How pandemic policy has benefited the corporate elite.
If one were to consider the upward transfer of wealth and market share to Big Business since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, one would think such economic changes were intended. After all, it’s no secret that the interests of politicians and the corporate elite align more often than not.
America’s small businesses currently face an attack on all fronts.
As we near a year of lockdowns and sheltering in place, the long-term effects of pandemic policy on the economy are becoming clearer. Almost every piece of legislation ostensibly designed to curb

Great way to wipe out a big segment of the middle class.

This is not new.
Years back, when I lived in Canada, one of Pierre Trudeau's officials dismissed concerns about the effect on small businesses of monkeying with the tax system:
He sniffed "I am not concerned about small businesses. They are just a bunch of tax evaders."
So unless you are a corporate serf, or a government ant, you have no validity.

Gee, I thought the Democrat party was for the "little guy." Not!! I'll never forget Commissar Cuomo, last spring, saying that "non-essential" workers should become "essential" workers if they wanted to be paid. So Cuomo wants YOU to do what HE thinks you ought to do, what HE thinks is "essential." Forget the God given talents you have. Forget your specific mission in life. Oh, that's right . . . There is no God. Became a worker bee for the "essential" work of the government god, and all shall be well.

It has always been small business that kept the founding principles of this nation alive. It has everything to do with allowing an average individual to use his talents to take advantage of the opportunities that this country affords him or her to make a good living for his family in order to live a life of freedom and prosperity. This flies in the face of democrats who believe government should run every aspect of your life. The great divide in this country is freedom loving Americans versus government drones. This country has its own caste system and the elites are determined to crush the middle class. Crush small business and you crush the middle class.

Well it is clear that communism cannot thrive if every little Tom, Dick, and Sheila wants to operate their own business.

It only works like that in the places with democrat dicktaters. In my area, I have been avoiding the big chain businesses and I patronize the little guys. You will notice that the big burger and pizza joints have two-for-one and second burger for $1 sales going constantly. Ironically, the chain restaurants are the ones that gave big donations to BLM. Obviously those paying BLM customers are not showing up in response to their generosity.

Small businesses by-and-large contribute to the GOP. It's as simple as that. Started under Obama, with the myriad of regulations, and continues now with these tin-horn dictator governors. Large corps have the means and the infrastructure to allow work at home employees and keep right on ticking and contributing to the Dim party.

Of course the plan is to do away with small business owners ( capitalism ) , part of the reset plan is to make you dependent on the govt.

The socialists always wipe out small businesses and the middle class. Those are the only people with resources to oppose their tyranny, and they have to be destroyed.

Our little restaurant, part of a chain, but a small business IMO, used to close at 10 pm. Several friends and I have been gathering there for dinner for decades on Friday nights. The corruptocrats forced them to reduce their customers, and to close at 8 pm, making our several hours of conversation greatly shortened. Last night they said that they were closeing at 7:30, and we were getting there about 6:55, so we gave up and went to a nearby larger chain which is open until midnight. We had a nice dinner and enjoyed our visit, but I am saddened by the smaller restaurant, with waitresses that I have known for years, shortening hours and driving away customers even more. I wonder if they will survive.
This totalitarian nightmare is just evil. Destroying people's livelihood for no good reason is just wrong.

The Marxist Left, who control the cities in Blue States, want said states to be inhabited by the Political Elites, the Sports and Entertainment Elites, and the Government Dependents. The only employment will be apparatchiks in the Government hierarchy. Sit down and watch the Hunger Games again, for the Leftist blueprint for America.

It should be becoming crystal clear that the FULL intent here is to crush mom & pop businesses and make them turn to the government for support. The fired workers need to become cogs in the corporate wheel. Note that no government workers have been laid off or down-sized!
It is not a coincidence that the workers who can't work at small restaurants and bars, the small shoe and clothing stores, the local gift shop, etc. have all had to turn to Costco, WalMart and Amazon to find a job during the China Flu crisis. All part of "The Great Reset" as proposed by the World Economic Forum (WEF) back in May. Introduced by none other than Prince Charles! Go look it up.

I pray that during President Trump's second term the corporate robbers will have to pay real $ reparations to every small business owner in this country. Each made whole, plus interest. Then the universities have to pay off student loans and reimburse every student they cheated in the last 40 years.
I support MAGA reparations!

It is the "great reset" the elites have been planning.
