Alto and Thomas. Roberts has been compromised. Someone has something on him, he is paying back the GW Bush OR he hates Trump more than anything. No matter what, he should be removed. We have a constitutional crisis at the moment and these Justices have turned their backs on the people of the United States.

Something weird happens to politicians , judges & government employees when they cross over the DC line...their own goal is getting re-elected & having positive post in the NY Times , WP & other corrupt media...as long as they get positive coverage they are happy. Trump is only president to stand up to the media.

I can tell you what they are not thinking about, their duty to preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States. These clowns want the position but apparently do not want to do the hard work of hearing the most important cases that come to their Court. As each of them promised to faithfully perform their duties without bias, they clearly lied to we the people. If they are intimidated by a case that comes before them, they need to resign. They do not get paid to pass on the hard cases. I am disgusted by their behavior especially those recently appointed judges. If Roberts does rule them with an iron fist, then they do not have the character and integrity their position require. Justice should be their only goal. To have the country put through a Constitutional crisis when they could have acted and at least heard the arguments is reprehensible. They are creating a very dangerous situation. We the people are not stupid. When we see that fraud was committed by the democrat party and SCOTUS is ignoring it, the Court has sealed its place in history as a weak, fearful entity that has abandoned its duty for whatever reason, most likely intimidation, and the desire to be accepted by their fellow elites. Is this the way this ends? The country’s fate left in the hands of justices who are craven cowards? It appears so.

Had the U.S. Supreme Court taken the Texas v. Pennsylvania case as an original jurisdiction, it would have set a terrible election precedent, where the Court would wind up doing de novo work in every election in the future, which it is not well suited for. In addition, the legal reasoning by Texas was tenuous at best.
I understand why they did what they did.
What I do not understand was the Court's refusal to review the Pennsylvania case, where the constitution of Pennsylvania, as well as the laws, were clearly violated. Deciding Pennsylvania would have been excellent precedent, and might have minimized future lawless activity by the Soros crowd. And it might even have shamed the Pennsylvania Supreme Court..

Is there any way to remove a SC justice without going to the extreme? These jokers took a vow to defend and uphold the Constitution. This does not include making a ruling to prevent a riot by the crazy lefties. It also does not include the chief justice telling the other justices how to vote. The crazies have this thing called "died of natural causes" that is used to explain the demise of those they don't like. I am not suggesting that the righters go to that extreme but there must be a legal way to dump them !!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!!

You mean besides what cool new robes they have, and their bigger salary? Not much apparently.
Actually some of us can tell SCOTUS what we think. And in very short words too.
And one of the things I'm thinking is that the Supreme Court no longer fulfills its original purpose. That is, it no longer rules or even wishes to rule on the basic constitutionality of large issues. And furthermore it has become hopelessly political and politically conscious. The three Democrat justices (yes, Chief Justice Roberts, that's exactly what they are...and maybe you too) might as well be Democrat Senators or simply Democrat robots programmed to always Democrat on every issue. S Answero why do we need another super committee of political operatives pretending to act as objective judges assertedly protecting our Constitution?
Answer: we don't. Junk it.

Their actions abrogated the constitution. These are federal elections mandated by the Constitution and therefore are under the federal law that they are supposed to be protecting. No state has the right to change the law and that is what happened.Roberts needs to be removed. His sick behavior is destroying the Supreme Court.

Amazingly how prescient Ben Franklin was. He was so right in saying we had a Republic....if we could keep it. John Roberts has shown how easy it became to throw it all away. One little man in a black robe who was afraid of riots if the Republic was upheld. Give me one middle class true American, probably without a college education but believing in the Constitution, working hard and not looking for a handout, humble yet noble, against a thousand of elitists fools like the one who sold out our history....

"What are the new SCOTUS justices thinking?" Not about the Constitution, apparently.
While the SCOTUS junior justices hid under their desks while CJ Roberts yelled quite forcefully at them in riot-driven panic a couple of Fridays ago and ordered them to not take the Texas case, they ignored a freedom-loving United States of America as Marlo writes below -
FTA - "An even worse condemnation will be the thousands upon thousands of lonely white crosses in fields across Europe that will forever stand in silent condemnation of their failure. To anyone who can imagine unspoken words, the voices of our fallen patriots will be loud and clear: we were willing to give our lives for freedom. could you not at least write a few words?"
By fiat, the SCOTUS itself has shown rule of law the door.

The SCOTUS, by punting these cases, is essentially saying, "Sort this out yourselves."
Okay then. We should go to Washington, DC with 1) weapons; 2) pitchforks; and 3) lots of tar and feathers. After all, isn't this what was done in the times leading up to the Revolutionary War? And aren't we on the verge of another revolution?
Actually, it's already starting. In Oregon, patriots have showed up at their Capitol with weapons and at least one pitchfork. But I think they may have forgotten the tar and feathers.

With the limited understanding that I have of legal matters, I can see the reasons and concerns of the Justices. But there are times to be technical and procedural. And there are times not to be. One would think, people elevated to a life time appointment on the SCOTUS would have the wisdom to know the difference. As for CJ Roberts. Yes he is afraid. But not of rioting in the streets.

We may be realizing that President Trump’s 3 SC justices are little different than the 2 weak AGs he also selected, Sessions and Barr. Toss in Director Wray, who incredibly is still in charge of the FBI after 3.5 years of protecting the coup plotters and withholding exculpatory evidence from the trials of Gen Flynn and Roger Stone, and we may have serious problems far beyond Trump’s one term. Fact that Trump allowed a coup plotter, Rod Rosenstein, who offered to wear “a wire” to show that Trump was unstable, to oversee the Mueller investigation speaks volumes about Trump’s misplaced trust in those who took oaths to uphold our laws.

Look, even without the fraudulent election, there is more than enough cause for We the People to take up arms. The Election and the various judges and SCOTUS bailing on their responsibilities are only the final nails in the coffin. We are going to have to TAKE our country back by force.
Man... I used to sneer at all those old militias back in the sixties and seventies that warned us about this crap. Now that I'm an old man and have had time to look, instead of accepting propaganda, I have to admit they were right.
Since its founding, the USA has only had brief glimmerings of freedom as promised in the Constitution. Mostly its been greedy, self serving politicians saying pretty words and secretly encouraging this of that party to lie cheat and steal for them. It's really sad. There is this beautiful promise. And so far, all its been there for, is to act as political cover for snakes to defraud and steal from us.
Does anyone have the guts to do something? I wonder.

Forgive 2nd post. President Trump had to issue a pardon to Roger Stone after an earlier commutation of his 4+ year prison sentence pending appeal. Stone was seized in a Gestapo like raid by 28 of Wray’s FBI goons and put on trial by Barr’s DoJ goons, with a rabid Democrat judge selected to preside over this legal farce. In the 2 years since Stone’s seizure I am unaware of any FBI and/or DoJ reforms that would prevent such a politically motivated assault on an American citizen who is supposedly innocent until proven guilty.
Why would we expect Trump’s 3 SC picks to be any better than Barr, Wray and their ill?

You got to remember that the leftist and liberal Democrats have never accepted the result of the 2016 election or that President Trump is a legitimate President. So it follows that the Democrats believe that Trump never had the right to nominate those three Republican Justices to fill vacant seats on the Supreme Court in the first instance. With that thinking if the Democrats end up in control of the White House and both Houses of Congress next month, there is nothing to keep the Democrats from instituting impeachment proceedings targeting those three Republican Justices and removing them from the Supreme Court as having been illegitimately appointed by an illegitimate President Trump.
Who knows, there are probably enough RINO and wimpy never Trump Republicans in both Houses of Congress to make that Democrat impeachment and removal action successful.
If that were to happen a President Biden could then nominate three activist leftist or liberal Democrats to a Democrat Senate to fill those three empty seats on the court. Once those three Democrat Justices are seated on the court, there no longer be a reason for the Democrats to pack the court as they would then have a majority of seven liberal Justices on the court, six Democrat Justices and one liberal Republican Chief Justice. If the Democrats could then find a way to get rid of the Bush nominated Chief Justice, chances are Biden would then nominate Barack Obama to fill that empty seat. With such a scenario out there whose to say that the Democrats are not intimidating those three Trump nominated Justices big time?

Re: #25 - I agree that we are already at a point where patriotic citizens should be banding together and taking up arms and not issuing periodic vague warnings about some distant future citizen uprising. If we had a non-DC collective voice, backed by a Convention of States, I'd be in favor of issuing a one-time warning, backed by enough citizens willing and able to execute an ultimatum, that hostilities are imminent and if forced to take back our government due to election fraud, we as The People, will oust every single politician holding elective office across the US, Republicans, democrats, and so-called Independents alike. As a nation, we'd be better off unseating and barring for life every single existing politician, at all levels of government, regardless of what they profess their politics to be. It will take a complete governmental do-over, including removing and replacing the career bureaucrat class, with the Constitution re-established as the Law of the Land, and no quarter given to politicians, bureaucrats, or judges who violate it. The corporate media political influence infrastructure, not to be confused with "The Press" cited in the Constitution, should be burnt to the ground on Day 1 of hostilities.

You can't reform the federal judiciary by installing different-flavored black-robed tyrants.
The Institution became irredeemably corrupt when Chief Justice John Marshall removed it from any accountibility and the other two branches failed to dismantle and dispose of it on the spot. Marshall created an Imperial Court. It's long past time for all the Julius Caesars to face the Ides of March.
