Former federal prosecutor and Trump adjacent lawyer Sidney Powell confirmed to National File that she and her team have filed two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court pertaining to the election Friday evening, and plan to file an additional pair of cases on Saturday. In a message sent to National File by Sidney Powell’s team, the determined attorney said the following: “Make sure people know we are filing two more cases tomorrow and filed two tonight in which our plaintiffs have standing.” Powell confirmed on Twitter that the cases filed on Friday involve Georgia and Michigan, and the two filed on Saturday will involve Arizona and Wisconsin.

President Donald Trump sued Wisconsin officials Tuesday in a last-ditch effort to reclaim a state he lost by about 20,700 votes. [Snip] Under the federal "safe harbor" law, the results determined by the state will be respected if challenges to the outcome are resolved by Dec. 8. The Electoral College meets on Dec. 14 and Congress is to count the electoral votes on Jan. 6. State law says challenges to election results are to be filed in circuit court, but Trump brought his lawsuit directly with the state Supreme Court, where conservatives hold a 4-3 majority. The justices did not immediately say whether they would take the case.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man.
Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.

For those of us who have been wondering where she's been for the last week. Curious to know how she can file directly to the Supreme Court but I assume she knows what she's doing. Of course, they can rule that even "we the people" have no standing.
