Thanks to commenters Cassander, Kirk, and Michael for the material below.
I'm including Texas in the total number of 18. Texas' complaint can be found here.
Missouri has filed an amicus curiae brief in support of Texas' complaint, and was joined by 16 other states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
The conclusion of the Texas complaint states, in part:
Although this Court’s original jurisdiction precedents would justify the Court's hearing this matter under the Court’s discretion, ..., Plaintiff State respectfully submits that the Court’s review is not discretionary. To the contrary, the plain text of § 1251(a)

I understand that once Arizona and Nevada also certify their electors, they are subject to be added as defendants to this cause (along with Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin).

Here we have four states that threw the Constitution out the window due to that nasty old Covid. Never mind that Florida Texas New York and others managed the election just fine. Seems four states wanted to have a election week ! If the citizens of these four states are disenfranchised the blame lays squarely at the feet of the crooked Democrats that cooked up the Covid scheme. This election was a organized third scam, number one and two were Russia and impeachment. If the president wins this farce he needs to kick ass and take names

Read all of the above as the Republic of Texas. More oil than the Saudis ever dreamed of and every sea port in the Gulf of Mexico. Hell, Mexico and Cuba will want in. NY and Cali can print their own money and Penn can bail them out.

FTA: 'Plaintiff State respectfully submits that the Court’s review is not discretionary.' Is that sort of like saying: do your D... job, D... it!

Wow. This is getting pretty deep real fast. But, I don't expect my home state, the Peoples Republic of Colorado to jump in.

Why did Glenn Beck's guys say that these states only WANTED to join and that none of them had actually joined it? Should I exit Glenn Beck?

Arizona AG filed an amicus brief which is here: https://www.azag.gov/sites/default/files/2020-12/TX%20v%20PA%20Motion%20for%20Leave%20FINAL.pdf
It is short and pretty clear.

I can't disagree with O'Reilly on this one when it comes to standing. What have the battleground states done to harm the residents of Texas? And why bring this up now - after the election - when the violations have been evident for almost a year?

#8 if that’s the case I’m surprised Indiana has joined. Halcomb is very much a RINO and my first ever vote for a Libertarian (Rainwater) was to get rid of this loser. Still glad to see Indiana has joined

O'Reilly has been calling this "over" for weeks. Don't think he's a Trumper.
Standing? We all have standing if our votes were negated by what those states did. The RATS knew just where to target.

#2, I felt the same joy. :)
#5, Golly? Dunno... could they be a dinner?
Anyway, I was happy to hear my State joined this suit, rightfully so. MY vote has been diminished but fraud. This cannot stand.

If those states didn't follow their own laws and constitution, and the U.S. Constitution, they have harmed the other states who did, since their actions could direct the election into a whole different way than it should have if they followed the Constitution.
I certainly hope the GOP has learned how to play this game the democrats, under Marc Ellias, have been playing for a few years now. They look to have targeted specific parts of a state, and were able to fool the GA Sec. of State into an agreement they knew how to exploit before entering into it.
Drop boxes seem particularly easy to exploit since it's not Federal like the USPS, and if you're able to use no postmark, then any number of ballots could be stuffed into the box without any real determination of who voted (due to that agreement allowing this practice means, it's why the Sec of State says "all legally cast ballots").

Let's see the justices of the Supreme Court dismiss this outright like the Pa. case. If they don't like upholding the Constitution, then don't accept a Supreme Court position.
